    Meal and service were excellent. Parking is difficult and in short supply. We were asked during our meal to move our vehicle by the manager because she needed the space for another vehicle. After we moved the vehicle for someone else to park we had to stay with our vehicle until another spot opened up. Not clear why they wanted our parking spot.

    I accidentally reserved for 2 people when there was 3 of us and they kindly accommodated me. The food here never disappoints. I’ve been to other Chart House like the one in AC but the quality is so different from this location. Love it 10/10 and the duck is exceptionally cooked.

    The food was wonderful. The service was slow and it was obvious they were understaffed. However, everyone pitched in and helped each other which I thought was great.

    The Thanksgiving meal was excellent. The server was most attentive and everything was cooked to perfection. As always the river view added to a very pleasant evening. The only criticism would be that I was not warned that there was no valet parking and the Chart House lot was full.

    The view was gorgeous. The food was delicious. The prefix Thanksgiving meal was reasonable. Everyone at my table of 5 was happy with their food. I would definitely recommend this restaurant and would consider coming again not on a holiday, just because.

    knowing it was a holiday, I cut everyone some slack. Food, excellent as always. Service was pretty good, order was only 98% correct, not a big deal. Kitchen was very loud, bus and service staff crazy loud (need to work on that better). Still love the place, will be back.

    The server was absolutely horrible . She disappeared for 25 minutes with no sense of apology . Dirty dishes sat on the table for over 20 minutes .

    Restaurant was not busy at 12:45 my reservation time on Thanksgiving. They seated me in the bar area, which was fine, but the tables and chairs were not really suited for eating a meal. Too low and the tables were round. More suited for cocktails. The service started out fine but when the bread and butter arrived, I realized he hadn't given me silverware. So I got up and asked another waiter for silverware. (Needed a butter knife to butter the rolls.) Some rolls were very good but one type of roll was hard like a crouton. The New England clam chowder had a lot of potatoes but maybe no clams. The main course (turkey, stuffing, sweet potato, spinach, cranberry sauce) was very good. Then it was time for dessert. I told the waiter I was ready for the pumpkin pie. About 10 minutes later, a different server brought it out to me. (Maybe they were thawing it out.) Very ordinary, like it came from a supermarket bakery. I've gone to Chart House in Philadelphia on special occasions for many years. It seems to have slipped a bit (carpeting and parking lot looking a bit worn too). Not ruling it out in the future, but also not automatically going there for the next holiday or special occasion.

    There was no parking available and the lot across the street wanted $40 cash no card. Had to drive into city to park the. Uber over to restaurant. They didn’t have what we wanted after we ordered it.

    Parking was terrible. With reservations, we still waited 30-45 minutes to be seated. Food was decent, but took a while to come out. Server and service was decent.

    This Chart House doesn’t compare to Weehawkin, NJ. It’s very outdated and old. We crammed into one section. The patrons were extremely causal. They didn’t have two things on the menu we asked for and the server didn’t recommend another but I appreciated his honesty. Two bathroom stalls were clogged and dirty. If it wasn’t for our server being so great I would have been totally disappointed overall. We celebrated my daughters bdays and made the best of it and didn’t complain but wouldn’t go back.

    Our server was terrible. Ignorant, very rude, attitude, didn’t introduce herself, didn’t say happy birthday til a half hour into the dinner, didn’t try to accommodate anything, didn’t check on us while eating, didn’t wanna change our seating when PREVIOUSLY REQUESTED a window seat. The menus were suppose to have my bf name on it for the birthday celebration. The server experience was 0/5 , food was great. I should’ve asked for a manager.

    My wife and I don’t get to go out as much due to work and life priorities, but tonight our date night at the Chart House was awesome from the food the staff and the beautiful view all A plus. Thank you all at chart House for a wonderful evening.

