    It was a 4:30 Sunday late afternoon and service with Bella was great. Food was good but for the third time in a row I noticed how the portions have decreased and prices increased.

    Cooper’s Hawk is possibly the only restaurant I co ntinue to try new apps, entrees, and wines every time we go. Simply put… never disappointed and always pleasantly surprised how delightful the experience is.

    Went for my wife's birthday. Started with fried Brussel sprouts and pot stickers. Delicious! I had the surf and turf, filet medallions with scallops and she had the gnocchi with sweet potatoes. Everything was very good! Medallions and scallops were cooked perfectly. Wish the medallions were a bit bigger for the price of the surf and turf, but overall, it was great. The smore dessert was delicious and full of flavor. Waiter was great. Thanks, Rob. Highly recommend.

    We had an amazing meal. Nikki, our server, was amiable and professional. I highly recommend the appetizer special, arancini (sic), rice balls with a pumpkin pesto and hints of lemon! We were celebrating a birthday and we just had a wonderful meal and a lovely time!

    I made the reservation for 7:45pm and when I went to the desk they told me they would text me when ready. I then went to the desk 25min later asking about our reservation and they told me they were cleaning tables. When we went to our table there were many tables open. Also told them of this special occasion being our anniversary dinner but the wait staff had no idea. What’s the point of telling them of our special occasion when it goes unchecked. We like to eat there but their staff is not living up to their standards.

    This was our first time at Cooper’s Hawk, and we will definitely be back. We were seated immediately at the time of our reservation, and the service we received from Robert was outstanding. The food was excellent - the arancini was a delicious appetizer, our entrees were amazing, and the caramel apple bread pudding was to die for. Definitely noisy when we arrived at 7:15, but by 8 it was much quieter.

    Our waitress, Linda, provided exceptional service with her friendly personality and prompt attention to details. We had a wonderful anniversary dinner. The gentleman from the chefs crew also provided outstanding customer service when he came to apologize for a delay in our meal. Thanks for the great food, atmosphere and service. We will be back.

    I always enjoy dining at Coppers Hawk. The food and atmosphere is such a vibe! I didn’t have the opportunity to speak with my server manager, to provide feedback and compliments on his hospitality. So I would like to take this time during this review to mention our server Caiden H. Caiden was amazing to talk with, very pleasant, our sever made sure that we were doing well throughout our dining experience and it was appreciated. I will for sure give 5+ stars to our server & the establishment.

    I have never-I mean never had the service that we experienced last night! Jason was outstanding! Not only did he have an answer to all of my questions and knew his stuff, he was so personable and attentive! He was the first waiter to ever ask if we just wanted to sit, relax and enjoys each other’s company and ponder the menu while we franks our wine and enjoyed our appetizer! And every single thing we ordered was great! Especially the potstickers! We don’t get a lot of date nights in so it was wonderful! I would go back for the food but for his service even more!

    Sam is the best. She’s amazing and so attentive to every detail. Please don’t let her leave and give her many raises as she deserves! We go there in hopes we’ll have her as our waitress and the wonderful food. We love CH!

    The manager that checked on us, Kelly, was so friendly and engaging. I noticed she spoke with many customers and staff and seemed positive and involved throughout the night. She was not overly intrusive but not absent either it was a perfect mix! Our server was attentive and very friendly. She made great recommendations and was helpful when we needed something. I adore Coopers Hawk and plan to go back time and again.
