Was disappointed that there was only seafood options but they were super accommodating and kind. I was able to get chicken and waffles (instead of lobster). Would definitely visit again!

Loved everything from the food to the service. The manager seated us outside at our request even though they were wrapping up for the night and everything was great.

A really nice place for Caribbean + Asian fusion...I love how I could eat Sake oxtail with bok choy...drinks were also on point & our waitress was very friendly

Places a reservation for 8:15, didn’t get seated until 9pm. Was told they were backed up in the kitchen so would be a wait for our food. By 9:15 after not being greeted by a waiter my date and I headed toward the exit. Terrible experience, lack of customer service and what’s the point of setting a reservation at a specific time if you won’t be seated at that time?

Hands down the food and the ambiance was great. I gave 4 stars simply because of the service. My husband and I made a reservation for 7:30PM and arrived around 7:35PM because we circled for parking for over 15 minutes (classic NYC problems). As we walked in the door the hostess greeted us and gave me a rose (it was Valentine’s Day). We were seated and unfortunately waited about 20 minutes for our server to take our order. We knew it was extremely busy so we ordered drinks, appetizers and entrees all at once. The drinks were the BOMB! The appetizers great! But the entrees didn’t arrive until about 9pm. We understand that it was busy. The hostess who sat us even passed by us several times and kept noticing that we hadn’t received our food and asked us once, “you guys still waiting for your food?” I Just felt like the server could have at least informed us of the delay and thanked us for our patience. I hope to visit again soon when it’s not so busy. I thoroughly love to support black business but we have to do better with our service even when it’s ridiculously busy. Perhaps hiring extra hands to serve that evening would’ve been wise or even reducing the amount of reservations. I hope this constructive feedback will help your business thrive.

This place was terrible. It took me and my girlfriend two hours just for the appetizers to come out. They tried to charge us $15 for daiquiris that were Virgin and we had to wait a hour for them. The food wasn’t hot. People who came in after us, received their food before us. They have a Covid fee for customers while they had a full house and didn’t have much social distancing going on. They also didn’t even get our full meal correct. They didn’t check up on us. We had to keep calling people over. Service just wasn’t up to par. Oh and not to mention, when the entrees did come out, they messed up my order. I had to wait a little bit extra to receive my correct meal.

The food and the service was amazing. The environment was very clean and the atmosphere was very energetic and positive. Big Ups to Tony The Baddest Bartender!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The food was very good! We ordered the salmon with mixed vegetables and it was cooked to perfection! Will be returning soon!

We opted for the heated greenhouse for an extra $25, it took a while to heat up and wasn't as warm as I thought but it was bearable without a coat. The greenhouse we were assigned to had a door that was off track causing it to often come off and need to be reattached by staff. There were white string lights within and that was nice for the ambiance. The height of it was about 6 feet at its center point which may be uncomfortable for taller diners when entering etc. Overall I would choose it again (preferably with a good door) because of its seclusion from other dinners, I loved the privacy. The music was kinda on the loud side and rl gave me backyard party/club vibes but I enjoyed it entirely. Last but not least the food was amazing and well paired with respective sauces or dips for each dish. Each dish had its defining qualities, oxtails were very tender, jerk chicken well seasoned with just enough spice, honey garlic shrimp cooked and seasoned perfectly, fries were fresh and good quality etc. I wouldn't have a problem trying anything on the menu and will definitely return in the future to do so. I have already recommended this place to 3 people.

Great food and great service. Only gripe is the charge you for putting you in their house pod (which i didn't even ask for) but its whatever.

Went to Czen restaurant to have a celebration brunch with my mom and the service was great! The food was soo good...and those drinks! Nice and strong 💪...and our waiter Julian was very attentive and provided awesome service!

They have individual greenhouses with space heaters inside so you're safe and warm. Food was great as always.

Our waiter Julien was very pleasant and was able to tell us about the menu and had recommendations for us. The drinks were great and the food was even better, we really had a great time It was our first time at Czen we will be returning.

Made a last minute reservation just to get out of the house. The food was delicious!!! My friend and I came for dinner and drinks and they did not disappoint. The drinks were good and the food was scrumptious. She had the Honey Butter Garlic Shrimp and I had the Berry Jerk Short Ribs. Both meals were super flavorful and most definitely savory. Our drinks were pretty strong. Two drinks and we were good! Lol I would definitely recommend this place to anyone. The only con that I have is that the food takes a while to come out but once it does its definitely worth it. Just don't go when you're starving lol. The employees were respectful and attentive despite being short staff (at least that's what I got from it). Great place, I will definitely be back!

I had a great experience with my friends. The ambiance was lovely and the “indoor dining” experience was one for the books! That oxtail sushi and dumplings were the TRUTH. I’ll go again one day for sure.

Amazing service accommodating COVID19 protocols and assuring customers were safe and warm for outdoor seating.

Czen is my favorite place to go for amazing food, excellent custom service and a relaxing ambiance. We had the green house experience and I must say it has been my best outdoor dining experience this winter. You couldn’t even tell you were outside. I love that place!

Brunch was delicious, good choices, drinks was worth the price, server was attentive and greenhouse was warm and cute.

Food is really good. Cabins are limited but the space and decor is nice
