FELICE 83 reflects the soul of Italy, inspired by the sophisticated streets of Florence and the rustic warmth of the Tuscan countryside. This cozy NYC newcomer showcases a relaxed ambience, with subdued lighting, exposed brick walls lined with linear shelves filled with wine, as well as rich, tufted leather seats. Italian wines and flavors from Tuscany will now be served in a modern space, infused with traditional elements, on Manhattan's Upper East Side. Felice 83 features classic Italian dishes from the menu of its sister restaurant, Sant Ambroeus, as well as tasting items and small plates, prepared by Chef Antonio Pamplone.
traditional chicken milanese, wild arugula, cherry tomatoes, shaved Parmigiano, balsamic reduction
homemade raisin brioche, strawberries, blueberries, maple syrup
handmade gluten-free gnocchi, tomato, ricotta salata, crispy eggplant, fresh basil
Loved the food snd fabulous staff
Mother’s Day. Good food. Personable waiter and manager/owner.
Italian pasta entrees were good, but the meat (steak) was unimpressive
Great food and service. This is our 4th time dining at a Felice restaurant, we will be back.
I was excited to try this place. I walk by it every day on my way to work. I will say I was slightly disappointed. Our food came at all different times. The bolognase was just okay. The French toast was the best order of the group. The waitstaff was pleasant.
Although the food was good the service was terrible. We waited so long to order and then again super long to get the check. Our waitress barely came to our table.
All went well
An old favorite with lovely service. Everything is good and the desserts are special.
Wonderful birthday experience for my 80 year old Mom and three others!! Hostess went out of her way to make it exceptionally special. Wait staff was very attentive to detail. Great food and beautiful experience!!
Service is always amazing and the food is great!
Alfresco in the orangery please
Manager/host was very rude. Left after 5 minutes due to how rude and aggressively he was speaking to us. Will never return.
Felice never fails, my mom is notoriously picky and this is her go to spot. The food, the staff, the drinks, everything is always 100%. Worth every penny.
Delicious! The staff at Felice could not be more charming and welcoming. The Zuppa Contadina and the Fritti Carfioci e Calamari made for a wonderful lunch.
Great and cheery staff making NY Strong and carrying us all to a brighter day!
Excellent food and service!
Decided to go to Felice 83 for a last minute brunch on a warm Saturday.
Food was delicious and just right. Portions can feed two people and then some.
Service was great for a busy lunch crowd.
Our server was excellent - didn’t get her name. She was friendly and great. One patron came in a wheelchair with his party and had to go through the first avenue entrance to get in. Our table was near that entrance and manager was gracious and kept on apologizing to us because we had to move slightly but we were 120% fine. Manager was very gracious to all and made the party with the wheelchair feel very welcome. All restaurants should be like that!!
If you want a low key, easy place with good food, come here.
The food has gone way downhill since our last visit. 3 out of 4 people ordered pasta dishes and all of us thought they were very bland and the pasta was way undercooked (I like al dente, but this just wasn't cooked). The fourth person ordered a meat dish and did not like it either and hardly ate any of it.
Brunch! Very li
Brunch/Lunch is fantastic. Food is superb service Friendly and Professional.
French toast is my favorite for brunch. Chicken Milanese for lunch. Ricotta and fig app
Wine, appetizers and food were delicious! I live in the neighborhood but it was my first time here and I'll absolutely be back. We ate indoors and I felt completely safe + like they took all proper precautions.
Don't bother making a reservation for this place, they won't seat you. I made a reservation 1 month+ in advance for Valentine's Day, I get there and the host was so incredibly rude. I wasn't able to be sat and along with many other couples I talked with who also made reservations prior, weren't able to get a seat. Terrible management.
Flavio is a great host
Went on a Sunday afternoon and ordered from brunch menu, the food was good and the servers accommodating. I don’t think I would come back for their brunch offering but would love to try their pasta sometime soon!
Lots of heaters, very quiet on a Sunday morning
We have eaten here multiple times and it is always delicious. Terrific Italian food.
Had to choose a Noise level to post a review, but considering we're eating outside in separate areas, my level of "quiet" means nothing. We went on a 38 degree evening, and had a fantastic meal with outdoor seating. The heat lamps are placed appropriately, and they went above and beyond to be sure we were comfortable. The food is always top-notch here (hence top-notch prices, which I don't mind paying if the food matches the price tag) and it was as such this evening as well. Our dishes could not have been more delicious or better prepared. The staff was really putting in full effort in trying to make the outdoor meal in freezing temps, feel as nice as a seated table inside (not possible now with indoor dining ban) And they succeeded. I'll be back again soon.
We love their fried calamari +artichoke hearts. , which we always order. This time it tasted as good as usual but the
quantity was skimpy.
It is nice to be able to order 1/2 portion of pasta, so we can order other dish to try. Over all it didn’t disappoint our expectations.
I had the most fantastic lunch at Felice 83. My salad and gnocchi were both outstanding, and the chocolate hazelnut cake was absolutely heavenly. The dining room is so warm and cozy, and the service was wonderful. One of the best restaurants in Yorkville.
Had dinner here with two friends on a Monday night. It was such a nice experience. Service was great. The ambience was cozy and warm. And the food was wonderful. I had the salmon tartare, and my friends had the gnocchi and the polenta. All the meals were delicious as was the wine. The atmosphere felt very safe in terms of distance between tables .
The French toast on the brunch menu is really really good
An interesting menu of Italian classics as well as novel items prepared in the Italian manner, all reliably excellent and at reasonable prices. The staff is friendly and professional.
Great location and service. Food well prepared and timely. All staff from management to front of the house make an effort for you to feel welcome.
Perfect spot for brunch. Good food. Sat at outdoor table on sidewalk.
The salmon is always amazing. The lasagna was average. The host and busboy were great but the server took forever to take our order and only checked in at the end so we couldn't get more wine and then just left. Love the space inside and outside but needs a little work on the lunch hour.
The salmon and chickpea pure were exquisite. The outdoor dining setup is cute but no heat lamps, the indoor dining is really pretty, can't wait to go back.
Not happy, very disappointed to celebrate my birthday here. Never again!
As always the food was amazing! It was our first time dining indoors since COVID and we were very impressed with how much space Felice83 allowed between the tables. Made everybody feel very comfortable.
