Our beautiful branch of Caffe Concerto is situated right in the heart of London's Piccadilly by Green Park Station. Offering breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea, dinner as well as patisserie and wedding and celebration cakes. We are also delighted to say that we cater for vegan, as well as vegetarian, Halal and gluten free diners. And should you be looking for Sunday brunch or lunch, we're happy to say we're open over the weekend.

Having never dined there before and booked as it was close to the theatre. I have to say, it was a great experience. Staff really friendly, not pushy to take your order. Food was really good and would say although a little bit pricey, worth the money. Only thing was that even for a couple, as we were, an automatic 15 percent gratuity was automatically added to your bill. Just something to bear in mind

We were a party of six, arriving around 5:30 pm The restaurant was almost empty, but it took almost an hour for us to get our food and then only when we let them know we had a theatre booking. The food arrived at different times with about five minutes delay between each person getting served the last person‘s food was absolutely cold and had to be sent back. By that time it was too late for them to make a new dish so she only received a plate of spaghetti The asparagus risotto contained no asparagus The vegetables that accompanied a chicken dish were completely cold . Considering that there were only about three tables being occupied we could not understand the long delays in Service of the food and the very poor Quality of what we were served . We have eaten at many Cafe Concerto. Restaurants in the past but this one was absolutely terrible.

This location is not open. They should not be accepting reservations. It is under renovation. We went for brunch and got there and found no restaurant. Please shut it down on Open Table until they are open for business.

This was our second time at cafe concerto and our first time in this branch and it was good the food was tasty the cream tea was good. The tables were a bit tightly packed together and the decoration wasn’t as nice as the other one on Oxford Street but it was ok. The real star of the show was SHRUTI C she was amazing considering it was only her second day she had it all down and was very efficient and friendly.

The service was atrocious, it was very expensive for what we ordered and did not reflect good value for money. Considering we were one of 3 tables in the restaurant we had to constantly grab their attention for drinks. I wouldn't recommend this restaurant for dinner, it might be good for coffee and cake in the daytime.

Super nice and attentive staff in a busy cafe on a main road. The venue is nice but frayed around the edges with a sense of once- upon-a-time grandeur. The food is great, very tasty and portions are generous. Would I come back? Yes!

We went to the restaurant for a pre theatre meal. Good job we gave ourselves a lot of time. The service was abysmal. Our starters arrived after our main course, the waitress forgot to order them, and we had to wait 45 mins for the food to arrive. The restaurant wasn’t even busy. The food itself was very tasty but it arrived only after several enquiries. The people on the table next to us in the meantime left as they were also fed up of waiting. Such a shame as it is conveniently placed and the food good. Last time we went there it was fine.. no idea why this time it was so bad. We ended up with a free meal as the manager realised what had happened was completely unacceptable and we were very upset. I hope this review will encourage them to identity the problems and return to a satisfactory level of service.
