Overall, terrific - casual to better than casual restaurant with great TVs, great food and great value. Great for group of 10!
If you are looking for a place to go with an energetic and vibrant atmosphere, Corked 2.0 is the place for you. Including after 10pm for some entertainment.
Excellent food and cocktails. The modern and industrial architecture make the space unique. The vibe and decor set the mood for the restaurant. Would recommend to friends and family.
Food was good. Best thing was the Wings with House sauce. Highly recommend. Only issue with our visit was timing of the food coming out. Felt very rushed as salad came out right after the apps. Then entree shortly after.
The service was pretty slow in the beginning but did improve. We did receive a bread basket with 2 paper thin slices of bread - not sure if they were running out of bread????? I had the chicken saltimbocca that I did not care for. The chicken was dry and tough, the fingerling potatoes were hard and the spinach was drowned in the marsala sauce. I would have preferred the spinach served on the side instead. My husband did however enjoy his chicken parmesan as it was perfectly done - the chicken was nice and thin and enjoyable crispy. It was also very loud so it was difficult to have a conversation even sitting side-by-side each other. It's been a few years since we've been to Corked where we always had delicious food. I won't be in a hurry to go back anytime soon.
The food was very good and the service staff was extremely nice. We enjoyed a tasty, casual dinner.
The server was nice but the menu was very limited and the food was not that great.
Decided to give Corked 2.0 a shot one evening for dinner. The food was very good however the atmosphere was slightly loud with the music playing. I found it difficult to communicate not only with my wife but the waitress. I would suggest toning it down a bit.
Enjoyed everything, Drinks were wonderful and great price. Staff was very kind and helpful.
not at all what we expected, did not realize ownership changed.
It's so difficult to really judge a restaurant during a pandemic; I am sure that our visit really was not indicative of Corked's full potential. What we did experience was good - the food was tasty, the drinks were spot on and the service was great. I wasn't so much about the music volume/selection and the lighting was a bit harsh for my taste, but those are all just a personal preference.
The beer selection was very good. The wings were great and honestly the house made salad dressing was out of this world. They gave me two little containers of it to go which was really nice of them but I realized midway home that i forgot it and i totally cried about it. Additionally clam chowder soup was amazing.
The lights were too bright for a “date night” and the price was a tad high for the portions but we enjoyed ourselves. Service was excellent.
Loved it! Our first time there and we’ll be back for sure!
Page our waitress was fantastic!!!
This was our first time here and we were very impressed. Our server was fantastic, and this is one of few places that can cook a burger to well done without charring it. Fries are fantastic as well. Would definitely go back!
Welcoming friendly staff. Tables nicely spaced, and we'll cleaned as patrons left. The burgers are large and thick and juicy, fries crispy and seemed fresh cut. My Cesar salad was perfect size. The chicken was well seasoned,. Salmon was cooked to perfection.
There are plenty of TVS to watch sports. Clean upscale feel. Metered parking, handicap entrance.
Waste of money. Food nothing like the old restaurant. Wouldn't ever go back.
Food is mediocre and that is being generous, not good value for what you pay. Ambience and atmosphere is good probably the highlight of the restaurant.
Never ever had a bad meal here.
Drinks were made perfectly. We had appetizers which was very good. And our server Brandon was excellent !!
Great food! Great waiter!
Food and our server was very good. Food runner kept mask below his nose and waitress next to us kept putting her mask under neath her chin, made us feel very uneasy. Too many people walking through while we were eating without masks and walking dogs,
over priced for the quality of food..Vegetables were over cooked and mushy and they ran out of sugar!!
This online menu was not the same one in restaurant!
Been here many times before, New ownership. We shall see
We had an appointment made more than a week ahead.
We arrived on time. The restaurant was not busy to
say the least, which was concerning since the area had just been given the go ahead for outdoor dining due to Covid 19. Also, the other restaurants in the area were all pretty busy. With that being said it had rained briefly about 1 hour before our arrival. When we checked in we were advised someone would take us to our table, which was not yet prepared and still wet from the rain. No umbrella was yet in the table. After being taken to our table the person had not even wiped off the chairs so we were unable to sit and had to wait for someone to come out because we can’t go inside.
Once seated I overheard a server telling another table that they could not serve alcohol because they didn’t have a liquor license!!! The name of this restaurant is corked! And it’s a wine bar!! And I was never made aware that they didn’t have a liquor license due to the restaurant changing hands. Why are they even open??? If you are a wine bar, and you can’t serve wine, why are you even open until you can? Or why don’t you at least offer a complimentary glass of wine to go with dinner? This was my birthday dinner and they failed terribly at any kind of service. It was my first time there, and it’s very doubtful I’ll ever come back. No common sense.
1 Tell people when they are making reservations that alcohol won’t be available during their visit.
2 if you’re a wine bar and can’t sell wine, at least offer a complimentary glass to go with dinner.
COMMON SENSE THINGS
The only downside to our experience was that the restaurant is currently BYOB. We had no idea when we booked the table. Luckily, restaurants in the area are still doing curbside pickup for cocktails, so we had to go elsewhere for our drinks and bring them back to our table. The food was very good, and the service was great.
