Delirium Café USA is the first United States location for the highly regarded international chain of beer-focused cafés anchored in Belgium. The original café began in the basement of a row house just off the Grand Place in downtown Brussels. As local college kids, international tourists, and discerning beer purists began to frequent it, the café grew. It expanded from the 1000sf basement to taking over an entire block, and is now a destination for beer lovers around the globe.
Delirium Café USA aims to merge the Belgian café experience with the local Loudoun flavor, and to provide an outstanding experience centered around great beer, wine, spirits, and food.

Good place good bones in the community but I found especially the salads to be over priced for what was received
Mussels needed more flavor and way more broth.
Rock shrimp salad had no dressing or flavor. Overpriced.
Fish and chips were tiny. Nowhere close to the 1lb advertisement.
Took a long, long time to get silverware and napkins.
We wanted to dine outside due to covid and our unvaccinated kid, and hostess had us all walk inside although I asked if we couple meet her around back and it was easily accessible. There was no need for us to follow her through the place and linger inside.
Super friendly staff and great food!
Outdoor dining was lovely. Regular and Gluten free options were delicious. My husband has a gluten allergy and the staff was helpful and understanding of how to prepare his dish for him. My meal was terrific as well. Enjoyed the evening immensely!
Wife had Mussels (good), I had fish & chips (fair). The beer I originally ordered the waitress didn't know they had. Overall experience was 2-3 stars. Will probably go back at some point, but probably just for a casual beer with friends.
Great atmosphere. The menu needs a few gluten free options.
The highpoints were the beer and the hot pretzels.
I ordered the Endive salad with shaved chicken; it was almost inedible
The service was also uneven.
Unfortunately, I don't think this restaurant will go into our 'do it again' column
Unfortunately the kitchen was closed, so we were unable to dine, the service and beer selection, however, was fantastic!
Kind of a unique set-up. Essentially no wait staff. Someone brings your food but you order and pay by your phone.
The menu was small and at first we weren't sure we could find anything to eat, but we did: Cesar salads, soup, poutine, pretzel special. They were out of the entre. That may not sound like a meal so your mileage may vary, but everything was very good. Good portions. The poutine was great. Soup very good. The rest was good.
FYI: The menu is heavy on wings, burgers, and potatoes (in many forms) + small plates.
I would recommend to the restaurant to find a better Cesar dressing. It isn't hard to make and does make all the difference.
On the overall, we went from "I'm not sure this is going to work" to "This is a fun place. We're looking forward to coming back." So that's a very positive experience.
First visit and had a great time. Their version of bruschetta is AMAZING, we placed a second order!!! Love the mussels pot. Great service, great food!
Love, love, love! Gave me nostalgic memories of Belgium and will go back 1000x over!
Amazing food and drink and ambiance!
They were out of numerous food items, brisket ( the base for approx 4-5 items on their limited menu) and *many* beers, but our server didn’t bother to mention it until we tried to order specific items. (“Oh we don’t have A.. we don’t have B either... or C.” The service was slow and disappointing in the bar area last night, which I would understand if they were slammed — not the case. Disappointing downturn in quality at one of my regular restaurants.
We made reservations and traveled out of our way because of the brunch menu. Evidently, they do not serve brunch! Lunch was very good nonetheless. Table service was subpar.
Service was a little slow to be responsive but great once we got it. Also, it was a busy Saturday. Food was good, plentiful. Drinks were amazing.
A quaint little spot, but always hits the mark. I will be back.
Great experience! Staff was responsive and friendly, and the beer and cocktails were fantastic. Food was awesome as well
This was our first time to visit Delirium Cafe. We couldn’t have been more pleased. The staff, particularly the bartender/manager, was so kind to make us at home. The ambiance was carefree and comfortable. My husband and I were able to have a pleasant conversation without loud music or intrusions. The food was delicious and the wine & beer were tasty. We will definitely be returning on a regular basis.
The service was exceptionally slow this Sunday afternoon.
Awesome beer and food as always
Food was great and the atmosphere was nice. Only drawback was the need to make multiple requests for the same thing from our server then other servers walking by when the first server failed to bring us what we needed. This happened multiple times.
We always love our visits here - great menu and service. Homey atmosphere and surroundings. Engaging staff. Delirium has your beer, regardless 🍻
Appetizer never arrived.
Entree was bland.
Only returning for drinks and snacks - sad, bc this place was an old favorite.
I met a colleague for a late business discussion on a weeknight. The service was lovely: attentive but not intrusive. I ordered mussels, which had good flavor, but they weren't as plump as usual, which would have made them nicer.
I'd definitely recommend Delirium, and as someone who isn't a beer drinker, I appreciate that there are a lot of other good choices, from wine to food.
Great selection of beer.
The waffle dessert was awesome
