We've been there several times and have loved it every time! We tend to be spur of the moment people so if we decide at the last minute we feel like their pasta we can't get in. We have to PLAN~

Great food, customer service, and ambiance! My partner and I go here regularly for date nights and it is one of our favorite places in the city. Would recommend for a nicer dinner with amazing wine and food!

Californian Italian cuisine is a dime a dozen in San Francisco. Fiorella, Like the other nine in this idiom, is good albeit a bit overpriced. The wine selection was good and the wait staff was all very pleasant. I'd go back, but only after I've tried the other 15 restaurants in The Richmond with crostinis on their menu.

Large and varied selection of antipasti. We got three. The wood-fired octopus was especially good. Also a large selection of pizzas. We chose the Clam Pie. On a return visit I'd like to check out the Neapolitan Pie.

Fiorella is a gem in the neighborhood. The food is delicious. We prefer to sit at the counter for both the entertainment of watching the food preparation, but have found that the attention and customer service is greater.

We were seated right on time for our reservation. Food was very good, service the same. Fair prices and portions. Not cheap eats, but very reasonable for the city. Four stars, but I really have to be blown away to go five stars anywhere. We will happily eat here again.

My favorite pizza in the city, hands down. Also - fantastic appetizers and pasta, and as we found out the other night - a pork chop that's out of the world! Well worth the journey to the Richmond district.

Best Neapolitan pizza I’ve had in SF, in addition Cacio e Pepe was outstanding. Jessie, our waitperson was very attentive and guided us to an excellent bottle of red. Look forward to returning.

Great neighborhood spot. Went for a family event and my mom immediately spilled her glass of wine. The server was awesome and was right there with a towel and a new glass of wine. Started with the arancini and the meatballs...meatballs for the win. I shared the salsiccia pie and cacio e pepe, and the others had chicken milanese and the pork sugo paparadelle. I tried the chicken and it was really good. I think I enjoyed the house-made sausage pizza the most. Great wine selection.

Came here with my boyfriend on Sunday night and I got the Spaghetti Alla Cacio E Pepe which if it was done right would have been absolutely perfect. The noodles were so under cooked. I get al dente but this was so far from it. Picking a noodle out of my teeth isn't the way to eat pasta. Super overpriced meal that was not cooked properly.

I think something was just off that day. We were seated at 1:30, not knowing the restaurant closes at 2:30. I was surprised it was still brunch, which bummed me out as none of us wanted brunch. We were looking forward to the menu items that I guess are served during dinner. The food was flavorful, but BOTH of our pizza's were burned. I expect some char, but in general both pizza's were overcooked. A lot of burnt crust left on plates. It felt a bit rushed, because of the late seating. The best thing we ate was the salad, which was a bit disappointing. Just felt like it was the last seating and maybe the kitchen had lost interest by then.

Great place to celebrate a special occasion or simply enjoy some delicious food with a casual setting. I’ve spent my bday here a few yrs back, and came back for my bestie’s bday. Everything was great, except it got so busy that we were often unattended to. We kept having to flag down the busboy for more napkins, sauce, and the check. The female manager (I believe ran food to help) was very pleasant, and so was our server (gentleman with a brown beard). I’ll be back for the wings and avocado toast!

Food is excellent; prices are standard for this area. Our server was friendly and obliging and, when he didn't know the answer, happy to check with the kitchen. The room is oddly designed with wallpaper of famous Americans in this Italian restaurant. Would be nice to have cushioning of some sort on the wooden banquettes; they are not comfortable for a long sit, and cushions would also help tamp down this very noisy room. Wine list is a bit pricey -- glasses average $15 -- though there is a very decent primitivo for $37. Prosecco spritz comes with Cappelletti; when we asked for Campari, we were told they had none.
One balance, though, this gets a big plus. Nice folks, good food. That's the ticket.

Great casual place for dining. The appetizers were the best. Pasta was delicious, but I thought the pizza was way too crispy and thin. We brought leftover home and the pizza did not do well the next day - had to throw it out.

Great from start to finish. We got stuck on the bridge and called and let them know we’d be about 20 minutes late. They were gracious even when my husband had to circle for 15 minutes looking for parking. I wish every restaurant was like this. Food was great. Only negative, parking is very difficult.

I thought it was overrated. I was really disappointed to get flabby pizzas. I was expecting the crust to be crispy and to have more toppings. They're not cheap pies so I didn't feel like I got my money's worth.
The service was wonderful. They were attentive. They kept checking on us, partly to see if we needed anything and partly to get us finished and out so they could seat another party. The desserts were very good. We had the lemon ricotta cake and the chocolate budino. Both were delicious.

Fiorella is in old Shimo Sushi spot on Clement and I was a regular at Shimo and sad that he passed and the place changed hands. But Fiorella is just plain terrific; we had outstanding pizza and the hard to find Cacio e Pepe which was amazing. Highly recommended for a wonderful Italian neighborhood meal.

This always busy spot offers excellent food at reasonable prices. But be sure to make a reservation - we saw several couples walk in and then leave because there were no tables for at least an hour or so. We enjoyed a variety of appetizers to share including a fantastic chicken liver crostini! The pizzas are thin crust and blistered slightly giving a nice crunch and appearance; the sausage pie with fennel was really tasty. And for entrees, don't miss the outstanding pastas. Spaghetti with cacio e pepe was perfectly prepared, with a toothsome al dente pasta. We did not have room for dessert, but plan to return to try other dishes on the menu. We didn't feel as if it was too noisy, but perhaps that's because we sat towards the back of the front room with the kitchen behind us.

Best Cacio e Pepe I've had since dining in Rome. Outstanding food, created by a chef who knows that it's not about the number of ingredients, but rather what you can do with the fewest.
