Really good food and a nice place to eat
Our dinner was amazing. Signs were hanging that they were short staffed and to be patient. I completely understand staffing issues right now. However our waiter just could not remember things and was for sure overwhelmed. He tried. Maybe the restaurant should have only allowed so many tables to be seated at a time so the staff could provide better service. We still enjoyed our night out.
Frozen margaritas are the best and food is ALWAYS great
Filthy and poorly managed. Upon arrival we were taken to a table and chairs that were covered in food. The chairs had so much food on them that we could not sit. We stood for 5 minutes until the host came along to clean. His dish rag was dirtier than the chairs and it made the problem worse. He apologized for being short staffed, but management knew that was a problem and should have turned off Open Table reservations. We were given 1 menu for 2 adults, each 58 years old. The menu is huge but it’s printed in 8 point font making it unreadable and we had to share it which was frustrating. We ordered chips and queso, which was canned. We were not given appetizer plates or utensils. The sangria tasted like grape juice and strawberry syrup, with no alcohol. Just as our food arrived the restaurant seated a group of 30. 24 adults at one table, separated by one table from 6 unattended kids who were 6-8 years old with no adult at the table. My table was next to the unattended kids who were rowdy since there was no adult supervision. The management knew they did this but did not offer an apology or even free desert. Avoid this restaurant.
