    We were a little late for our reservation and it was nearly 10:00 pm. We were still greeted warmly and seated immediately. Our server was fantastic, friendly, knowledgeable, and had a great demeanor. The food was excellent.

    We enjoyed the roasted cauliflower with feta cheese, chefs selection charcuterie, margarita pizza and a variety of craft cocktails between the 4 of us. A window seat afforded us ample opportunity to people watch. Domenicas is walking distance from our condo so anytime we are in town- this is a must go to!

    The Arancini was off the chain, the pizza was absolutely delightful, my husband’s pasta dish was amazing.  They recommended the lasagna, which apparently was voted number one by Food Network.  Unfortunately, it was not our favorite.  I would love to give them a five star rating except for the fact that our server made it a point to let us know that in the eight years he had been there, NO ONE had ever complained about the lasagna. Oh well… c’est la vie.! The ambience is lovely and vibrant and we truly enjoyed our evening.

    We weren’t sure what to expect here as it’s in the Roosevelt Hotel, not always sure about hotel restaurants, but were pleasantly surprised! Very quick service and very attentive manager and wait staff. Food was good. Had the Carbonara and it was more like a Cacio e Pepe, VERY peppery. Not the typical Carbonara. Pasta itself was fantastic and fresh, sauce was the downer for me. Had the chocolate layered desert and it was DELISH! I would definitely go back as it was nice to be close to the heart of the French Quarter but not in the middle of the crowd! Definitely a fun vibe but happily more subdued than the middle of the French Quarter!

    We loved everything about our experience at Domenica from the moment we walked in. The hostesses were so nice and accommodating, the server was outstanding and if you go you must try the best lasagna you’ve ever eaten in your life.🥰We had the window seat which made for great people watching as well😂

    We ordered a pizza that came to the table cold, with prosciutto that was put on after it came out of the oven. Management did comp us for the pizza but we still paid for 1 glass of Sangria and a tea that totaled $20 before tip.

    We had an excellent experience at Domenica! We were in town from Pensacola and the manager Maggie, who is also from Pensacola went out of her way to stop to talk to us at our table. Maggie and our server were extremely friendly and we enjoyed our time as well as the food which was excellent!

    Amazing ambiance. Great service. Great food. The ribeye was slightly over cooked and portion small considering the price. Not a good value. Everything else we had - appetizer, salad, lasagna entrees, dessert were great and well priced.

    Always great food, great service, great drinks and consistent. Love this place. Cocktails are amazing. Service was efficient. One of our favorites! Also thank you to the very kind hostesses for accommodating adding two to our party. And then accommodating us for running late due to traffic. They were warm, welcoming and friendly.

    Great meal in NOLA with teens before concert at the dome. Food was good and made affordable by the happy hour special. Service was great. Happy hour drink specials were good too. Easy Walking distance to the dome.

    Such a fun restaurant. I am not a fan of John Besh, but the food and service here are excellent and the pricing is reasonable. The pizzas are perfect.

    Fennel seeds/ flavour in a lot of the menu items. You either like it or not. If not your choices are quite limited for a menu that is small already. Spaghetti Carbonara was salty. Meatballs the fennel flavour is quite overwhelming Pizza was nice and thin, not enough tomato sauce. Prosciutto slices were cut too big and there was too much arugula. Service was good but overall not recommended.

    We went to Domenica after a show at the Saenger theatre and caught the end of their amazing happy hour! We enjoyed the Coolinary menu special and it was delicious! Our server, Brittany, was super on top of it and was great with our kids, too. Service & delicious food make the best experience!

    Had a birthday celebration here for my son and was admittedly a bit disappointed with the food. The lasagna didn’t have much flavor just a cheesy taste. Pizza was just average. Meatballs were a bit disgusting. The highlights were the cauliflower and the dessert.

    Truffle campanelle very good as was rigatoni arranbiata. Their old half portions are now being served as a full size serving. I’m a small eater so this works for me. You’re just paying more for a smaller portion. Above average wine selection. Desserts affogato and gelato stracciatella always a welcome way to end the meal along with a strong cup of coffee. My only suggestion with the service is please do not clear the plate as soon as we take our last forkful! It’s like they want to turn the table. Bad manners. We left extra tip because we did camp out for awhile before having to go to Frankie Valli at the Saenger. Always a good meal! Will be back again!
