CJ was entertaining, professional, and served us enthusiastically and efficiently as usual. The food was delicious, We celebrated our friend's 85th birthday, and she was surprised by a dessert with "Happy Birthday" inscribed in chocolate, whipped cream, and a candle, which was very nice.

Jay is an excellent server and the lemon drop martinis are so good I can’t stop getting them I wish they would do more specials for dinners

Carter and Brandy made our night so enjoyable. So very personable and attentive. Brandy checked in on so many guests, which is so heartwarming to see. Restaurant was very clean and the ambiance made the night wonderful.

Two of our steaks were ordered rare and came out medium well. We were hungry and in a rush, so we did not send them back but we should have. Rest of meals (salmon, shrimp and Chilean sea bass) were a hit but we were very disappointed with our steaks.

We went to Firebirds on a Sunday. I had made reservations for three people, but my wife was not feeling well so she did not come so we were two people. Someone met us at the door and made us feel welcome. There was soft music playing. We found several families there as well as a football; game on TV in the bar area (something for everyone). The Service and Food were excellent- Tee was our Server and she was very attentive served our food promptly and with a smile. Dillon(sp) was the manager who came around to make sure everything was going well. A great experience- highly recommend Firebirds to all.

The service was slow. Appetizer and entree arrived at same time. Water was not provided until asked. Staff were friendly.

Excellent expertise at Firebirds. The food was absolutely perfect. I highly recommend their charred carrots, Their ribeye is also very good.
