L’atmosfera shabby chic, con pareti in mattonato, tavoli “nudi” e sedie differenti per ogni tavolo, le bottiglie di vino che riempiono angoli di pareti arredate talvolta con ampi specchi, il menu di pesce che come minimo comun denominatore ha sempre la fantasia, sono solo alcuni ingredienti che rendono unico il Fishbar de Milan. Questo locale di via Montebello è sorto lì dove un tempo c’era uno dei punti più importanti della città per traffici e merci: Lagetto di San Marco. Questo ristorante di pesce in Brera a Milano è fresco, accattivante e ricco di ricette che stupiranno occhi e palato. Prende spunto dalle cucine regionali italiane, risente anche di influenze del Nord Europa ma stupisce anche grazie alla tradizionale cucina americana. Le ottime zuppe di Fishbar de Milan accompagnano cocktail e stuzzichini deliziosi.
