It was great
Waited 20 minutes for someone to take our drink order. Had to ask for bread, food came out slow. Table next to us came in after we did, received drinks promptly and didn’t ask for bread. They finished dinner at the same time we did. We were seated at 7:05 PM, and didn’t get our dinner until 8:00. Poor service!!!!!!

what is the piont of having a reservation if they are still going to make you wait 45 minutes. very unacceptable
Good Food and wasn't too Chaotic on Valentine's Day. The Staff did a great job that day.
We have to wait around 20 min before we got our table even with reservations. That's the only bad part everything else was ok
Although we had a reservation, we still had to wait 45minutes. The hostess skipped our name on their written list (not organized at all) and If I didn’t question why we weren’t seated yet, they would have never seated us.

Service was terrible!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Won't be going back for quite some time. Use to frequent quite often. Not sure what has happened to this place since it is no longer affiliated with Landry's.
The Sunday Brunch was a great value and we all enjoyed the meal and the service.
Service good, food good...But it was too loud in there...I've heard it quieter in Denny's...
The waiter messed up the order multiple times. The food was ok but some hot and some cold. Definitely not the same claim jumper from years ago. The manager did apologize but unfortunately the service and food overshadowed his apology

We came to eat for NYE. The service was great, the ambiance was great. Unfortunately the kitchen fell apart so our food took forever and it was cold but the manager took care of us so we appreciated the experience
Worst food ever at Claim Jumper. Nobody at the front when we entered. Guy finally appears and when asked how are you he says he is waking up. Small selection on salad bar and not fresh. Hot food area was dark, no signs in front of chafing dishes you had to open to see the selection. Serving utensils all gummed up. Food not hot. Omelette station not experienced, got scrambled eggs not an omelette. Quite surprised we did not get sick. Would NEVER go here again.
Actually they did not have a reservation for us even though you confirmed it! Luckily it was early so they were able to give us a table?
We had a really good time dining here. The servers were very good and pleasant and the food was good. We especially liked that they had hot bacon dressing on the salad bar.
Large group of 8. Waiters were working hard because there were not many of them. They did a great job with limited staff.

Food was served cold, order was wrong. When they brought out pie only 1 of 6 had whipped cream. Never refilled our water. Waiter was doing the best he could, they were just not prepared.

Food was outstanding BUT service was exceptionally slow. 2 1/2 hours for 3 people with simple order. Not enough servers, kitchen overloaded, staff over worked.
Everyday dining. We were first seated in main restaurant and were not pleased. They would not serve happy-hour appetizers there. We moved to bar, watched games had amazing appetizers, a great bartender and drinks. Will only eat in bar from now on,
An out dated atmosphere. Dark and dreary.
We were seated immediately, and our server came over right away to ask if we wanted drinks or appetizers. He came back to check on us frequently. The food was delicious. Definitely will go back.
Food was typical. Service was beyond slow. It was not that busy, yet our server was very missing in action (MIA) that you would only see if every 20-30 minutes for a hot second. What should have been a dinner service that you'd think Claim Jumper would have to turn tables faster during weekend prime time of 6:30pm was instead like a 90 minute service that should have been half that, if the server was competently serving customers. An example, he stopped by our table to pick up our credit card for payment. Having already apologized for the slow service, he instead went off to another table to answer questions from another table and meander around to take their order before going off to the kitchen (to probably put in their order) and to finally have his manager bring back the credit card and receipt. Why? Wouldn't you want to finish one customer first? The "new" customer hadn't nearly waited as long as us. If service isn't good, there is no point to eat there. Sign me, disappointed.
Price of food is a bit high, but worth it. Steak and shrimp was excellent! New York strip was excellent. Desserts are fabulous. Prepare to take leftovers or to leave in a wheelbarrow! Wish they had these in Texas!
We come to this restaurant at this location often, but this particular visit was a bit off...normally much better. The hostess sat two walk in groups before us, even though we had a reservation and we were all there. I even told her we were all there after the first walk in group was seated ahead of us. When she sat us, we were in an empty section, which probably explained the delayed attention from the waiter, who has waited on us before and is very friendly and usually more attentive. Because of the delays, we missed our movie. I tried something different, and it was not as good as expected.
Food was cold and not well staff

Service was excellent - food was outstanding as usual - would recommend for date night or large family gathering

We were promptly seated at our reservation time. Yancy was our waiter and did an outstanding job. Very thorough, prompt and personable. Food was as usual excellent and the 1/2 of a chocolate cake brought complimentary for my sons birthday, was incredible!
We went to dinner to celebrate my son‘s birthday and the service was simply outstanding!
We came for a birthday celebration and were pleasantly surprised that a piece of the giant chocolate cake was given free to the birthday girl. Food was great and service was friendly and timely.
Booked a reservation for 830pm took a expensive uber ride there and they decided to closed early no phone call, email, text or anything.
We were there to celebrate Fathers Day one day early with no expectation of special treatment but we were so surprised!!! My 87 year old dad and my husband were treated to comped desserts!!! They were so pleased and it was all delicious! We will definitely return! Thanks for making my guys feel special!!! We enjoyed every minute!
Wish they hadn’t discontinued the beef ribs.
Not the restaurants fault, but there is on-going construction that affects parking & increased noise.
The service was slow and food had no taste. The dining room had 2 tables being used and we couldn't understand why the service was slow.
