Bygone’s warm & welcoming atmosphere is reminiscent of an old-school social club, while our open rotisserie grill, whiskey bar & craft cocktails add a flair that is contemporary.
Nice atmosphere, Food was just okay for $300. It did not live up to the hype in my opinion.
Absolutely stunning experience. Food and service was out of this world. 7:30pm is definitely a great time to arrive
Our favorite date night spot. We had dinner then went over to the bar. The views and service is worth every cent.
Gorgeous view of the city
Great experience… the ambiance and the view was the best part… the food is good, but not great, especially for those prices.
Average at best
Service is ok
Food is mediocre
The restaurant was nice with wonderful views. It was quite expensive for what you got specifically with appetizers and more so desserts. The desserts were barely 2 bites.
Found the food to be uninteresting. Very simple menu, but nothing was outstanding. Had higher expectations for the price. Would go back for the view and the drinks, but not the food.
Simply amazing! Took my wife here for our anniversary and Marcus took great care of us. Beautiful place and food was absolutely delicious. Definitely coming back for round 2.
Was in town with my girlfriend for 24 hours and ByGone did not disappoint. Everything was exceptional! Food, Service, Ambiance, and the view of the city.
Would definitely visit again in the near future.
Great atmosphere and food. Our server Anne was so nice and accommodating. We were seated next to the window, they wished my boyfriend Happy Birthday and we got great pictures. Can’t wait to be back. Great drinks and wine list as well.
Very nice staff but very, very slow. Despite only 3 people in front of me at the omelette bar, and three burners, took about 15 minutes to get mine. Took about 30 minutes to get my drink. Finally served my coffee as was asking for the check (at least didn’t charge me). The food was OK - for example, the hash browns were just plain potatoes, completely dried out, and no seasoning. That said, THE VIEW made it a great brunch.
EI came for the soft crab sandwich but they did not have it the server we had was not attentive. We constantly had to request him.
I normally go to The Bygone fire special occasions but everyday is a special occasion!!!! If you are looking for class, style, ambiance and the best view of Baltimore, this is your restaurant.
Amazing views and staff. Great people watching. Def a must for Baltimore
Great as always. Highly recommend to any foodie or someone who wants classy vibe.
Great experience at Bygone last night. From the moment we were greeted downstairs to the time we left everyone was friendly and hospitable and helpful. We felt very special the whole time. Ann was an amazing server - great suggestions and knowledgeable. She made us feel relaxed and the meal moved at the perfect pace.
The food was excellent! There was not one thing we didn't love.
We will definitely be back! Great job by everyone
Great service, wonderful views. Food and drinks were delicious.
Excellent service, outstanding dinner, and breathtaking views.
Fantastic meal!!! The prime rib was impeccable. The tuna tartar is a nice presentation and very high quality.
We didn’t receive prompt service from our waitress. Often had to flag someone else down to get assistance. This happened multiple times. She was very friendly just not attentive. Unacceptable for the price.
The food was OK but again to me along with the lack of good service not a great overall value for the price. It was disappointing because it was a special occasion and very costly experience for us as a family because my father is handicapped and I had to pay several hundred dolllars for the car service to get my parents there for this occasion.
We also had to wait for a very long time in the front lobby before someone assisted us and the person who showed us to our table was not very warm or friendly. There was also water on the floor that I pointed out to him right before the buffet table and it was not taken care of in a timely manner in my opinion. I had to warn my mother a while later to avoid a fall. My fiancé and I have dined there several times for dinner and this was a complete disappointment as we had been wanting to try the brunch for several months.
It was fabulous and we will definitely be back again
Service was slow at first, but the wait staff made up for it…Alex and Chris came through for the win!
Service was horrible for my wife's Birthday. Didn't get a window seat.
food was rushed to us and had to ask for our pours of wine.
Food was great!
Wonderful service, amazing food, great ambiance. Can’t wait to go again.
Very upscale and romantic place for dining. Definitely my new favorite!!
My Girlfriend and I had a great experience at The Bygone! We arrived and my car was taken by valet and as we entered we were greeted with awesome energy! The front-desk host inquired where my girlfriend resided as they knew it was her first time visiting and she enjoyed the gesture! We were escorted to the elevator and as we made it to the top floor, we were greeted by whom I believe was the restaurant manager. We then were seated by the window with an awesome view of the harbor and had Ann who was a wonderful waitress! We had the Dover Sole and Lamb Chops which were magnificent! As we prepared to leave, we were met by the restaurant manager who inquired about our experience and thanked us for choosing to dine at The Bygone! In closing, we had a 5-Star experience!
By far the best place I’ve been in Baltimore amazing views and all
Arrived expecting a Four Seasons experience, came away with somewhat mixed results.
Breaking it down, we arrived slightly early for our reservation and sat at the bar for a drink or two. This was great! The bartender was very skilled and attentive. Views of the city from the bar are phenomenal. Great experience!
We were sat, ordered another round of drinks and our dinner. To summarize, the food was great, the service at table-not so much. We felt neglected and this should not be the case as the Four Seasons supposedly sets the bar in hospitality.
Would definitely come back for the bar and drinks, probably not for dinner.
What can I say about this amazing restaurant, from the delicious food and drinks to the outstanding service and breathtaking views. No other restaurant in Baltimore can compare. A must see while in Baltimore.
I was impressed with the friendliness of the staff and the beautiful view. I thoroughly enjoyed the food as well.
We were not pleased and wouldn’t recommend. Thank You
The view was spectacular and made the evening!! Without the view, I would not come back. The food was presented lovely, but very little of it. Lobster appetizer $30. They said a lobster tail...only half a tail and a small tail to boot. I had to accept that I was paying for that view.
We had the first brunch buffet since Covid hit. They did a great job. The spread was wonderful - oysters, lox, danishes, and duck hash.
It was very good. Everything was outstanding. The service was great.
The service was the best the food wasn’t satisfied the desert really need to stop!! But the manger and server made my night.
I went there for the first time last night and had an amazing time. The waitress was great and had extensive knowledge of the menu and chef. I loved the atmosphere. The restaurant was clean and the drinks was great. The Manager Chris McKenna is a amazing guy. Thanks for a great time
Didn't live up to the hype. Neither the restaurant nor out waiter had personality. My wife's appetizer came out incorrectly. When they brought out what she ordered, the rockfish, she said it was flavorful. She did enjoy the lobster entree. I had the duck breast and probably would have enjoyed it had it not been overcooked and tough. The only saving grace was the view of the harbor, which was excellent.
Nice restaurant beautifully decorated, too close to other people, it was really loud. The waiter however was very accommodating and he personalized our experience.
