   Great variety of breakfast items, breads, bagels, cereal, fruits, smoked salmon, eggs, french toast, bacon, sausage, etc, and custom made to order omelets. The service was wonderful and the food was all delicious. This was a nice, all you can eat breakfast buffet for a reasonable place. Good for hotel guests and locals alike.

   My family and I decided to have Christmas dinner at Cafe Matisse. It was an excellent choice. The staff was very professional, the food was great and well prepared. I really enjoyed. I will be returning at the next opportunity.

   We were there for Christmas dinner. The food was good and service was good. The tables were way too close together though. The table they wanted to seat us at was right up against another party. We requested to be put into a booth away from everyone and they did accommodate us but if it had been busy and we didn’t have a choice, we would have left. No social distancing !

    Food was Christmas Buffet. We hoped for higher quality than typical “buffet” fare, but not so. Plus choices were limited, and the higher “Christmas price” wasn’t worth the quality. Service just ok. Decaf coffee was not available and not easy to get.

    We set a reservation as everything in Florida during the time we stayed required one....but ....we didn't need to here. We were the only family to arrive at about 11 a.m. and were looking for breakfast food or friendly kid a la carte items; cinnamon rolls, donuts, pancakes. They were serving lunch so we settled for chicken tenders and grilled cheese. Not the greatest food we had during our stay. Not even top 5.

    The server was okay but obviously overwhelmed by the amount of tables. The food came quickly and was well presented and decent but taking the order was over an hour after we got coffee.

    Only the buffet was open. Food looked like it had been there for hours - dried out and crusty. Prime rib and au jus was cold. Ice cream from soft serve machine was pure liquid. Overall a terrible food experience.

    It was horrible. For the28.95 it should have been 9.95 it was so embarrassing taking a family of 15 For was was suppose to be a wonderful Thanksgiving dinner

    The shortribs and chicken meals were pretty good, as well as their bacon cheeseburger. The only disappointment with the cheeseburger was that the "cheese" was American cheese, which is not a real cheese, however their french fries were pretty good. Their buffet was quite sad. The salad selection was almost okay, but no chicken, fish or steak to add to the salad. The pasta was very sad: No choice between the noodles, you only get one type... And you get a choice between an Alfredo sauce or a red meat sauce, and that's it, so I wouldn't recommend going that route.

    It was not evident from the app that this was inside a hotel. It was not apparent from the app that this was a buffet with a set menu. Service was good but the whole experience a little disappointing.

    The food was not what we expected and the man that was in the meat station dropped the knife on the ground and instead of getting a clean knife he used the same one. He simply wiped it off with a towel and we weredisturbed and lost our appetite. We were not impressed by the food at all. Our server was great! She was attentive and very kind.

    Great service, kept us supplied with coffee, water, and half and half (I usually say bring the cow!). We had a working breakfast, and the staff accommodated our needs appropriately. THANK YOU for a great experience!
