   We are disappointed with the Feast fresh seafood menu when there is NO oyster served since we purposely booked here because of the oyster ( its my husband birthday and he request it). We already text the reservation staff about the menu on the specific day and the staff is simply say YES that oyster is on the menu which I think this is not the professional way how to deal with your customers. They should confirm first before confirmed it. It shows that the management only care about hotels benefit not customer’s satisfaction. Please improve this.

   We have booked table for 11 paxs but unfortunely is was not avaibale when we arrived. The booking system was not done properly athought the staffs has find a way to prepare sits for us but we expected is to be ready upon our arrival. Other than that, everything else was okay. Thank you and selamat hari raya.

   Such a great place, the environment so calm, cozy, luxury & clean. Food was great 9.9/10. I recommend you to place a food name tag on every meals there, sometimes it’s confusing. Also some staff there need to focus more on refilling drinking water on every table.

   Not comfortable dining room. The table was small and far away from dishes area. We booking and paid so early (before April/Ramadhan) but we received your service like last minute booking arrangements. This is our 3rd time having dinner here but for this time we felt down for our iftar 22/4/2022 😔

   The food served was cold. Meat was tough as it has turned cold, kept out in the air conditioner for a long time. Food and drinks were not refilled as they were finishing. Items mentioned in the menu but no where to be found in the buffet especially desserts. Half of the list in the menu was not served. Maybe will choose other hotel to "Feast" next time.

    Probably can add menu like chinese cuisine such as dim sum, pau and etc.. for malay, add on laksa, mee kari, sotong bakar, ikan bakar, udang bakar.. other than that, already superb.. thank you

    I have had dinner here several times and I was not disappointed by the variety. Service was near excellent despite the Iftar crowd; food was replenished within reasonable time. Just need more cups for the coffee table, please!

    The registration system is a mess. My name already in the register, tags have been prepared, I have shown the vouchers and yet I have to download the voucher for scanning. Such a messy, complicated and waste of client’s time system you guys created for own internal control without any care on overall client experience. Nevertheless the experience was made better with the good food spread and ambience.

    Food not so great, Shushi not so nice and only serve cheap sushi, got Indian dishes but no biryani and expect we all eat with white rice only, western food not so great except roast beef only and not many choices for us to choose. Sate taste so so only and your bread selections are not so fresh Few friends who attended also complain about the same thing. So many waitresses attending the front customers but not at the rear. Need to refill own plain water okay Overall..not worth spending RM1k plus on this restaurant for hi-tea with friends and definitely not to recommend family or friends to come here again.
