   Best soup dumplings ever! All our food choices were espectacular and enjoyed by kids and adults. Definitely a must go place when you want to be 100% satisfied with your meal.

   Cholon continues to be one of my very favorite restaurants and we are so happy to have this one a couple blocks from our house in Central Park. The food is delicious and interesting and never disappoints. The service is just right and everyone who works there is welcoming and gracious. We love this place.

   Love this place…great food and even greater service. The people there are so friendly, and I just enjoy feeling special when there. Really can’t beat the food…it’s pretty incredible. Loved the crab Rangoon and butter chicken dish. Local beer choices as well. You’ll have a great meal and surrounded by appreciative staff. 5-stars!

   Food was creative and ridiculously good. Service was outstanding as well. I love this place!!! Must haves - General Cho’s soup dumplings, French onion soup dumplings, Wagyu skewers and Kaya toast (such a delightful surprise!)… but my favorite bite of the night was the red snapper sashimi (coconut cream, Thai chilis, basil oil). Fantastic!!!

   It was my husband’s birthday and I spoke with someone over the phone about bringing out dessert with a candle. I also left my credit card number so the bill could be paid by me. Neither happened. A few items were not available on the menu. And service was slow. Very disappointed.

    Out of towners who’ve eaten at the downtown location a couple times and were very impressed - this location was also excellent.

    Wow this place does not disappoint! Great patio, great vibe, and the menu and food prep is just outstanding. We tried every small plate they had and they were all very very good. Service (waitress Olivia) was amazing. Will definitley be coming back.

    We have always loved both ChoLon locations. Wonderful unique Asian-fusion type food and attentive service in beautifully-design restaurants. This time, at the Central Park location, the food was still wonderful and the decor is beautiful, but the kitchen and staff seemed to be completely unprepared for the number of diners they allowed. Service started off very fast - almost too fast with all the appetizers all arriving at once - but rapidly slowed to a complete crawl as the place filled up. It wouldn’t have been bad except that the noise level quickly rose to something similar to one of the loudest bars we have ever been in, so that it was very difficult to even hold a conversation. Also, the really high-pitched sound of the chairs scraping on the floor became excruciating. Maybe they’re new since we never noticed that before, but that situation should never happen in a quality restaurant. We really liked our server but she unfortunately became pretty stretched with her work load as the evening progressed. Again, there are few places where one can get such delicious soup dumplings, pork belly bao buns and great dessert donuts, among other delicious options, but we will be very cautious about returning.

    The food is amazing here! The soup dumplings, Korean chicken sliders and bao buns are the best small bites. For dinner, you have to try the Malaysian noodles. To die for broth. Seriously, still thinking about it hours later. Beautiful food.

    My Husband and I went in for happy hour on Thursday July 21st in the afternoon around 3:30 for our 21st wedding anniversary. We ordered a cocktail and 4 appetizers to start with, after having them we ordered another cocktail and more appetizers as the apps were very small. The next round of drinks were terrible compared to the first round so we asked the manager to remake them, you could tell he was upset about it but he agreed to have them remade. As we are sitting at a high top table directly across from the bar area we could see and hear everything the bar staff was doing and saying. The manger decided to take our drinks over to the bartender and tell her we did like the drinks and proceeded to talk trash about my husband and myself right in front of us. We were so insulted we canceled the apps and the drinks and asked for our tab. We told the manager next time he wanted to talk about his patrons maybe he should go behind the wall and not do it right in front of their faces where they could hear everything he was saying. He did take the drinks off our tab and admitted he should not have done what he did but he NEVER apologized for it. I guess when you’re not the right nationality this place is not for you. I will never return to this establishment.

    ChoLon is a gift to the Denver food scene. They eschew typical styles and presentations throughout their menu, and some of the things they create are downright mind-blowing. The Kaya Toast, for example: never have I heard of or seen anything the like of this before. It is sweet, savory, slightly peppery, creamy, and crunchy all at once. Get it. Try it. Even if it isn't your thing, it will change the way you think about texture and flavors together. I love it. The French Onion and General Tso's Soup Dumplings: brilliantly executed. The French onion in particular - I'm a bit of a fanatic for French onion soup - is innovative and creative in a brilliant fashion. Denver has a massive dim sum hole in its culinary heart. This helps fill that hole. I could eat 20 of each. Every day. The entire menu is brilliantly conceived and executed. Everything, literally everything I have eaten in the 4 times I've been here has been exquisite. The cocktails are cleverly designed and beautifully balanced. 36 Chambers (a shoutout to the Wu Tang Clan in each of us) is savory and complex, unique and a delight in every respect. The service is always outstanding. The ambiance at the Central Park location is divine - the dining room is perhaps the only dining room in the area that I look forward to sitting in. Go check it out. In short: brilliant, creative, innovative, clever, balanced, and perfect. And their happy hour is perhaps the best around. Go, go, go. Go. GO!

    Food was better than excellent. We tried almost all the small plates and 2 of the large. Lovely ambience. Only complaint is that servers frequently broke into our conversation mid-sentence without giving us a chance to acknowledge or pause. That said, would highly recommend.

    The food, vibe and service at ChoLon are always incredible! Everyone has to get the soup dumplings, of course, but there are many other absolutely delicious items on their menu, including the Crab Rangoon Purses, the Bao buns, the brussels sprouts - almost every single thing is terrific! It is not cheap, but it is high quality and unique - definitely a great date night!

    First of all it’s new and clean Second - service is amazing I’m a huge foodie and travel everywhere I was swarmed appropriately by happy helpful amazing staff and even had a round of drinks delivered by who I think was the manager. The food was hot, very good and the ambiance perfect. I again can’t tell you how surprised I was by what seemed like a neighborhood new sort of spot that hit it out of the park. salmon crudo. Pork ribs and soup dumplings all great with a reasonable wine list

    We go here about twice a year. Food is great though for us too salty. Service excellent. But recently the restaurant is tacking on two charges for the "people in the back" and "the neighborhood." We find this offensive and don't count them, or the tax in, when we pay the tip. Prices on the food have risen too and whereas once it was difficult to get a reservation , now it isn't.

    As always, a phenomenal experience at ChoLon. The food is bested only by the staff who know how to take care of guests. I can't remember our server's name but he was 11/10 (reservation under Shook - 5/21); S/O to the hostess who is super sweet & compliments to the chef.
