   Everything was good, only problem was ordered steak medium well and received medium rare. Still ate it anyway. It was still good. Usually eat my steaks well done. First and a long time have not eaten a fully cooked steak. Was still good. Did not want to complain.

   Came in early for our reservation which was 5:30, it was 4:50 and was told they were short on servers but we would have a table by 5pm. We said no problem and sat at the bar. At 5:10 and after we saw other people walking in and sitting down we asked a man at the desk if we had been forgotten. I don’t know who he was and assumed he was the manager/owner. We told him what was happening and he apologized and immediately got us a table and said he would take care of us and he did! He comped our appetizer and personally made sure we were taken care of. Our steaks were switch by accident and mine was undercooked they cooked me a new steak and he personally brought it out to make sure it was right. It was perfect. We also got complimentary dessert for my birthday. We have come several times before and have had excellent dinners here and after last night, this is why we come back again and again. I am a member of the Inner Circle Club and love the benefits. But the best is the membership is free. I don’t know who that man was but he really made our experience special!!! Thanks you again!

   The food was perfectly cooked. I had the NY strip and my date had the salmon. We both agreed that the preparation of the food was the best relative to the other restaurant chains that we had that entree. The waitress was friendly and efficient.

    One of my worst visits at my favorite restaurant. Normally I visit for lunch so that could have been part of the problem but certainly not all of it. Our server was very disorganized and slow... to the point we ordered dessert as soon as our meal was brought to the table and still ended up waiting on it. We had to ask for drink refills four times. Three of us ordered steaks and all three had a good bit of gristle in them. My mixed vegetables were at least half, what appeared to be, red pepper. The bread we get before the meal came out after the meal was well in progress. One steak was ordered without mushrooms and was covered in mushrooms when brought to the table. We brought visitors with us and were quite embarrassed. Lots of large groups all around us which made our table very noisy. Why set four people in the middle of nearly 20? Who thought that was a good idea??

    NY Strip Steak was fatty, gristly, and generally awful. Salad, potato, and beer were fine. Server weas nice, and manager offered to provider a complimetary dessert. I did not complain but only responded to their questions about "how everything was".

    My service and food was excellent. Our waitress was overall a 10+. She was on point with everything and made us feel welcome. We will definitely come back and hope to get the same waitress and service. Conrad

    Food is was good and the service was fair. Glad they are remodeling because it really looks tired. Still a good fun place to eat but might be out pricing themselves when you consider everything. It really was disappointing to be served that delicious bread that was still frozen in the middle. The explanation given was a broken over door. Really?

    Service was very good. Our sons enjoyed their ribs and hamburger. My husband and I felt our fish was dry. I know it is cooked over a wood fire but I was a bit disappointed in the end result. Overall we enjoyed our visit.

    Always a good meal at Firebirds. I like how they change up the menu but sometimes, they remove some of my favorites! Also, I would like to see a more expanded appetizer menu and too many of the food items are spicy. Not all of us can eat spicy food. But overall, a great place to dine and the service is always good.

    My boyfriend and I made reservations to celebrate my birthday and had a wonderful experience. I didn’t mention it was my birthday so I don’t know if you get a free dessert for it or not but the food was amazing. I highly recommend the crème brûlée cheese cake and lemon cake. Our server was friendly and got everything out to us super quickly. It was the perfect date night for us.

    The food was absolutely delicious! We had the cheesesteak egg rolls as an appetizer and they were amazing! Three of the people in the party had steaks which were all cooked as ordered. The sides were delicious and served hot, the pasta dish was tasty and even the salads with the homemade croutons were great. The only sand were the cocktails ordered from the bar. Two of the four were returned, one was just left but the pineapple martini was FABULOUS!

    Food is not so good. Salmon has just about no flavor at all. Cesar dressing doesn’t taste good anymore. My husband got the 12oz sirloin steak and 1/2 of it was fat. That also didn’t taste good at all either.

    Every time my wife and I here, it’s nothing but the best of experiences! The food is always as delicious as ever and the service is always bold. You guys have the nicest waitresses we’ve ever seen. That’s why we always frequent you guys every time we have an event or holiday to celebrate because you guys never disappoint!

    Went for a Sunday lunch. Was promptly seated, but waited quite a while to get a server. When the server arrived, everything from that point was great. She was so friendly, and helpful. Most importantly, the food was delicious! Unlike many other North Hills restaurants, FB prices are actually quite reasonable. Their February special $25 for a quality NY Strip of a substantial size, and a big loaded baked potato w/free bread is a rare find in these times. Especially, after a recent horrible lunch experience at a very similar Australian themed Steakhouse. Woodfired goodness. Firebirds definitely is the better option. Heads up, I do believe they are currently going through a much needed renovation. Hopefully that will make the ambiance a little better. Overall, another Great lunch. Thanks Firebirds NH!!!

    I made a reservation two weeks before February 25 for ten and girlfriend made a reservation for ten….. we were announcing our engagement and our party was not sitting together….. Bill was too high for lukewarm food…. I tip well bc it wasn’t my server fault.
