Amazing as always. One of our favorite places!!!!!

Very Clean. No covid concerns.

El ambiente muy bueno, las yucas fritas exelente. El lomo saltado estaba un poco crudo y tuve que esperar a que me lo volvieran a cosinar. La mesera muy amable y eficaz. Eramos 10 en la mesa y nos atendió super bien.
Lo recomiendo ya que al ser 10 personas y solo 1 plato llego mal está perdonado el chef.

Everything about this place is top notch! Food, drinks, atmosphere and service!!!! One of the best places in Lancaster County! Can’t wait to go back.

The food took what felt like forever! I mean I know it was a larger group of people but we were there from 5:30-8:20pm. The food was okay it was my first time there and I loveeee Mexican food but the quesadillas were soggy and the chimichangas were huge but barely anything in it. No sour cream or any appealing fillings just meat and cheese. The waiter was sooooo nice and kept apologizing for the wait on food and kept us hydrated with sodas and drinks which was nice but most of our bill ended up being on drinks. Spent over $400 in total ! Which I found to be extremely expensive but then again most was on drinks. Overall we had a nice time since we were able to socialize and have drinks and the waiter made it feel very welcoming which I appreciate him for ! Wished I caught him name but he deserves recognition for his service. I also was upset about not getting the tour everyone talks about. My overall experience was okay and it was a very beautiful clean place. Bathroom very clean and loved the fact it had listerine. lol

One of the best dinners I’ve had in a long time. The chips and salsa were hands down the best I’ve ever had! Dinner was really good, and prices were surprisingly affordable for the quality. Hands down a five star experience

My husband and I went to El Serrano for dinner for the first time and we enjoyed it very much. The building as well as the interior appointments make for a lovely atmosphere. Our Peruvian cuisine was delicious and our server was very friendly and attentive. We look forward to going again!

This was the location I wanted to spend our 3rd wedding anniversary, at. The food is always great, the 1st round of drinks were authentic, the appetizers (coconut shrimp)...were fresh and flavorful. I always tend try try new items, when we return, but with a meatless died, im restricted.

Food was great and our server, Carlos, was outstanding. Very attentive and polite.

Our first time here but not our last. Large portions of delicious appetizers and entrees. Highly recommend the Gambas and Lomo Saltano...beef was incredibly tender and cooked perfectly.

We have been going to El Serranos for all our celebrations for over 10 years and have never been disappointed, the food is wonderful, the atmosphere is wonderful. No complaints!

Food at El Serrano is always good. The margarita was delicious as well.

Hadn’t been to El Serrano in years and decided it was the perfect stop before a show in Millersville. We were right! Starting with delicious margaritas, the perfect blend of creativity and classic...a must try. Our entrees were simply delicious. We had a classic burrito, as well as some Latin dishes. Each was delicious . Portions were ample generous
Ingredients were high quality.
Service was very professional and friendly. All the COVID standards were practiced, and it was neither intrusive or offensive.

We were there for a birthday celebration. Manuel (owner) stopped and chatted with us. He was very interesting. We had delicious meals and we all needed to go boxes. Our dessert was served with a sparkler.

We enjoyed a very nice meal at El Serrano. Felt very comfortable as all the wait staff wore masks, and we were seated in our own out of the way alcove, so not near any other tables that were in use. They even had small individual servings of the complimentary salsa, with the tortilla chips served in a white paper bag, so you could just pour out a few on your individual plate. The Gambinos (shrimp) appetizer was very tasty and almost enough for a meal. The service was very good, and our waiter was able to give us good descriptions of the menu items.

Excellent place for dinner, especially during COVID. We were tucked in a booth in a sheltered area that was completely isolated from everyone and felt very safe eating here. The food was delicious and the server was exceptional. I highly recommend a night out here.

El Serrano's open courtyard with widely spaced tables is a safe and beautiful venue for a late fall dinner.

I came to El Serrano to celebrate my birthday with 6 other family and friends and everything was great! Our server was very accommodating and our meals were great!

We were sitting at a high table and low chairs. Chairs should have been a little higher

Food and atmosphere seemed very authentic. Felt like we were a Disney resort type restaurant. Service was quick and friendly.

Service was extremely rushed. Pretty much dropped our food down and ran off. A couple of menu items we asked for they didn't have. Didn't seem as nice as in the past.

The food is always delicious. We always have our family get togethers here. The atmosphere is great and the employees are always helpful and patient.

We are from Nashville and needed a place last minute for dinner. Found this on open table. In the dark, on our first trip to Lancaster, it was hard to find, but so worth it!
Every staff member we encountered were super friendly and helpful. The bathrooms were spotless. The table spacing was great, and our service was wonderful.
Now the food, we had fried yuca, lots of garlic, which is fine with us, and we loved it! The appetizer nachos, very good! Now the fajita’s, seasoned perfectly with real spices & veggies. The steak & chicken were tender, cooked perfectly.
In a city with many options to choice from for premium meals, I would label this place as one of them!

Perfect evening! Party of 4 for girls nt & Jack was our server. He made our dining experience absolutely wonderful. We were able to sit outside in the courtyard and the atmosphere was so nice with lighting and light music playing. All of our entrees were delicious, especially the salmon serrano. We would like to thank the staff for all of the Covid-19 protocol they follow & for making our visit a safe one.

Our server, Matt, was very attentive and pleasant. The food was very good but a little pricey. The restaurant itself has a very old world spanish look which was very nice however it seemed like the place was being neglected in it's appearance. The parking area with two abandoned cars didn't help to make an inviting appearance.
I'm sure that in it's heyday this place was very impressive. With a little more love this place can become a gem again.

Food was very poorly prepared and lacked flavor. My wife got the fajitas and the chicken was rubbery and bland. I got the El Serrano combination platter and it was also very bland and my tortillas were cold. My chimichanga was covered in liquid yellow cheese that tasted like it came out of a nacho cheese pump. Our meals with 2 margaritas was close to $80 and was way overpriced.

Great food as always!!

Best restaurant in Lancaster!! Hands down.
