FROM ANCIENT GRAINS TO MODERN PIZZA, WE ARE EMMER.
Our name is our beginning: Emmer an ancient, organic heritage grain, which we blend with rye and good Italian flour. These hand-selected grains are lower in gluten, and higher in nutrients like antioxidants, vitamins and minerals.
We don’t use them because they sound good, or just because they are good for us, we choose them because they make every pizza naturally better, and naturally tastier.
The final pizza is the perfect blend of chewy and crunchy. Light inside, with just the right bite of crunch from the crust. 11 inches, 6 slices and shared…or not! Eat in with a good soundtrack and even better service. Or take it to go, to enjoy wherever, with whomever.

Thanks for reserving us a table of 7 on a Friday night. The food was great but options were too little. Meat balls were out, and so were some of the appetizers. Suggest to add more to the menu.

Order Mushroom Pizza and it was super salty (not because of the cheese), the chef might have added too much salt. Pizza crust was nice tho, we enjoyed the crust. Staffs were nice. Quiet environment which was good for chatting with friends.

The restaurant design is great with both indoor and outdoor seatings. What impress me the most is the quality of service. Waiters are attentive to customers, filling water very often, I wrote an “birthday” remark on my reservation, and two waiters came to say “happy birthday” which is out of my expectation. Of course the pizza (I ordered the spinach and cheese pizza) is very nice and price level is very reasonable in Admiralty! What the difference versus other local restaurant is, they don’t add the 10% service charge on bill, but giving you a machine to add whatever amount you want to add - as a local it’s quite new lol. I will definitely visit again.

Decent food, extremely disappointing service. Despite booking a table for 4 and with a two year old, was given a table sandwiched between the washroom, rubbish bin and water refill area with high people traffic in a 'no service' section. Have to engage in a debate and present my reasons to the staff to give me an empty table in a safe area. Kind reminder that if you see customers with kids and toddlers, please don't argue or give excuses with the customer and rearrange your table seating and be more flexible. If your staff can't handle the pressure or stress when the restaurant is crowded or issues with the booking system, then please don't be in the frontline. Also, please service with a smile and give a heads up that the nduja and meatballs are a bit spicy and not quite suitable for kids.

Pizzas are excellent here, with high-quality ingredients and a sour-doughy crust. Other dishes can be improved on, though, i.e. rubbery cheese on the Baked Mushrooms, and small portion size of their Beet Salad. Service is good!

OK experience in general, except for the Margherita which was all tomato paste and almost no cheese. We asked the staff (Manager?) to replace it but he suggested to add more cheese, andcharge us for the extra cheese... Funny, how much is extra cheese, or even replacing the pizza, compared to losing two customers permanently?
