We had a reservation for 6:30, I made 2 weeks ago. We arrived 10 mins early, we were told they had our reservation, but the restaurant was at 100% capacity. We waited, we were offered to set at the bar, so we opted to, the bartender had been there all day due to her relief not showing up. The manager was letting her drown. She was trying to provide alcoholic drinks for the entire place, plus provide service for people seated at the bar. We set there around 6:40, around 8, we had our food. The bartender did a wonderful job with what she was given. The management of this restaurant is terrible! This was our first time, our bill with food and game cards was over $250.00, my son’s game card got stolen after he set it down for literally 2 seconds. Our overall experience was terrible!

We waited 15 minutes before I had to go ask if we were going to get service. Waited another 5 for waitress to get our drink orders. Ordered boneless wings, received bone in. Waitress did catch but had to wait for that to come, while everyone else at table had theirs. Hostess didn’t do her job correctly and was just leaning most of the time and acted aggravated when she had to assist us. Didn’t have menus available and complained about waiters not returning menus to her. If hostess would have informed staff of seating there wouldn’t have been a delay- disappointed

After years of not visiting D&B’s I am so glad I went back. Good food, great service, and awesome games:) I took 4 kids with me and we all enjoyed. Highly recommend. They remodeled!

Absolute sh**-show. Waited at the host stand for 15 minutes, tried to get multiple people to help us get our table and got only shoulder shrugs. They are certainly deeply underpaid here.
