   No oysters on our visit is a minus. Good service while we are waiting for our room to be ready which is quite late after 3pm.

   A complete and total disaster, The worst Sunday Brunch I’ve ever experienced……It started out when the restaurant had only one type of white wine to chose Al a carte, and not even a good choice, then at the carving section of the Sunday brunch buffet the meat was marked as “prime rib and Yorkshire pudding”, the carver argued with me the meat was lamb!!..finally when it he conceded it was beef he said there were no Yorkshire puddings and it would take too long to make them…. It is job to make them I thought, Asked a member of staff where the cheese was, only to be told “there is none”, after searching myself I found it amongst the salad bar that she was actually working at, asked if they had white bread roles only to be told they are finished… I asked her to get more and it took 30 mins for her to find some. I could go on but why!… a place like the Four Seasons should have it’s stuff together, however, this place was a told disaster. Some of the waiting staff tried but most were useless and did not know what they were doing…. …I would say the Hotel GM, F&B Manager, Restaurant Manager and the head Cook (would give him/her a chef title) needs replacing as they obviously do not care about the customer experience in this place…..never going back.

   Buffet spread was good, weekday is a nice time to have a private sessions with family, frenz or love. Not too noisy and enjoy eating without have to queue for a food

   The ambience is quite good but I was disappointed for the buffet as the taste of food not as my expectation, the soup noodles is too salty for the soup, the cakes is too sweet, also some food is not serving hot already. For the washroom part, I think need to improve for the hygiene because is quite smelly for female washroom that day I went near to the restaurant. Additionally, the waiter and waitress is friendly and good in service, also thank you for providing the birthday cake. Hopefully the food will improve and hope to visit Four Seasons in the future.

   The hostess was kept on arguing about the my lifestyles privilege membership benefits with me instead of checking with the person who sold me the membership ruining the dinner. Reception was not warm or inviting. Staff were rude and unhelpful. For a four seasons outlet the service is horrible. Also the food was also subpar for the price charged. Would do better to go to any other restaurant in town than here. Only pleasant person was the lovely lady at the dessert bar.

    Arrived and waited 40 minutes before even offered refreshments. I and other members of the dining party had to go to ask many many times. This isn’t our first brunch at the four seasons, however it will certainly be our last. Worst service I have experienced in 3 years in Kuala Lumpur. With the exception of the company, not a great birthday brunch.

    - beautiful interior and floor to ceiling windows with skyline view. No buildings encroaching into view which is great. -Great local asian selection, oxtail soup was great, lots of noodle soups - Lots of different roast meats to choose from. roast beef/chicken was a lil tough/dry, but the lamb was moist and nice and the sauces and accompaniments are great (from arancini to polenta, etc). - Great that there's ceviches and crawfish and mussels with ample condiments - However no oysters in the seafood section for those expecting them there - Amazing birthday cake service for my parents. Took cakes from the dessert section and added a Happy birthday design on the plate + candle service. Free tulip for mother's day which is great. - Thanks for the 20% spa voucher!

    Good. Overall very satisfied with the outing. The service staff could have been more attentive, but we went during a lull (lunch time during Ramadan), so I guess they were working on a low staff count. Otherwise, food was amazing.

    The table was too close. I can literally hear people beside me whispering Staff at the cake section could’ve been more helpful. Asked if i can get a candle for cake, instead she urged to ask i think floor staff to do. She could direct me rather than instruct me. Laksa johor was not good at all Overall, it is still worth the price. Malay food section was exceptional

    The quality of the food is there but unfortunately there’s not much of choices to be select. I would like to suggest to add more varieties of food such as pizza, satay, and most common dessert ice cream should be added in the menu as well. Thanks.

    It's overated. For the repo and money spent, it's not worthy. My expectation is much much higher. The deserts are too sweet while the main dishes are not as good. Had better spread at lower cost somewhere else. Sorry, will not come again or recommend. But staff, ambience, service are great.

    The selection was limited. No sashimi spread but this was probably the lack of my checking out the menu first. The oysters and ice seafood were good but the grilled lobsters were not fresh. This buffet was a self help buffet so had to wear gloves before touching the tongs. Most people were not using the gloves. There were some guest who walked around without their masks but the hotel team was quick to remind them to don the mask. Overall atmosphere was acceptable.

    I’ve repeat at four seasons many times. So far, I can say four seasons is very affordable compare to other places. From food, service, ambience and price is just great! So far, no bad experience with them. Will always repeat again!

    I reserved on 16 Nov for 4 Dec, back then À la carte were still available, and there weren't any sort of notification on official website and on OpenTable that starting from 1 Dec that Curate will be a fully buffet lunch & dinner. I was informed when I was seated at my table. When I wanted to ask one of the waiters regarding the price he wasn't sure, not sure if it's that hard to memorize two prices (lunch and dinner) for the whole month. Nevertheless, the food was nice, and on par with its reputation, not the service.

    Service is fair and has room to improve. Most of the staffs were not very friendly except Mr. Saiful, he always served us with a good smile. Food - the roast can improve especially the lamb is dried and hard Seafood is very very fresh, especially the oysters - very good Surprisingly, Japanese section for the buffet?

    I made reservation for birthday celebration. Request a slice of cake & with some notes, chef did a wonderful jobs that fulfilled my request 💯 All staff here are very friendly & helpful. As a first timer, i would say this restaurant is amazing. The foods & coffee we ordered are so delicious! Would I visit again? Yes of course!

    Amazing food with a spectacular view of KL city. The staff were very friendly & attentive, coupled with a calming ambience. It really made the dining experience very worthwhile. Definitely worth every every cent to dine here.

    Hi! Danish here, went out with my partner yesterday, loved everything! although we're sorry for taking quite too long eating hahah. Kind staffers! definitely coming back with my fam, felt safer to remove our masks and eat in there too. Altho next time i forgot to ask if they are able to mix the drinks without alchohol. wanted to try them... ill ask next time. Thank you!

    Buffet choice and quality was amazing. Service was an issue yet again. Lack of staff and they are inattentive to diners and their needs, especially towards the end of the lunch hour. Took nearly 20 minutes to get the bill.

    Went for a birthday lunch and the service was atrocious. It was hard to get anyone’s attention. Table was not cleared and requests took forever to be fulfilled. Requests for birthday cake and writing weren’t according to detailed request provided. Food was excellent.

    Dear Customer Service, When we made the booking, we were expecting buffet as per the info in the apps. However upon reaching there, we were notified that only Ala-carte is served. Disappointed as we were looking forward to the buffet spread which is one of the best in town. Good to have an indication in the apps that buffet is not served due to xxxx thus customers are aware. Other than that, the rest is good. Keep it up to the team! Will definitely go again when buffet is offered! Thanks. Ameilia Mohd Ariffin
