   We had the most amazing experience last night at Caviar Russe Miami! Once you find your way through the curtain - the entire experience is a 10/10. We ate copious amounts of caviar - and devoured their tasting menu (even though we couldn’t eat another morsel). The filet on their current menu is unlike anything I’ve ever had. It’s absolutely disgusting that a seafood tower of this caliber even exists!! Every single thing was brilliant. Service was top notch. I wouldn’t mind a special cocktail menu like the CR in NYC- but we were able to manage with their full bar! The martini was a 10/10 and paired perfectly with the caviar! The tagliatelle with truffles was insane! I’m glad I live so far from both locations or I’d be taking out a second mortgage to indulge in the greatness that is Caviar Russe! Not sure if it’s on their menu- but they gave us Caviar Crème Brûlée… and it’s ruined dessert for me forever… you won’t find anything as good as that!!!

    Food and experience were spectacular!!! Classic Osetra caviar were fresh and FAB! Love all the accompaniments!! Toro Tartare, Kumamoto Oysters, Soft Scrambled Egg w/ Brioche and Caviar were to die for! Best caviar baked potato, filet mignon and tagliatelle pasta w/ Summer Black Truffle and egg yolk is the best pasta dish I have ever eaten! Chocolate Hazelnut was diving!

    I liked the service. Caviar is caviar. I enjoyed my champagne selection. The egg dish from the taste menu was really good. I could take or leave the end of the meal madeleines but it is a nice touch. The restaurant has very limited seating and hardly no one was there on a Saturday night but I was perfectly okay with that. Portions are small which at a place like that is to be expected as its definitely quality over quantity. I will likely visit the NY location back home.

    If you love Cavier and you love fine food . This is a top restaurant in Miami at The Four Seasons Miami . Everyone and everything is impeccable that you would expect from a 5 star restaurant. The cost is expensive and if you have the budgets a memorable experience. Congratulations to the team who work together to meet the needs of the guests .     It is not your Miami scene, with crowded, loud, and with overrated food. This is a quiet intimate dinner. Probably ranks up there with PerSe of NYC. The wines and champagne selection is perfect with prices very reasonable. If you like caviar you will never be disappointed. Exquisite presentation. Service is top as they never overbook and always a feeling that the restaurant is just for you and your guest. The food is amazing. Portions and options are perfect. I really love this place. Michelin star coming soon.

    Food was outstanding. I had the Foie Gras .caviar loaded baked potato, octopus, and the chocolate desert. Amazing food. My favorite was the potato and the desert.
