Really enjoyed our meal. Nice ambiance and very good service. Our waitress was very friendly and accommodating. The food was very good. We shared several appetizers, had three great entrées, and desserts. Portions were good size and food was delicious. Would definitely go back!
Beautiful building. Food was adequate
I have Never ever taken the time to write a bad review but if I can save someone a couple hundred dollars spent miserably:
We have chosen Cap & Cork for several special dinners in the past and my Mom loves it so it was a no-brainer to book their 50th Wedding Anniversary dinner there. We weren’t having a big party, just immediate family- 5 people. I swear I requested a table in the dining section beside the bar which has always been lovely. Sadly, we were seated between a giant Bday party with kids and a rowdy foul mouthed table celebrating a 21st Birthday. It would have been less noise and not as many F-Bombs at Chucky Cheese. I asked the hostess to speak to the manager to see if there was any possibility to change tables but the staff behind the hostess table said he was no where to be found. When I plead with them that this was a really special night, one of the staff grabbed her iPad to show me my booking with open table and very rudely informed me that there were no notes in my booking. So defeated, I went back to the table. The food took 45 min to arrive and was barely warm. Manager never came to the table and I ended up handing them my CC before our last bite was chewed and remaining wine consumed just to escape the noise and chaos of the dining room. I’ll think twice before booking with Open table and CERTAINLY Never ever eat at Cap & Cork again.
Great food and the creme brûlée was to die for
Great restaurant with a great vibe, we had a great dinner and the staff was very nice.
Food was excellent
Service was great
Manager was wonderful
The food was very good my daughters did not care for the mac & cheese and didn’t need it but we’re still charged atmosphere was great waitress was a little slow but overall we really enjoyed ourselves
Hostess friendly. Beautiful restaurant and ambiance. Server very pleasant and the food was tasty. We try the salmon and crab entree and it was yummy. Dessert chocolate cake with strawberries. I would definitely will come back but this time with my husband.
Beautiful place, great service
I just wish they had more vegan/vegetarian options
Everything was wonderful - from the atmosphere to the extremely attentive and great server to the delicious food! Would definitely recommend!
We had a wonderful meal here--seated outside on their patio. Delicious food and terrific service.
Great place to go for low key business meetings or date night. Love the aspect that this place used to be a old manufacturing plant and the original structure is mostly intact.
Great food excellent service
Had a fantastic dinner here last evening…Mother/Daughter date nite! The meal began with a cup of Chicken Waffle soup. Never heard of it as a soup. Go for it! Soooo delish, could have been my dinner. But wait, here comes dinner. Petite filet mignon w/2 sautéed scallops and seasonal vegetables. It was the best; generous portions but I was stuffed and couldn’t finish! Except what? Creme brûlée you say. OMG must have! Ate the whole thing!! This place DOES NOT disappoint when it comes to an unforgettable dinner.
Our waitress (think it was Jen) was very efficient, but most of all, her fun personality was the icing on the cake!
Go here! You’ll be glad you did!
Felt rushed - if we didn’t slow things down, the restaurant would have had us in and out in less than 30 minutes.
Booked a table for three: me, my elderly mom, and friend from Pittsburgh. Perfect for mom because of mobility issues. Comfortable seating, lots of space between tables. Waitress was very attentive and tableside manners and service was top notch!
Beautiful restaurant with reasonable prices. Food was good and server was attentive. Would definitely return if I’m back in the area.
Service was excellent. The food was delicious and beverage selection good. Would have loved to see a sangria on the list, but there were plenty other fine options. Nice, quiet atmosphere. It was a girls night out but this would be a great date place.
Good was wonderful and ambiance was perfect for date night. The bar was great - service was awesome and drinks were delicious!
Very nice place to go. You will enjoy the good and drinks.
Great food. Really neat decor. I do not like the way the seating is for couples. You are seated along a wall side by side by other couples. I was thankful we were close to some nice, fun people but it is still slightly uncomfortable in a romantic setting. But honestly the food and atmosphere is perfect. Small menu but food is on point.
Great food, friendly and helpful servers/staff. and overall great atmosphere.
Food and presentation were excellent. Service appeared to show shortage of staff, with minimal contact to guests. Major concern: four patrons ordered a small salad before main course, and they were served as salads were only have eaten, causing overload of place settings, and several people giving up their appetizer.
Our visit to Cork & Cap could not have been better! The service, food and pricing were all on point!
Very nice experience, great food and ambiance. The crab dip is a great starter!
Showed up early for a reservation, was visually seen by multiple people & waited about 15 mins for anyone to acknowledge we were standing there besides walking around us (including management).Crab cakes, vegetables & potatoes were very good. Water tastes like it ran down the rock walls inside. Steak had no flavor. Over priced. Serveres are the bartenders & my drink was terrible.
Great place to eat very freindly waiter
Great food awesome service!
Edamame potstickers were relatively bland - but the duck was amazing! We were sat at a quiet portion of the restaurant, and the waiter was very good. Would go back.
When we first arrived and was seated we were ignored for 15 min. Then we were approached by an amazing waitress and she was outstanding. The food was great as well.
Always a favorite for my wife and I. Love this place!
Took friends to celebrate their anniversary. The food was excellent and the service impeccable.
Me and my wife have been coming to the cork factory hotel and the restaurant for about four years now outstanding service outstanding food great place to stay when visiting Lancaster.
Food wasn't nearly as good as the last time we were there. The drink was so strong that I couldn't even drink it. For the price, I was disappointed. The last time (last year) was amazing. Seemed like a step down in overall quality.
Great place! 1st time for all 5 of us and we will be back. Our server Jen was the best
Food was unique and good. I liked the decor. Nice restaurant
the food was outstanding the service was great but the wine list was inadequate only 4 wines to choose from
The food was not as good as usual. The scallops were smaller than the last couple of times being there. The scallop appetizer used to be terrific last night it was not. Collin our waiter was fantastic. Overall a good safe restaurant to meet new people but the food last night did not live up to prior experiences.
Excellent service and food. Very nice atmosphere. Definitely recommend!
Service was top shelf and attentive. The kitchen had our dinners prepared quickly and expertly. The dessert was to die for. An incredible experience all around and the price for quality and service was a bargain. We will be going again
Food and ambiance were great, the food came out quickly and restaurant is accommodating to children. All food was delicious, potstickers, hush puppies (the best we have had ever), chicken and the special - lobster cakes. The Chocolate strawberry torte was light and delicious. will be back!
