    Arrived and was offered a table basically in the doorway. After refusing that table we were then seated at a dingy table that had not been cleaned properly. The noise level between the music and other patrons shouting to hear each other was more than we could take. We decided to leave, which was hugely disappointing due to it being my daughter’s graduation lunch

    We ate outside in the sidewalk table for Sunday brunch. The food was delicious. The cubicle we were in had a fan, which was great on a hot day, & it was fun watching people go by.

    Food was cooked to perfection. My daughters and I sat on the roof top at night and it was so nice. We enjoyed the music and ambiance. Staff was really friendly and accommodating even tho the place was busy.

    We had a wonderful dinner on the rooftop. The ambiance, music selections, and patrons were very enjoyable. It was a pleasant evening and my partner and I cannot wait to come back.

    This place was AMAZING! They comfortably fit my party of fifteen for a graduation/birthday dinner. The staff was super attentive and made sure we had everything we needed and always made sure the table was clear. The food was so good & we tried about 5 appetizers that were all good as well. They also served and cut our cake for us which was nice (at $3 per person). Overall loved the place and would definitely come again! This place would be great for a date night too.

    Was very impressed with the Continental’s atmosphere. Loved the rooftop patio. Was disappointed with their menu. Too many ethnic dishes. I will return. Great place to meet friends for drinks.

    The rooftop was very loud, the music was so loud you could hardly talk, this was at 5 pm in the afternoon. The food menu is very limited and very expensive. They did not offer the happy hour menu on the rooftop, which was disappointing.

    We came to celebrate my wife’s birthday. I made the reservation on open table adding that it was her birthday on the occasion selection as well as on the note. I also mentioned the birthday to the server who wasn’t aware. The hostess didn’t pass the information. The server was nice but there were some service issues. Not sure if it was the servers fault I think it was more the kitchen execution and food runner. We ordered appetizers and asked to hold the main food for a bit. Obviously we were not in a rush and wanted to enjoy the special evening. We came early, 5.30pm, knowing the restaurant wouldn’t be too busy and looking to turn our table too quickly. Our appetizer came… along with our main course…. The server came to apologize as she knew we wanted to space out the meal. She offered to take back the main plates to put them under the lamp but we know that then the main course quality would go down quickly under the heat lamp so we just took the food. Then for desert we hesitated to have desert there or at one of the new ice cream place but I insisted to have desert here so my wife could get a candle to blow. When we ordered the desert I figured that everyone would most likely have forgotten that it was a birthday celebration so I reminded the server that one of the desert was for the birthday girl therefore hoping a candle would be placed on the cake. The food runner came with the desert and no candle. At this point I am super annoyed I sent him back asking him to put a candle on the cake as we are trying to celebrate but seems to be difficult or too much to ask. He left the server stopped by saying that the desert were coming shortly and I explained what happened. She had no idea. She apologized and explained that they (kitchen/food runner) should have put a candle on the desert. She went to get the desert back with a sparkling stick on it. I know it’s trendy to do the sparkling stick but there is something traditional about being able to blow an actual candle

    This restaurant is one of the best in Philly. The vibes are great, service is friendly, and food is DELISH. A fun spin on some Asian dishes, and the drinks are great!!

    It was my first time at Continental Mid-town and it was a wonderful experience. All of the drinks and food were phenomenal and our waitress, Sweet Caroline, went above and beyond throughout. I will definitely be back the next time I'm in town.

    It’s been a few years since we’ve dined at the Continental. It was not as good as it used to be. The restaurant was not as we’ll maintained and the food was not as tasty. During the walk to the elevator a waitress was fixing her long hair over the clean plates. We ate outside in one of the cabanas which was a nice alternative.

    Fun and quirky ambiance, tasty drinks and food. We ordered several items to share and frozen drinks. Service by Phoebe was excellent! Enjoyed sitting on the 70’s era Cadillac seats.

    I have come numerous times over 15 years…. Two servers on the ground level on a Wednesday evening…. Obviously shorr short staff…. Server was great, obviously a manager issue… manager should have been helping if short staffed

    Everything was great! Mother’s Day was filled with booking and we just so happen to find this place and I’m glad we did! Food was hot and fresh. Our waiter was amazing ! Food came out quick and the music was a vibe ! Nice ambiance and drinks were mighty tasty! Will def be back

    Fantastic Asian American fusion! I was blown away by the different style and really enjoyed the chicken lettuce wraps and the pastrami fried rice. Loved the cocktails as well as they were very unique. Definitely want to come back to try more items from the menu.
