Enjoyable experience...I’m not a “spirits” person, but enjoyed the ax throwing and our server was great!!!

This was a fun spot. We were going primarily because of the axe throwing but all in all it was a good experience. Service was really good, drinks were very tasty and different with lots to choose from. Axe throwing was fun but a little expensive. We had a Groupon from pre-Covid that they honored, which was very nice. If you're in the area stop in and check it out.

We had a wonderful time at Dragon Distillery. The owner and staff are very knowledgeable and helpful. They explained each spirit and checked back several times to see how we were doing. We will be back and hope to bring some of our friends.

Fun afternoon for all four of us! Good Food, and tasting

Bought a Groupon for axe throwing and a tasting for 2 at a really good value. The atmosphere was very medieval times-esque and very congenial and attentive staff. Axe throwing was fun and safe. The drinks were amazing! Would def recommend for a nice, different take on date night.

Great service and environment. We loved our attentive waitress and ax throwing supervisor. The place was really cool, and we will be back. I even bought a bottle of bourbon because it was so tasty!

We went on a friday night to do trivia with our kids. We had so much fun. The drinks and food were great. We cant wait to go back.

We only had nachos from the food menu so I had limited exposure to the food but they were good. The spirits were great and the owner and his wife have a great place. I love supporting veteran owned business and the fact that they have some amazing drinks makes it even better.

The building is very ordinary across the street from the airport. The owners were there and very welcoming and enthusiastic. The spirits were well done and we bought several. Worth visiting.

Super spirits!

We visited as a party of 6 for a birthday celebration. Staff was friendly and helpful. We did not order any food so we can not make any recommendations. All enjoyed the tastings, cocktails and of course the axe throwing.

Fun place! Stuffed grape leaves with hummus and bean burger were great. Axe throwing makes it more fun than the average dinner out. Spirit tastings can be tough on the palate for those who don't usually drink things straight-up/without mixers, but it's fun for others to see the faces we make.

Recommended for an adventurous date night or a night out with friends!

Dragon Distillery was such a fun date night for us. We made reservations for 5:30 on a Saturday evening, which is definitely recommended because they were busy the entire time we were there. The drinks are definitely interesting; we ordered the cocktail flight and had fun trying the different ones. I really enjoyed the one with whiskey and cream soda. If you like sweeter drinks then they definitely have a few you'd enjoy.
The food was pretty decent for pub food. We shared the crab dip in a bread bowl- this was quite tasty- and also shared the club sandwich- which was decent, nothing to write home about.
What really stood out, was the fun theme of this place and the axe throwing! we did axe throwing and threw some ninjas stars and it was so. much. fun. Who knew? Seriously, it was just really cool to throw some axes and ninja stars on a date. Also a bonus, the board games they had. We love boardgaming and they had a decent variety of games you could borrow. We also played Azul, a beautiful board game I highly recommend on our date. Overall, great place, I highly recommend checking out!

Awesome experience great food and great service

Our waiter and instructor for the axe throwing were awesome ! We definitely enjoyed ourselves !

Aubrey was amazing! She gave great advice on which drinks to get and was spot on! Will definitely visit again!

Axe throwing and the cocktails were great! The food left little to be desired. My recommendation would be to go for the fun and maybe orders some appetizers.

Great atmosphere and awesome staff. The location to the actual building was a bit confusing but all in all the Dragon met and exceeded our expectations.

Service is always wonderful. The Sultan's Oasis is delicious.

Cool concept, drinks are good but the food was horrible. My food was burnt and the pretzel was soggy on top with a chewy bottom. It also has a bit of kick in the cheese which they don't mention. We only ate about half of our meal. They advertise on Local Flavor but don't accept it. Axe throwing would be fun but two of our axes on each side had very loose axe heads and didn't stick well. Great place to get a delicious mixed drink though.

We enjoy going for trivia. Service is always wonderful. Food is good. Drinks are a little pricey, but it's a distillery and pretty much expected.

We were the first to arrive when they opened. The ambiance is awesome - axes on the wall, GOT flags on the ceiling. We tried the Bourbon, rum, and a few mixed drinks along with the cheese pretzel which was big. Order 1 for two people first. Picked up some bottles to go. Will definitely go again.

It was surprisingly good - the food was great, ax throwing is fun!

The Dragon's Den has very good, simple comfort food. The burgers and crab quesadilla are wonderful, but everything we have had has been quite good. There is a wide variety of drinks to fit anyone. But the Hot Buttered Rum offered now was really good on a cold winter day.

Everything overall was a great experience, and we would definitely recommend this place to friends and family!

We had a wonderful time. Everyone was super helpful and the tasting was great. We did the more in-depth tasting and the lady was very knowledgeable and sweet! The puppy dogs were cute! The atmosphere was great! Can’t wait to go back!

We LOVED the Dragon Distillery! It is obvious that the owners (who were so adorable and kind) know their products. It’s clear they know what they are doing. Axe throwing was so much fun! Food is very reasonably priced. Our whole party enjoyed our meal: BBQ sandwich, chicken parmigiana sub and the jalapeño burger. Will definitely go back!

Amazing evening, good food, great drinks, prices are great too. Defin buy some extra alcohol from the owners, its sooooo good.

Had a great time and so refreshing to be out, everything was clean and there was plenty of space for diner safety. I had so much fun attempting to throw the axe. My husband was surprised to have a date day with axe throwing.

Nice place, limited bar menu (no wings or fries) but overall good. My group did the axe throwing and tasting (Groupon) we had a good time.

What a wonderful way to try something new. Four of us drove from Northern Virginia for a tasting and Ax Throwing. The liquors were fantastic and we left with five bottles. Many have no added sugar which was a bonus! We stayed for lunch and the food was great with very reasonable pricing. The Ax Throwing was a lot of fun. All the staff were friendly and passionate about this unique gem. Can’t wait to come back and share with other friends. Excellent COVID safety protocols in place indoors and outdoors. Thank you!
