Celebrated a Birthday with hubby & friends. Del Frisco’s did not disappoint! Excellent service & food. You get what you pay for and it’s worth every dollar/bite! I had the tomatoe & burrata salad, the large fresh scallops and hubby had the sea bass and mushrooms.
Our waitress and server were absolutely outstanding. They bent over backwards to make sure that we had complete satisfaction. The truffle butter for the steak was magically delicious. Steaks were superb. Crabcakes just melted in your mouth. The dessert recommendations were amazing. The seating was perfect. Del Frisco’s by far is the best steakhouse in Las Vegas.
Sean and the female trainee were very attentive and provided a good dining experience. Sean was gracious enough to show us the James Bond table.
First dinner of our honeymoon and it was pretty awful, sat at the bar. Steak ordered medium and it was cold/bloody and then they “re heated” it and it was still undercooked and not good. I had the chicken and it was so dry I took 2 bites and that’s it. Not flavorful. Meals for how expensive were gross and went right into our trash. Mashed potatoes were amazing though but my husband is allergic to green onions which were in the mashed potatoes but not noted on the menu. Asparagus was good no issues. Service was slow, they looked like they were between shifts though. Asked the hostess Uber or cab and she said definitely Uber. We wanted 25 mins and saw 4 cabs before we got our Uber that was twice as much as a cab. All around bad not a good start to our honeymoon at all. We had originally planned to stay for dessert but based on how poor it all was we decided to leave and go elsewhere.
We love going here. We had friends come in out of state and couldn’t wait to take them. We sat in one of the back room that had three big parties and two individual tables. Everything was full. Our server unfortunately tended to another table more than ours. Our bread came to the table cold which we have never had happen before. Server did not explain how the seafood tower worked for pricing. We ended up finding out the charge it per person and not just one price. We were charged for people that don’t like seafood, and others who were allergic. No one came by to clean off table between courses, we had to ask them to do it. We were never asked if we wanted more bread either. When the soup came lobster bisque it was really saltly and so disappointing. Server never came to ask us how the meal was so far. When the meal came normally the servers who bring it ask you to cut through the steak to make sure it is the temperature of your liking, that never happened and honestly my steak was mid rare and i asked for it mid well. Again server never came to ask us how the food was, always busy with other table. It did take us along time to get our food. Reservations were at 6:45 took 15 min to seat is at check in and didn’t get our food until almost 8:30. Really just super disappointed since we love this place and never have had service like this before and our friends were really disappointed since we talked it up so much to them and was treated poorly. We were really embarrassed. Also we were charge gratuity on a party for 8, which one was a 6 year old child. Normally i wouldn’t mind but having poor service you would think they would make that optional. Almost felt like we were treated poorly knowing they were going to get a full tip either way.
The food was very good and very affordable , but the best part evening was our server Stacy , was phenomenal and on point , so friendly and outgoing ,she was awesome helping us decide of food and pairing of wine ! If you are in town and go here , ask for Stacy
Awesome food!!! The steaks are to die for!!!
Dinner was fantastic and so was our waitress. We went outside for an after dinner drink and a cigar however and could not get waited on. The misters were not working and it was very warm. If you don’t have the staff or the equipment isn’t working, tell people it is not open. Or at least tell them the misters aren’t working and you need to go to the bar to get your own drinks!
They didn’t have any Pinot Grigio-on a Friday-who doesn’t have wine for the weekend?
The service was outstanding. The food was excellent.
It was good…nothing special.
I wanted to build a special memory for me and my 3 kids.
I had been in Frisco’s Vegas many times in the past.
As we arrived , I have requested a table with enough space for all of us, be able to take joint family pictures etc…the restaurant was empty, we received a surprising NO.
The food good was good but expensive,
We will not come back..it is not a good value NO!
The sides we ordered was good. The service was OUTSTANDING!! The issue was the steak. My husband's and I ordered steaks. The steak was tough and without much flavor. I left more on the plate, than I ate. Overall, the experience was ok. Again, the staff was great!
THE SERVICE WAS EXCELLENT!!!
The food was VERY GOOD!
David was a great host!
Chris was outstanding and food was incredible !
The food and the specialty drink were good. The service had a lot to be desired.
Wonderful dinner. Our server was outstanding and made excellent recommendations.
Everything was very good except music was very loud
First time at a Del Frisco’s. Will return for sure. Best chilled martini I’ve ever had. Pepper crust on steaks and mashed potatoes also very well prepared.
Steak and service was excellent! I'll recommend and I'll be back.
This is by far the worst experience that I’ve ever had with Del Frisco. We have 8 o’clock reservations, they were 15 minutes late with the reservations and it took us an hour to get our food. The steak was not well done as requested and the Asparagus were basically raw and cold. The waitress was very nice and apologetic however the manger NEVER came to the table to apologize for any inconvenience. This is our first and last time visiting this ridiculous restaurant.
We had reservations for over a month to celebrate a 50th birthday. We arrived at 6:30 and it took 45 minutes to get a bottle of champagne delivered in the bar before our dinner reservation. They didn’t have what we selected from their menu yet 2 bartenders stated it was available. Manager (worst customer service) finally came to let us know that they definitely didn’t have what we had ordered and then proceeded to try to upsell a more expensive bottle with no offer to match price. Food was average, over priced and we will not be visiting again! There was one outstanding server Sierra who made our evening as nice as she could within her control. They were understaffed and we had been told that by a number of the employees, not professional at all!
Delaney was the best server ever!! Food was great, best service we have had in awhile. Very personable and sweet
Delicious prime rib eye and a great bottle of wine. Cant wait to go back. I would definitely recommend this restaurant, it’s so much better than the casino restaurants.
