    Kind of loud, but food was pretty good. I’d say the bread (which was cold and doughy in the middle but hot on the outside) and the lobster spinach queso were the stars of the show. Steak was okay. Not bad but definitely not wow worthy. Good service but very busy, had a reservation and showed up early hoping to get sat early. No problem they couldn’t accommodate but had to wait 5 or so minutes after reservation time. Not a major inconvenience but seemed note worthy.

    We ordered a one salad to split and a side of shrimp. And 30 min later we get the salads with shrimps on it. I also ordered a side of butter with my grilled shrimp. And I didn’t get that . The shrimp was grilled but now cold on the salad. We didn’t get what we ordered so firebirds gave us our meal for free. But everything tasted delicious. We had to be somewhere so we didn’t want them to take it back. And they offered us our regular order to take home as well. But we had to be somewhere and didn’t have a cooler to keep it in the hot car.

    Great experience. My teen daughter and best friend went here for dinner prior to homecoming dance. They said they were treated really well by the waitress. Some times this has not been the case when servers see teenagers. So thank you! She said food was excellent as well.

    I visit Firebirds numerous times during a year. This is the first time I'd have to say I was very disappointed. Food and service not the best. I had the filet mignon and it was dry. I also had the Mexican Street Corn as a side. It was extremely sweet but also very salty. The texture was also very gritty. Both were not the best. I am in a prepared food related field. I was expecting a little higher quality for the money spent. My service was also not very good. There were long spells of an absent server when we needed something. I'm overall disappointed in the visit.

    i have been to this restaurant many times in the past. it is one that we go to for special occasions. the food was fair at best. I had the prime rib and it was a little more done than i ordered, but more concerning was the lack of taste and seasoning. For the price, it was a disappointing evening.

    The patio doors were open, so there were flies everywhere. The waitress was almost non-existent, disappearing for long periods of time, even when we first sat down. A member of the table had leftovers and the waitress disappeared with her food for quite some time, and brought it to her right before we left. She was worried it was covered in all the flies that were buzzing around. Everyone else's food I think was good, but I order the salmon and took 2 bites, as I got to the thicker portion of the salmon, I realized that it was raw. I did not send the food back because my waitress didn't come back until everyone was done eating. I did not ask for a manager because I was at a work event and didn't want to make a scene. I'm just really disappointed as I paid a lot of money for a subpar experience. Firebirds has always been so wonderful in the past, I think we must have just visited on an off night.

    We sat on the patio as it was a nice evening. Comfortable atmosphere. Inside the restaurant it’s pretty loud- maybe due to higher ceilings. Our food was delicious. The salmon was perfect and the side salad was very good.

    Amazing experience! Our waitress was awesome, very attentive even with a bunch of tables. Food was out of this world, we got the queso, and the lobster / filet special. Absolutely loved it!

    That BLT salad is so good! It’s something I get cravings for. The grilled salmon with vegetables is delicious and a nice serving size. Love the cheeseburgers too but made the healthy choice today, burger next week! Our server was perfect, not too much attention , not to little, just right. Wonderful crew as always.

    Food and the place itself were great. The only thing that really annoyed us was the waiter coming every 5 minutes, interrupting and making us feel rushed. We tried giving him signs but he seem just not getting the message. Great food but if you want to take your time and enjoy the night with a friend, a few drinks and then order food you will be very upset.

    Saturday Aug.18 4:45pm reservation we were seated right away. Waiter was at our table right away took our drink order and our food order shortly after. Food was prepared to order and very good. Atmosphere was great. It was a very enjoyable time.

    Our visit to Firebirds restaurant on 8/14/2023 was a very great experience. Our server/Audrea was just wonderful! She was there for us when we needed her, but, not rushing us to order. Our food was as ordered, hot but cooked to perfection. We were able pay and exit with our leftovers in a short amount of time.

    Not been disappointed yet. Eat in or take out consistently good food. Eat in service has been very attentive but not intrusive. Take out has been more challenging from a timeliness perspective but not unreasonable. My bride loves Firebirds so it is a good place IMHO.

    Client 1 - club sandwich with fries was very good; presented appropriately! Dessert- carrot cake was over cooked and hard (not able to eat! Client 2- salmon and vegetables were very good; well presented! Potatoes were over cooked and were not able to be eaten! Dessert - cheese cake was delicious. Ice tea was well-prepared- enjoyable. Bread was hard and unable to slice!

    Went for our anniversary which was noted for the reservation but no acknowledgment. Waiter was too busy so wasn’t check on until end of our meal. Husband had a bent fork so hard to eat with that & since waiter never came back couldn’t ask for another. Only had water and two alcoholic drinks between my husband and I ; would have asked for more but again waiter never checked on us. When husband asked for our check the 1 time our waiter did come he must have known we weren’t pleased because we got a cheesecake for our trouble. Poor service for a 5p reservation.

    Was sent BB Ribs “special at 6am this morning by email. Made 6:15pm reservation. After 15 minute wait past our reservation we ordered drinks and then when taking orders announced no BB ribs left. Didn’t want to bear crap out of waiter so asked for manager who did not come. They wanted to substitute a substandard cut of meet with half the discount of the ribs but I am allergic to garlic rub. Ended up ordering something else at full price.

    The wait time after being seated was unreasonable, as well as the wait time after placing our order. After learning from server they were completely out of ribs, which is what we wanted to order. The server advised they were substituting grilled sirloin steak for the ribs. The steak was tough and full of tendons. Unable to eat main course and left eating just the baked potatoes. My overall experience was poor and will not be returning to FIREBIRDS anytime soon.

    Having made our reservation to partake in the baby back rib special we were greatly disappointed to learn that they were out of the ribs. It’s good to have a great response but sad for customers to run out. The sirloin steak special was appreciated but not as good as the ribs. Our waiter did a great job of advising us right away and offering the substitute. He and the consistently good food made it worthwhile.

    Food is consistently very good, pricing is moderate. Best for steaks and ribs and burgers, limited seafood offerings. Baby backs are excellent fall of the bone tender. Unique and tasty Java BBW sauce on the ribs. No it does not taste like coffee, just adds a tasty and suttle twist. Best for group outings as it can be loud. Not for intimate dining for two. Join their rewards program for great discounts.
