   They had a private event booked in the main space which bumped us to a table that did not fit our crew of 13. After some back and forth they sat us in a larger space that unfortunately wasn't suitable for a business meal and then pushed us out after about an hour and a half. Not an enjoyable experience.

   We stopped to have lunch on the patio during a walk around the lake. It was so pleasant in every way that we couldn’t believe we hadn’t stopped before. The scallop tostados were perfectly seasoned and nicely presented. This may be our regular stop.

   Best dinner in Austin I’ve had so far! Recommend the tomahawk and mashed potatoes. Also, our waiter was super friendly and had great wine recommendations.

    What a memorable experience! Thank you Tony for you stellar service and to Michael at the spa for being so friendly and helpful! The food was Phenomenal, I highly recommend the Rack of Lamb, incredible! I will certainly be returning to Four Seasons and Ciclo on our next trip to Austin!

    We had a wonderful Valentine’s Day lunch date. The food was delicious. The sea bass was perfectly cooked and it balanced really well with the creaminess of the risotto and acidity of the tomato sauce. It was delicious! The service was fast and attentive. The restaurant has a wonderful view of the lake, beautiful! Overall we enjoyed our lunch.

    Went to Ciclo for a birthday lunch as we have many times in the past. Shrimp cocktail appeared to be a least a week old....couldn't eat it. Fortunately, the hostess decided not to charge us for it. The $40 rib eye could have been purchased at Golden Corral. It was certainly not a quality cut. Wine and dessert was great as was the service. We have been going to this restaurant for the past 10-12 years, but this was a very disappointing experience so we won't be coming back. Food and service used to be great. Now, the food is barely acceptable.

    Overall our meal was good. The ceviche was certainly the star of the experience. We also order the tuna tataki which we sent back as it was not good. We had the lamb chops which were great and the scallops (without the pork belly) which were also good. For dessert we had two, one was the afrogado which was a disappointment. Too much espresso. It overwhelmed the taste of everything else. The other was some thin cookies with something white between them. They were divine.

    Absolutely would recommend this place. My wife and I celebrated our first wedding anniversary and they did not disappoint. The service was incredible and the food was even better. From the melt in your mouth rolls to the succulent Cast-iron chicken entre and beautifully cooked scallops and the dreamiest mashed potatoes…everything was made with an extreme attention to detail. Could not have asked for a better meal.

    The food was amazing & Christmas decorations were beautiful. Felt like a private dining with less noise. I sat at patio, it’s a romantic. They provided a heater for us. The waiter knows all the details, so we could order good recommended menus. It’s usually my fav restaurant for Thanksgiving buffet in November but it’s also beautiful for Christmas Season in December…. Must order their bread- really good! Recommend for your special events such as Birthdays, Date nights or Anniversaries. They will treat you as a special with special menus!

    We had the most wonderful dinner with friends. The food was fantastic, the cocktails were top notch and as always, we had impeccable service. We always do! We have been coming to this restaurant for years (back when it was Trio) and always love having El as our waiter. He is absolutely phenomenal. Joe, the sommelier always makes sure we are taken care of as well. The whole team there is amazing! My husband had the rack of lamb which was cooked as requested: medium rare, as it should be! The whipped potatoes and Brussels sprouts were a great size for 4 adults to share. Mind you, 4 adults who also had a couple of amazing appetizers as well. We got the house rolls and empanadas. Yummy! The house rolls are served warm with sides of butter and honey. Can’t go wrong with anything you order, it is always cooked to perfection. Others have said this place is overpriced but honestly it is The Four Seasons in downtown Austin, of course it is going to be pricey.

    Normally my wife and I are leery of hotel Resturant food, but Ciclo was the exception. From the unique cocktails to one of the best crudo’ we have had to the Chilean sea bass and the giant prawns the dinner was quite exceptional. Service ( John) was impeccable and a wine list that just didn’t quit a perfect evening all around.

    Food was amazing and beautifully decorated for the holidays! Our server was probably having a bad day. He wasn’t sociable at all. Barely came around and never asked how our food was, etc. It was a Monday night and not very crowded so having multiple tables to attend to would not be an excuse. We had a party of 6 so 20% gratuity was automatically added. I would have tipped more on top but did not.
