I was not impressed by the food!! Overly prized! Service was impeccable . Our dessert came out frozen in side that’s not right. I think it’s a big hype for that restaurant.

An overall lovely experience. Our server Michael provided top notch service and recommendations. We loved the flow of the night and that there was no pressure to rush - we were there to enjoy each other's company and the overall experience they provided.

Great special birthday evening! We received a polite call during the day to let us know our reservation was being moved inside because of possible rain. Octopus app and lobster/crab cake app were amazing. Sea bass and scallop entrees were superb. Our server Mark was outstanding and the garden outside was beautiful.

Staff was fantastic. Knowing that I was into wine and since it was early and not yet crowded, I was given a tour of their 15,000 bottle wine cellar. Also tour of the private gardens. Beautiful place with corresponding top notch food offerings.

If you are seeking a 5 star dining experience in NE Ohio, look no further than Cru Uncorked. Outstanding food, exceptional wine, amazing service by Al, our hostess Jeannette was great, Hardy in the bar made some terrific cocktails, and the jazz trio in the garden was lovely. Can’t say enough good things about Cru. It’s pricey, but worth the money. Just go.

As always, the food was fabulous - the lobster crab cake, burrata tomato salad, the scallops and lamb chops, all topped off with the fabulous lemon creme brûlée with the great almond crust. This is why we come back again and again! It's always something different on the menu but everything is always top notch! Thank you for all your efforts!

I’ve dined here two times now and am happy with my experience overall. We came to sit on their beautiful patio. The food was great as usual. I think the prices of menu items is a bit high but you know that going into it.

I had dinner with my wife and son. We started with the Heirloom Tomato, Baby Spinach, and a Tomato Soup with Duck Sausage. We had two Squash Blossoms and the Charred Spanish Octopus for appetizers. For our dinner, we had Two Lavender Ducks and the Cru Halibut. Creme Brulee for dessert. Cocktails and a bottle of wine. Everything was outstanding.

Our Server was pretty annoying and very intrusive! I am sure this is not the case with other servers but ours was not great. I will go back but request to have a different server if we see her again.

The covered patio is very nice, pretty and quiet. Rosie is an excellent server with lots of knowledge and has a fine personality. The food is extra special - the squash blossom appetizer is super, the spinach salad is extremely large and tasty with lots of figs and blue cheese, the scallops are sreally well prepared and very special. Everything is pricey, especially the wine. but Cru is a perfect special occasion restaurant.

This is our fourth time at Cru...each visit has been exceptional...creative menu, nice portion size, food quality for price represents good value; also superb service...our server (each time) has been very knowledgeable about menu items, ingredients, prep, and wine recommendations...efficient but not overbearing...Cru also succeeds in focusing on the less obvious things: restroom was hospital-clean, the gardens are a joy to walk through...very friendly reception both by valet, and then by front desk staff. Decor is subtle and tasteful. Looking forward to our next visit.

great wine selection, excellent food, and beautiful outdoor seating. the waiter was on the spot of understanding what we wanted and the menu selection. I wish outdoor seating came with white cloth table covers and a similar dress for the chairs. Definitely, a top choice of a French restaurant to go back to. Thank you!

I can't speak for my guests, but I was disappointed in the dorade (fish) I ate. It was a bit dry, but, more importantly, it was flavorless--not my usual experience at Cru. However, we had a great time at the table, and were well taken care of by the wait staff. Drinks were great and desserts as we expected. Thanks for the birthday candles--a good solution to marking the occasion without providing dishes we didn't want.

It was absolutely perfect. I was celebrating my 55th wedding anniversary with family and friends. My wife passed away on Oct 1st, 2022. Prior to Covid, we enjoyed Cru for most of our celebrations especially anniversary. In top of all of that, the menu had the veal chop which I really enjoy . Your chef did a great job again. This is always a great restaurant. We enjoyed our meal very much. The only quibble is that they were a little understaffed on our last visit. The service by the wait-person was excellent; however he had so many tables it wasn't easy to get his attention.

We celebrated my wife's 70th birthday and our 43rd Wedding Anniversary. Choosing to celebrate at Cru Uncorked was the perfect choice! The ambiance is serene - even if "crowded." One amenity seldom mentioned is the space between tables - we truly felt we had a space of our own, even on a Friday evening. This is true both in the several dining rooms indoors or the spacious outdoor setting. The cuisine is superb - imaginatively conceived and artfully presented. Cru is well known for their excellent wine selections, whether by the bottle or the glass. The service is excellent - attentive and accurate without being intrusive or chatty. Included in the service is valet parking. I should note that it is expensive but not overpriced. I highly recommend Cru for special occasion dining.