    Atmosphere and building are fantastic and I’m sure in its hayday it was amazing, but seems to have slipped in maintenance, decor, feel, etc. This place could be amazing. The food was average and not worth the money. Our server was great, but even her sweetness would be enough to bring me back.

    Visited the location to celebrate accomplishments among my family. The place has great service and food. The chart your course was a nice deal but the location is outdated. The place could use new carpet and updated furniture. I would recommend the location as a quick bar stop, not so much for a place to show off; at least not until they update.

    This was our first time dining here & we waited over 5 minutes for a hostess to acknowledge everyone to check in & be seated. After the hostess apologized, she checked us in & we was seated. After that the waitress came, took our order, came with bread, we were fine. The ambience was beautiful! The food & presentation was excellent. We are coming back with other couples.

    I finally made it to the Chart House. I honestly was sure how good the food would be compared to other restaurants of its caliber, but it did not disappoint. From the ambiance, to the food, the views, the food and service, ALL top tier. I will definitely be going back.

    First time dining experience at Chart House was great. I originally made reservations for Restaurant Week although when my husband and I got there, the restaurant stopped a day early. Overall, it was food and good service.

    Our server was very slow and not attentive, we sat at the table for 25 minutes with only waters waiting for bread and to place our order. My clam chowder came out cold & I was served raw oysters with no lemons and had to wait 8 minutes to eat my food since my server was no where to be found when the oysters came out. It was very dark in the restaurant where I was sitting almost a little to dark. The salmon on RW was to die for. My main complaint is the service I received. It was not busy so it really was no reason for the poor service. I spoke with the manager and she was very friendly and helpful. I would only come back for that salmon.

    The food was just good, not amazing. service was okay, she did not check in after we got our food and was not very friendly. view/ atmosphere was amazing! we went for restaurant week and had to ask for the restaurant week menu, which felt weird. usually the restaurant week menu is provided initially in philly. overall, it was not a negative experience, nor was it overwhelmingly a good experience. For the price; not worth it, there are better choices in philly

    Our 2nd server Tasha was awesome. Our first server ( I think her name was Jen) was very rude and that's why we ask to be seated elsewhere with a different server. Tasha was polite,pleasant and very personable, kudos to Tasha. Jen needs another job not working with the public.

    We did the restaurant week menu. Everything was good, not great but good. Portions were generous for restaurant week. Server was friendly. They have the most beautiful views, but it gets a little lost in the dated decor. It is not what it once was but still a satisfying choice for an old school seafood dinner with a lovely view. We had an enjoyable experience.

    I chose the Chart House for restaurant week, because it was always on my list of restaurants to go too. When I arrived I asked the waitress, Beth, if it was still going on and she said it was only during the week. The fine print on the website said it was excluding certain days, which was Saturdays( booked on a Sunday) so I was confused on why I was not offered the menu. She went to ask the manager who honored it but I felt service went down hill from there. Like it was a problem we came for RESTAURANT WEEK. The waitress took our order and never offered us anything to drink beside the water that was placed when we first arrived. We had to ask her for the complementary bread. I didn’t even want it, but it was just the principle because the table that was sat after us got it. She literally took our orders and left. Never asked how the food was, or anything. I was upset because I watched how she treated the other guest, and their experience to my experience was two different experiences. I would not come back seriously because of her. Food also was very bland. We started off with a Caesar salad, that had a huge taste of fish. I know they are made with anchovies but the taste was overpowering the flavor. Entree was average and the dessert literally tasted store brought. I will not be back!

    Was celebrating my 11th year Anniversary. Was not acknowledged at all. Waited about 20 minutes for a server, 40 minutes for drink and appetizer. Food was mediocre. Desert was cold. Very underwhelming experience.

    We did not receive our drinks all together. There was a delay between delivery of the first round of drinks. Two people received drinks, then quite a while later the other three received their drinks. Bread was served to the table after appetizers were finished. Cappuccinos were served after dessert was finished. For the cost, the service should have been more upscale.
