It is very, very expensive for somewhere that does pasta, pizza and not much else. Scattering truffle on things is not cooking, but does jack up the price. A very limited and expensive wine list. The junior staff need considerably more training.

The service was excessively slow. And a mouse showed up to our table and no one cared to apologize for this.

I really liked the interior, very cosy and stylish. Food was fresh and delicious. The service was efficient and looked professional. Will come back.

Atmosphere not great, poor wine selection.

£77 for two simple pizza's and a bottle of insignificant Valpolicella is massively over the top when the equivalent in Pizza Express, with better wine, would cost far less in the same neighborhood. I'm afraid it charges above its station in life but under delivers.

Great food. Service good at the beginning and during main course. Probably could have asked if we wanted coffee/more drinks after meal.

Good restaurant for lunch, cosy and nice. Food was very good too but the services was bad. One waitress only serving so waited too long for food, drinks

The whole dinner experience was great but we had several delays with our food. We had to remind on the drinks we ordered (which were forgotten) and secondly it took them very long to come back to tell us that the dish we ordered was no longer available. For the rest my friends and I had a great time and really enjoyed our food which was delicious.

Aside from the mice I saw on running across the restaurant, I was underwhelmed by the service. The food was good, but the female staff weren't very good. They didn't seem to want to amend my friends order who didn't want aubergine. And when they did, there was a bit of unnecessary attitude, as my friend hadn't understood the menu. The female staff also didn't offer us any desserts or additional drinks. This was only offered by the male staff. I won't visit again, as we now know why the restaurant had only two other tables during our time there.

We booked the restaurant based on reviews and it wasn’t what we had hoped for. Most of the menu options were sold out and the bread and nibbles which are included in the price were not served to us. The pasta was the highlight of the meal. Other tables around us also seemed to have the same issues.

The ambiance is quite good although the other guests were a little noisy. The food was average and some of the service felt rather indifferent.

Food was average, but it took a very long time to arrive, and service was poor with waiters ignoring us. Food was small, ungenerous portions for the price. There are plenty of other good places in Westbourne Grove and the surrounding area I would rather go to and I won't be back. Shame as the terrace is great!

Booked a a table for Sunday dinner at 17.00. When we arrived we have been told that restaurant closed but after I said I have got a booking they said - oh yes. Restaurant was empty because they just finished service and have not started dinner service. We have been given table in the garden but on the way by the door when other tables were empty. When I asked if we can have another table in the garden, I have been told that they are all booked. They were no people until probably 18.30. We finished our meal around 19.00. There was a big fridge by the door where we were seating and staff were going back and forwards to this fridge what was annoying. To add, it was our anniversary meal. So I’m not really happy with the choice, food was nice but overpriced so wouldn’t recommend.

Very good fresh food and interesting menu and in a lovely friendly ambience. I particularly love the octopus carpaccio and poached salmon.

Food is incredible, but the service was shocking - something which seems to be consistent in these reviews.

Took 30mins to be brought a bottle of wine, and she forgot which wine we had ordered. Overall delivery was poor and forgetful, whilst also not knowing basic things about the menu.

The evening was good and we had a nice time. The service was very good. The food was ok.
Disappointed by the vegan cheesecake desert, it wasn't very nice at all and would suggest you remove it from the menu.
I would say to others to go but perhaps choose your food carefully.

We had a very good brunch at the Chuc‘s. The food was great and the restaurant is beautiful. The only thing was that even though it was not very busy we had to wait a long time for our drinks to come, order food, also then until the food arrived and to get finally the bill. The service itself was very friendly but just a bit too slow and ohter tables left before us even though we arrived before them.
Anyway it was great and will come back, grazie!

Food arrived cold. Waitress seemed overwhelmed and service took a long time to get drinks. The arancini was split into 4 which didn’t justify the price. Didn’t receive any complementary bread and the bread we paid £4 for was essentially a poppadom with oil on it. Decor is lovely- just wish the food was what we had expected, that the price reflected the quality of the food.

Lovely venue, sat outside which was very pretty. Prices were ridiculous for what we got though, and portions were very small (arancini was minuscule but cost a lot!!). Was extremely quiet and not much ambience which was a shame. Wine was extortionate also.

The food was truly terrible and so overpriced and there was mice running around at our feet.

Good food and good service..defftnily recomanded!

Truffle pasta was very bland even though it was loaded with butter. Portion was a little on the small side. Chicken paillard was so thin, it didn’t even look like the size of a Whole chicken breast. It was so perfectly round that it looked like it came out of a processor.
The very kind server who asked how our meal was, reported our comments to the chef, unfortunately, nothing was done about it. We paid almost £100 for a mediocre meal.

The food and service was excellent, the wine was good but very expensive. I felt as well as though it was a venue for the rich, young and trendy!

The restaurant was in such a cute neighborhood. The street was picturesque. We ate in the dining room, but if we went back I would love to try the patio. Everything was well decorated and had an amazing atmosphere. The food was incredible. Everything tasted very fresh!

I was really looking forward to eating here but am sorry to say we were so disappointed!
We ordered the skewers and bruschetta for starter. It literally looked liked they had bought a couple of cherry tomatoes and mozzarella balls from Tesco’s and shoved them on the smallest cocktail stick. The bruschetta wasn’t really restaurant standard either. I ordered the pasta for main, and when I asked the waitress for Parmesan, (it needed something to give it some flavour as it was so bland), she seemed really surprised that I had even asked! We had to ask for water three times before they finally brought it to the table. It was such a shame the food and service wasn’t great as the location was really pretty. I’m not sure if we just went on an ‘off’ day but it definitely was not worth what we paid. I was so hungry afterwards I had to go somewhere else to eat afterwards!

We accepted a table beneath a glass roof - which was the floor of the upper dining area!
It looked filthy from where we sat as was the floor - which was greasy !
Table wasn’t very hygienic looking either!
Shame - felt I was greasy spoon cafe rather than the Almafi Coast!

Excellent experience. Service was friendly and attentive. The food was wonderful and of a very high standard. The cocktails were exquisite especially the Bloody Mary.

We had a great Saturday lunch and will definitely be back.

Short staffed which led to very long waiting times. A lot of items were not available. The quality of the food was very poor - for example a tuna tartare came with a greying avocado mousse and a truffle pasta was swimming in oil. One diner’s main course was late and then arrived too al dente to eat. The manager attempted to compensate us by charging us only 50% for one main course and free dessert but overall we should have complained more on the night as we felt the meal (about £75 per head including wine) was poor value.
