Our meal was good. Except Told them when we were booking I had a sensitively to cucumber. My drink was garnished with a cucumber slice in the glass (not listed on menu) Didn’t notice until halfway in to my drink. By the time I noticed it was to late. The hamburger I had was outstanding.

Food came to the table cold - was replaced but the rest of the table was finished eating by then - credit was given but still ruined the night out. Mens washrooms was very dirty as well. Would not recommend.

Not a great selection on the menu anymore, poor quality. After 2 bites of app we were asked how our food was. When main dish came we weren't asked as it was awful. NOT covid friendly. No hand sanitizer at the front door. Tables sticky. I haven't been out much since the pandemic as it still makes me nervous. I will not return to this location.

The parties at our table arrived at different times. Two of us were seated and a drink order was taken and served right away. The 3rd person in our party arrived and was asked for their drink order and she said she would wait for the 4th person to arrive. The 4th person arrived 5 minutes later. We then had to flag someone down 30 minutes later to give their drink order. So it seems we were forgotten. Once we ordered the drinks and food, it didn’t take too long. The food tasted great.

Great food, great service, Ally was very attentive and a great representative of the restaurant. I had the burger which did not disappoint, and my guest had the Sheppard's pie which they thoroughly enjoyed. The music was a little loud, actually quite loud, and it's not cause I'm old. It made it difficult to carry a conversation without yelling over it.

Our server Kim was absolutely delightful! I would never have guessed that it was only week 2 as a server! She was so friendly, energetic and quick to answer questions. The manager Shawn did a wonderful job of checking in and correcting a slight error in our order! They went above and beyond! This is my second patio experience in the past year and I truly felt it was a clean and safe environment! Highly recommend :)

Waited 20 minutes for a waitress to place drinks only to have her leave as I speaking. She did redeem herself midway through our visit. The food that I ordered was burnt and cold (avocado burger) was able to eat the salad and the avocado. My son had the Cajun Salmon bowl, one chicken finger was bigger than the piece of salmon. The manager came to our table apologizing for the food as the burnt burger was totally unacceptable. We will be back as we may have just caught a bad service for reasons beyond our waitress’ control.

Nachos were awesome... beer and drink were icy as expected. Service was slow. Long wait for waitress to come round each time. Waited 25 minutes for the bill and then another 15 for the machine to pay. We would go again forsure, but the wait was definity irritating.

My 10 YO son want to surprise me with patio booking for my birthday. Table assigned had direct sun light on face. After multiple request & despite of having empty table in shaded area none of staff helped us out to relocate no one show any interest and refuse request saying you have booked outside and we are keeping shaded area for another booking. Shaded area table was empty for another 45 minutes. (So called) Booking guest arrived while I was cashing out. Rude / inconsiderate staff. I would have walk out if not Birthday celebration and booking initiation by 10 YO son.

Sound levels were high because of the euro cup that was playing, but I didn’t mind one bit! The service and the food was impeccable. For it being the second week that patios were open, the service was quick and pleasant. Love this place!!!

Just wish the heater was on! It was pretty chilly at times. I like how lively it is.. would not consider the noise level to be a negative! Loved my time there. Great spot for gluten-free diners :)
