Carlos'n Charlie's - Las Vegas
Chips 'N Salsa
The classic Mexican botana. Just like the Mayans used to eat it
Served sizzling in a traditional skillet with flour or corn tortillas, pico de gallo, guacamole, salsa and sour cream
A heap of chips covered with refried beans, queso dip and a shredded cheese mix. Sour cream, pico de gallo and jalapeños on the side
Great atmosphere and fantastic service! There was even a magician doing tricks. And I know that sounds annoying but I swear it was a blast.
Exyservicii desde la hora de la reservación bien puntuales, la comida riquísima, el precio y el mesero
Very nice to eat outdoor. They had shade , mist and fans. Great atmosphere, service a little slow.
Very average food and service. It was very pricey for what you get. Most Mexican places give you free chips and salsa and they charge you $7.50 for it.
The Mexican Street Corn was fabulous! I could have eaten two of them!
The food and service was pretty good. The music was a little loud so we couldn’t communicate with the folks at the other end of the table of our party of 11. Overall I would dine there again.
Cool decor and decent priced food. Server was great. I didn’t like having my meal interrupted by a magician and a photographer hoping for tips
Happy hour was definitely worth it. The food was fast, hot and filling. A little on the pricey side making a visit during happy hour a must if you want to enjoy a cocktail with your meal.
Inedible. Weak margaritas. 👎
Food and drinks were great. Service was great also.
I am from Texas and you cannot compare our Mexican food to any other states. Grabbed some breakfast here on a Sunday morning. Ordered my all time favorite, Chilaquiles.
They offered a red sauce that was very strong compared to how the locals make them in Texas. Daughter ordered the 2-2-2-2 and it was good. We ordered a side of tortillas and they were hard as a rock. We managed…just isn’t like Texas Mexican Food!!!!
It was great. Gelbert takes care of you!
Was very loud with the music playing. Decent food. Easy location since staying at The Flamingo
A bit disappointed for the description of the restaurant vibe that helped us select it. It was a perfect evening in the outdoor space but there was very little energy and no evidence of the "fun-filled" environment seemingly known for. Nachos were great and the tacos and fajitas went great with the happy hour Big Momma margaritas we enjoyed.
Food was very good and margaritas were strong! Would definitely go here again! I got the steak tacos, husband got the chimichanga, we had 13 with us, no complaints all around. Guacamole and queso was very good
My appointment was canceled even though I dined in... so now I don’t get my open table points.
We were visits from Chicago and stayed at the flamingo hotel. This restaurant had great ratings so we decided to come here.
The experience was great
You are great!
Great location. Always great food.
The was horrible I would highly discourage eating here.
Great Breakfast. Always a good time with good food.
Great good, Lots of seating options, fans, misting, bar fun, drink tricks
Great atmosphere and great food. We always pay a visit when we are in Vegas.
Thank you very much!!
The breakfast is good, not impressive but actually good. The service is ok, everyone is nice. Also the tables outside are great!
The food was really good. Had the chimichanga and it was delicious
Food is just ok. I'm guessing most go for the drinks and atmosphere.
Food was great! Service was poor. We had to find our waitress twice to get refills on $10 beers.
10 dollars beers? Are you sure it was here? Our beer price start at 3.50 unless you order a big beer, which of course is more expensive, and depends on the brand. Our prices are on the low side of Vegas BTW.
Quick service and friendly staff. Plenty of food options. We had enchiladas and fajitas which were great. The salsa was just ok.
We have many kinds of salsas!! Please let us know and we will bring you a bunch of fresh salsas to choose from!
Our waitress was amazing. Very helpful also.
Great waitress! Great atmosphere! Great food & drinks!
Great service, server was attentive and helpful, refilled water continuously. Avocado toast was cold and bread was too dry, most likely sat too long before being brought to table. Berries were fresh, breakfast burrito was large and filling, French toast was ok, sausages on side were over dried, maybe reheated. Service was great, would only go back if we were looking for chips and a drink or something simple. To be fair, may be a lot expecting good American breakfast at a Mexican restaurant. Saw guacamole was reviewed well by others, may try that.
We were able to get a last min reservation for our party of 8. the hostess was very friendly and accommodating and we got great seating outside so we were able to enjoy the music and still have conversations. only fallback was the restrooms were NOT maintained well, paper all over and just dingy like a Dive bar not a restaurant, also NO CHANGING TABLES?? I know its a casino and I know its a bar-Restaurant but seeing as you serve food, even breakfast It was disappointing to see that you were accommodating to the many families that roll through the flamingo every day
Food was cold and tasteless. Taquitos are not “chicken” but minced “something”...we think the place pours strong drinks...we should have skipped the food, as should you.
Taquitos are mixed cheese and chicken, delicious btw.
Our waitress never came back to see if we needed refills or anything else... she never even checked to see if our food was ok.
Quality of food was flavorless. I don’t even think they know what a spice is and for a Mexican restaurant that is not acceptable. Avoid avoid avoid
Patio was lively. Good time and good food.
Everyone was friendly. Waitress was very nice and fast, food was good. Overall had a great experience with my family.
Food bad, drinks TOO STRONG could not even enjoy:(
This place was seriously EXPENSIVE. While the food was good to excellent and service top notch and they willingly accommodated our party of 12, our meals ran $38 each with one drink. Ouch!
