    We had quite a wait even though we had a reservation. Our table was close to the hotel building limited view. We saw people with no reservation get seated at similar tables as we were, so not sure really what the plan was. The restaurant was crowded and seemed under staffed for a Saturday night. Food was average. Chart use to our favorite , but tonight was a bit disappointing.

    We had some hiccups with our order and the menu not mentioning things that would come with our food that we did not want. Our server was kind and helpful but we were a bit bummed.

    A perfect night! Our server was excellent! She made a point to read the reservation notes and congratulate the people in our group who we were celebrating, was attentive but not intrusive, made great recommendations and made the whole dinner a great experience. Food was delicious (calamari appetizer, prime rib, Mac encrusted Mahi were standouts). Will definitely be back soon!!

    Always enjoy the dining experience here as food and service are consistently good. Love getting the bonus dollars from Laundry Club membership. Enjoyed the complimentary mud pie to observe my birthday celebration. Our wait person was personable and very attentive especially when we asked him to take our photo. The Charthouse is my favorite place to celebrate special occasions. When we celebrated my aunt’s 101st birthday, her name and age were printed on the menu! So special ❤️

    The views are amazing! The taste of food was just okay, not worth the price you pay. But it is standard to overpay for mediocre food in touristy destinations.

    Always come to this Chart House when in the area. We love the view and the add on salad bar. We both had filet Mignon and they were wonderful. We also had the blistered green beans instead of mash potatoes and we loved them. Our dessert was the ice cream sampler, which was a good choice for the flavor and it was the perfect amount to share.

    We went to brunch which is o my been available a couple months. Menu was a bit limited if you are wanting salmon or fish. Salad bar was fresh and delicious. My fish tacos very good. The prime rib sandwich was just ok as over done and not very tasty. Our main complaint was service. Although friendly, server did not come very often and we had to seek her out. Salad dishes not cleared when we returned from salad bar. Had to ask. Just not up to par on the usual service.