Great experience and ambiance. Great service and delicious food.
Always like me some Del Frisco’s Double Eagle , especially in Las Vegas .
My filet was hard as a rock and tough to eat. The lobster Mac n cheese was very bland our server forgot about about our appetizers and then brought them out after our entrees. Service was very slow took them 20 minutes to swipe my card for payment. The only thing we enjoyed was the bread and butter cake for dessert.
Great food ! I would for sure return
We enjoy the cocktails, food and atmosphere. Highly recommend.
Horrible dinner. We had a reservation and checked in early, but they were running late. There was no order to the madness. People were everywhere. It was very loud where you could barely hear the bartender. Bradley at the host stand was very rude. He didn’t understand or care that we were Landry’s Presidents Club select members. When we were finally seated, the server was slow and didn’t really care to see if we needed anything. We would have had another drink if they asked, but no one checked on us. We ended up being one of the last tables in the dining room because they ignored us and then messed up our check. It was supposed to be a special night, but this restaurant ruined it. The food was good, but that was the only thing we can smile about. Don’t waste your time visiting this location.
• Hostesses are clueless.
• Wait time with reservation was unacceptable.
• Dresscode requirement has fallen off. Too much casual wear.
• Menu has decline over the last couple years.
• Drinks are weaker.
• No longer assistance with taxi back to strip/hotel.
• Too many tables, not enough booths.
• However, waitress was great! Delaney I believe was her name.
I communicated that I had a strict budget. Not only did they go way over, they would take no responsibility whatsoever. Never having a business dinner here again, the manager essentially called me a liar.
Every time we visit Las Vegas, we go to Del Frisco's. We've probably been there 40 times over the years. We have even been one other time post-pandemic, back in January, 2021. This time was different and was not even close to our normal experience is. Here's why:
1- we got there on time for our reservation. There were many available tables. The hostess told us they were running 10 minutes late, so we waited at the bar. 15 minutes later, our table was ready.
2- the rolls served were cold, the 1st time... and the 2nd time. Finally, after we asked a 3rd time, they came out nice and warm.
3-I ordered their house special VIP cocktail, which is normally served in a martini glass. I've had it there many times, it's always served that way. The 1st one I had at the bar, was served in a martini glass. The waitress brings me the VIP in a champagne flute. When I questioned, she said the martini glasses were all dirty. Ummm... really? At a restaurant like this? And, they should know, you don't serve a drink in the wrong type of glass.
4- manager was very intrigued with the table behind us and checked on them several times during the evening. Not once did he come by our table to ask how we were doing. He spent probably 15 minutes at the other table, ours - zero minutes.
4- the 16 oz. lobster tail (we know this is going to be pricey and we are good with that), was dry... even after the waitress encouraged me to order it saying I would not be disappointed. I was. And, it was dry even when the served poured a bunch of butter on it, which I don't care for. Should have returned it, but didn't.
Hoping they raise their game or it's going to be off the list of our go-to restaurants in LV.
I’ve been a delfriscos customer for over 20 years. I’ve had many great meals and great experiences at this restaurant. This was not one of them. I would say that both the food and the service were very substandard. My waitress was almost mechanical in her delivery of service to me and to all the other tables. At least I can say that when I happened to see her – which was not often. I asked for salt and apparently that was a major problem because it took 20 minutes for me to get salt to put on my salad. Unacceptable. But this was par for the course with this waitress and my dinner experience at Del Frisco‘s tonight. I’ve had better service at Denny’s. I made the mistake of ordering seafood for the first time at Del Frisco’s and I wish I hadn’t. I had the scallops and they were nice scallops well cooked an incredibly boring. I think my 20-year-old son could’ve done a better job at cooking them. Very disappointing in a restaurant like delfriscos. Should’ve had the steak. You think that ordering a cocktail would be something you could get quickly and with lots of attention. Not so tonight. Getting a second cocktail seem to be a major problem that took another 20 minutes. I ordered dessert just to see if the Neill could be improved it really wasn’t I had the butter cake which was good but not great even getting a coffee refill seem to be a major ordeal. All in all this was not the delfriscos experience. For this kind of money and with the expectation for this restaurant tonight was a big disappointment. I don’t know if I’m coming back. It looks like Del Friscos is in a slump. Too bad I had to experience it.
Cody and his team did a fantastic job taking care of us and giving my mother the champagne treatment for her 70th birthday. Great service, great food and a wonderful time. The room we were in did get a bit noisy once the other tables started filling up, but a fantastic value for the quality of food and service.
I took my friend for his birthday and we had a wonderful time. The butter cake is a must for dessert! Delainey was a fantastic server, such a pleasure.
Excellent food and good service from the bartender. I had made reservations but I wasn’t allowed to sit at the table because of my attire. I hope in the future they may offer a loaner jacket for those who arrive unprepared due to various reasons.
Del Frisco’s is literally amazing. I dined here 2 out of the 4 nights on my most recent trip. The fact that this isn’t a staple of every person’s trip to Vegas is a crime. The food is the highest of quality. The ambience is calming, yet upbeat. You will not find a more quality establishment. Worth every penny. Will dine here every night on my next trip.
A friend recommended del friscos so we went there for date night. Honestly it's overpriced for what you get. Ingot the steak and lobster mac and cheese. It was good, but not great. I would say it was as good as cheddars restaurant. The VIP drink was okay. Just overall it was okay.
I love love love!!! I look forward to now visiting other locations!! Great first impression! Great food! Great service
