   Best bottomless brunch me and my friends have ever experienced. Food was amazing. 3 small plates, super generous and delicious bao buns and dessert to finish whilst processing flowed for 2 hours. Amazing value for money and our waitress was so nice and super attentive. Would highly recommend

   Flesh and Buns is my favourite restaurant so I decided to book it for my best friends birthday. As always food and drink was amazing and my friend loved it and is already planning on taking her family. The restaurant is beautiful and loved the cocktails we had at the bar before we sat down. The only problem was when we were shown to our table we were left for 25 minutes without anyone coming to take our order. I had to wave someone down and ask if we could order drinks and food. Then when ordering our desserts I ordered the chocolate fondant and was told that this would take longer and the waitress would have to check I can have it as we are close to our time limit. This was a bit annoying as we had waited so long to be served at the beginning. I ended up ordering something else for dessert. Other than this we had a fantastic evening and will definitely be coming back!

   I rave about Flesh and Buns to everyone! A staple for me are the miso aubergine buns which are just perfect even though they’re extremely messy and very hot in temperature. I recommend cutting your aubergine and letting it cool for a few minutes before diving in to avoid burning your tongue! Tried the rice crackers and dips for the first time on this visit but unfortunately they weren’t for me but that’s okay because we can’t love everything we try and I don’t think that a personal preference should impact my overall review because the food is always so good here! My mum had the fried chicken buns and seemed to enjoy them but this was her first time trying bao and she can be quite fussy. Overall though I think she enjoyed them. I’ve not tried them myself so cannot comment. We also had a margarita cocktail each which was quite good. I would have liked it to be on ice but again that’s just a personal preference. The freeze dried lime always looks a bit grim floating in a glass but again that’s just my opinion and doesn’t affect the taste of the drink, only it’s aesthetics. This is not meant to be a negative review, just an honest summary of my thoughts and l will keep coming back and recommending it to everyone!

   The customer service was excellent with polite waiting staff who gave recommendations for dishes. The food was delicious and came at a decent time. The only criticism is we felt a bit rushed, although the waitress did warn us that they were busy so would probably ask us quite quickly if we wanted dessert.

   Thought I was booking at a chain where I'd had a wonderful experience some months back. Plainly it was another group! Staff saw us arrive and then ran away so bit of a wait to be seated. Then seemed more interested in emphasising upcoming last orders for everything. There must be better ways of coping with staff shortages. Food OK but expensive for what it was. Buns not for me. I'm old enough to remember Wonderloaf and Mother's Pride.

   Well, I learned this restaurant from taste of London, where the signature dish really touched me. So I wanted to give it a try to see how the restaurant is and any other tasty food from the main restaurant. Unfortunately I regretted so much I had this idea. Except the exact dish I had in taste of London the rest were quite disappointing. Pricy considering the small portion, and taste below the average. The drink was alright though. Anyway, it's a regrettable visit.

    Was so disappointed, I went for a family meal and the food was great but had some trouble with super loud music and the way it was dealt with was super poor. It left me on edge the rest of the meal and I found it hard to sit and enjoy it. It was also my birthday and I was just uncomfortable. I much prefer the covent garden one and this is still my sentiment after the visit. Won't be coming back to this venue again sadly

    We came here for a birthday get-together. The place was overall really nice (friendly staff, nice decor, great food and portions!). For 6 of us - we ordered a lot of food (teriyaki meals, crackers for starters, sushi platter, chicken bao buns, aubergine bao buns…) which was around £170 in total including soft drinks for everyone. Thought that was really decent for the amount we ate and what we ate! We bought cake beforehand which they took in for us and served at the end with sparkler candles - so nice! Defo would come again. Also, chicken is halal! So yay.

    My dinner never arrived, drink orders were mixed up, dirty plates were left on the table long after they were finished, and they never came to refill the water. We were offered a drink on the house to compensate the mistakes, and then told that the “free drink was only for the person who’s meal was missing” forgetting customer service or that dining out is an experience shared by all members of the party. There was an apparent problem in the kitchen and the waitress was apologetic but I would have rather left the restaurant and found a better place to eat given how many things went wrong. It is not an inexpensive restaurant and I had expected more from taking a former client and friend out to dinner. Service was automatically added to the bill.

    Booked for bottomless brunch. Make sure you come with an empty stomach! Fantastic value for money. Bottomless prosecco is free-flowing. Our waitress actively encouraged us to drink more. The food is sublime. We had edamame, sushi, chicken wings, chicken yakitori, and the Japanese fried chicken bao buns. Then there was dessert too! Totally worth it, would 100% recommend.

    Food was alright right the Korean wings were the nicest part of the menu only down side was we were charged £14 for a pornstar martini which tasted horrible wouldn’t advise to order drinks off the menu as they are overpriced and don’t taste good at all

    Great food. Lovely person who helped with ordering. But don’t order mains and starters together- they bring it all at the same time and can be insistent that that is how they operate. Which can’t be right.

    Arrived and there was only 1 other group sitting, asked to be moved to a booth, as the chairs don’t look comfortable, was told by the manager can’t have a booth as they booked for 4/6 people. By the time we left, all the booths were still empty, and there was only 4 other groups sitting for dinner. Pretty poor service by the manager. Kash the female server was the opposite - couldn’t of been more nicer! Food was great, pork belly was fantastic!

    What a superb meal and the Sunday brunch is fantastic money for value. One of our favorite restaurants in the city, and the staff were attentive to all our needs. Lisa our waitress was excellent and we will definitely be back again.

    Really bad service, dirty and empty tables stayed on the table for so long and things were spilt as they were placed. The lights were so bright as well, I had to ask them to dim them because it was just so much and it was 9:30pm on a Saturday night so one would expect there to be some form of ambience. Really used to love this place and highly recommend, now I don’t think I’ll ever come again - sushi was essentially rice and a sliver of fish. The audacity really.

    Really nice place for lunch or even a whole meal like me and my family did. Their service was amazing, very friendly and helpful, only complaint was the food did take long to arrive each time but i didn't mind. The space was really beautifully decorated, and the food was wonderful. My parents expecially enjoyed the desserts, and i thought the starters and the teriyaki salmon bao buns were delicious albeit a bit pricy, i would say it was worth it. Definitely recommend!

    Delicious food but very chaotic service - our flesh was served without the buns (!) so we had to wait for 15 minutes for the meat to get cold, the order was messed up, and the deserts took so long to come out (over 30mins) we had to cancel them so we didn't miss our last trains. So it was a disappointing experience BUT the bits we did get to eat were so tasty, the staff were friendly and the vibe is nice but the basics of getting the food we ordered let it down. It was not cheap, and the restaurant wasn't that busy - so not sure what happened on this occasion. Shame.

    First time at flesh and buns and won’t be the last. I came here for my birthday with my friends and had such an amazing experience. Can’t wait to go back! My highlights were the ceviche (wish I got the bigger portion) and the chicken buns. Delectable!!!
