The food was outstanding . Service was terrible! The kitchen messed up my $210 fish. We had to chase the waiter for water, wine and simple things. Our food took almost an hour to get to our table. The manager was not very helpful.
Great service and food as always
The waiter was so rude and barely checked on us. Had to flag him down to get a drink. Super weird and got upset when I wanted to order a steak. Not coming back.

If you like fish an excellent choice
Don’t expect a warm welcome from the hostesses that stand at the podium as you enter. They are ridiculously transparent in terms of how they assign tables to people they perceive as more important. I have to say, they ruined the evening for me in terms of how they handled our arrival and request to sit in main dining room, denying us access to certain empty tables and then, after maki g us wait 25 mins, assigning us to one of those tables. This was after they tried to stick us in the upper level despite me specifically telling them we wanted main dining room. Waiter was nice and food good as always.

It's wonderful to pick your dinner from their beautiful fish display and their simple, but expert preparation is always superb. Service is top notch too. It's a perfect evening.
Again, a wonderful dining experience. We had the business lunch with oysters to start (loved the red peppercorns splinkled on the ice). The fish of the day was well prepared and presented and the fruit plate was fresh and delicious.
Lunch is best at Milos
Hostess was not very friendly. When we told her we didn’t have a reservation she told us 45 min wait and that she would let us know if anything opened up. Asked for our name but didn’t write it down.
Sat at the bar for 15 min. Did not get any service. Booked a reservation on here. Went to the hostess to tell her we now had a reservation (only 15 min later) and she suddenly said she found a table that was available.

I had a terrific dinner here awhile back, so I returned to host my Team for a lunch, and the service was appalling. It just killed our vibe and mood. I asked for a wine list about six times before receiving one, and our appetizers came before I was even able to order wine, it was all very strange. Go for the food, be careful of peak times, I wont be back.

Seems overpriced! Fish was delicious! Appetizers and salads were good but not outstanding. Service was very busy so we waited too long between appetizers and entrees.
Very poor service. The restaurant has gone bad. Milos is much better in London.

We went here after being able to go to an all vaccinated show. We were looking forward to a nice outside dinner just the 2 of us. The food is good and the staff was helpful, until we wanted our bill. Again the food was good, but nowhere close to the prices charged. We don't mind paying for good food, but this cost of our dinner did not match what was served. As I said, the staff was very friendly and helpful, however, when we wanted to pay our bill they suddenly were nowhere in sight. They kept checking on us as I think they wanted to turn the table, but when we wanted to pay and leave we had to track them down. We will definitely not go back here as the value is very poor.
Fantastic as always
The hostess, once again, was unfriendly. The prices are outrageous, e.g. the "market price" of the fish prepared in salt crust would be $240... This excludes any vegetables. The sardines were $10 each. Very noisy. After years of going there, we decided we will not go back.

food great, waiters ok, hostess ruined our night 2 minutes after being seated at table upstairs. She came over to us in an empty room and made us change tables to sit in lousy corner. We were the only 2 people upstairs and she made us change table due to “6 foot covid restrictions”. FYI there are no longer covid restrictions. Insulting. Please dont lie to us. One minute after this dumb comment she seated a table of 6 right next to us. My wife pointed out the contradiction and hostess walked away with head down. Asinine experience in a restaurant of this quality. Unbelievable that a hostess would tell customers anything about covid upstairs when downstairs packed like sardines. Our first experience at this restaurant 2 years ago was Aplus. Yesterday was total failure. Lousy experience

I was disappointed in the service for lunch. I have eaten here for dinner and the service was on point. However, this last visit during lunch was horrible service. It took forever to get seated, and it took a really long time to get a waiter to greet us, or return to check in, get refills etc. The food was delicious... I just would like exceptional food and service.
Food was better than most but not did not meet the high expectations as other similar places in cost.
