    We dine here often. Tonight was not what we have experienced in the oast. Food was not as it was in the oast. Steak came out well done not med rare. Second steak was of poor quality. Very disappointed. The waiter was fabulous the manager tried to nake things better. She did but we always had a fabulous meal except for tonight. I have recommended this place to many people. Sorry it was so disappointing.

    We had a great meal. They actually cooked my salmon exactly as I requested, which no other restaurant has been able to do! And our waiter, Druv, was fabulous. I highly recommend Firebirds Grill!

    Another good outing to Firebirds. My sirloin was excellent. Waiter was attentive and amiable. I brought three friends and all enjoyed their meal and the restaurant.

    We’ve eaten at Firebirds before and had great experiences but this last time was not great. The steaks we ordered were undercooked and just really didn’t have the quality we were used to. Service was fine until the end when our waitress seemingly disappeared. In the end they did give us a free dessert for the issues with the steaks but it was just a disappointing dinner overall.

    The night I went they had a hard time cooking steaks. Each of us ordered steaks and not any came out right the first time. The deviled egg apps had no seasoning. I ate here once before and had the grilled honey chicken which was great.

    Took forever to get served or even water, no set ups on the table, bread came well into waiting over 25 minutes. Had to send steak back, it was raw. Looks like they need to care more.

    It was a very busy Friday night, thankfully we had reservations. We were seated right at our reservation time. Our waitress was new and still in training, so I wasn’t sure how the evening would go. She was fabulous though. Orders were on target and so was the food! Nice job FB in Montgomeryville!

    My steak was overdone. The manager did come over quickly and offered a salad or soup while the new steak was being prepared but I would have preferred if the meal had been comped. I ordered medium rare and the steak was well done. This is not acceptable at a steak house. The waiter we had was very nice and I know it is not his fault.

    We have been here quite a few times. This visit was so crowded. The service was slow. Drinks, bread, refill of water, more butter, all had to be requested. The food was great as always. And I don’t know why Open Table or the restaurants ask if it’s a special occasion when no one ever looks at that field. It was our 21 year anniversary and no one said a thing. I would still recommend and will be back because the food is great.

    Two of us enjoyed a dinner on a busy Saturday night. The restaurant was crowded, but we were seated, greeted and checked on in a very timely manner. Delicious food and drink was served with a smile by Courtney, our server. We'll definitely go back!

    I had one of the most unpleasant dining experiences i have ever had. I ordered a signature cocktail and was dismayed to see that what I got for $13.50 was probably less than 1 ounce of liquor. This comes close to theft by deception. I don't know how long our meals were waiting to be served, but they finally were by someone other than our server. Both filet steaks were considered to be marginally warm and the loaded baked potatos close to cool. Finally, a family in the booth directly behind me had a small child that literally screamed during the entire meal and neither the inconsiderate parents or Firebird's management chose to do nothing about it, but just let it continue.

    Our visit was for Veterans Day meal. Soup was not very warm. Macaroni and cheese was very dry and not much of a cheese flavor. Seems like quality is slipping since our last visit.

    Took my husband for Veterans Day lunch. When our order arrived, mine was cold so I sent it back to the kitchen. Took about 15 minutes to reheat. Meanwhile my husband just about finished his lunch. However when my lunch arrived the hostess/manager said it was no charge as well as my husband’s (veteran’s day special). Very considerate and unexpected. Food was delicious! We will be back. Thanks

    Visiting the area for a wedding and Savanna was our waitress on the patio and she was very nice and attentive. It was quiet on the patio it was a cute little area. But definitely not as much ambiance as the regular dining area. The BLT salad was phenomenal. We had the sea bass and NY strip. The fish and components were great, the mushrooms were excellent! The strip was a overcooked and a little tough but it had good flavor. The creme brûlée Cheesecake was really good we took that to go. Overall a good dinner.

    My daughter and I ordered our steaks well done. When they finally arrived they were medium rare. Our server took them back to the kitchen and we waited again while our potatoes got cold. No bread was offered, we had to ask. Service was slow and steaks were mediocre.

    Very crowded night but the service in bar & restaurant were quick & friendly— our fave double black diamond martini did not disappoint! We each ordered chicken (honey garlic & cilantro) dinners & they were delicious. TRY THE CARROTS! We never felt rushed. Passed on dessert but we’ll be back to brunch soon!

    I think I caught them on a bad night. Place is really nice looking —was packed. Even people with reservations had to wait a little (we waited about 15 minutes —not too bad). Service was great. Appetizers were great. Our entrees were not unfortunately. One steak was underdone and the Chilean sea bass tasted “fishy”, if you know what I mean. To their credit, they knocked those 2 meals off the bill —going back to service being good. I think I will try them again, maybe not on a Saturday night.
