There is a large, high vaulted ceiling in addition to floor-to-ceiling windows that lets in lots of natural light and lets guests feel like they are eating outside.

Was excited to try this spot. My cocktail was terrible. Tough to finish. Food was decent, but not even close to what you’d expect for a $300 price tag with a party of two. Lava cake was excellent.

Food was good. Server was kind. But it’s very expensive for that type of environment/experience; and it’s fairly loud. Employees had a “meeting” at one point next to our table which was right by the kitchen despite having a reservation. Probably wouldn’t repeat. $250 after 18% tip for dinner for two, no dessert. Also the menu is quite hard to read if you aren’t a culinary professional. You have to Google the ingredients to figure out what you’re ordering.

Everything was delicious! The service was excellent. The ambiance relaxing but lively as the restaurant filled up. We really enjoyed the flavor of the wild boar and mushrooms. The old fashioneds were a great happy hour deal!

Beautiful restaurant. Outstanding, attentive staff. My Old Fashion was very well made. My issue was with the beef. We were a party of (4). Entrees ordered were: Venison, Roasted Boar, Waygu Steak, & the Hanger Steak. Both the Venison and Boar were flavorful. The Waygu and Hanger Steak were chewy and indicative of lower quality of meat. Desert was the Chocolate Peanut Butter cake which was good.

Fantastic evening. I would go back. Food was fairly priced for quality, a little on the high side, but considering inflation and such the value was good. Service was great after a bit of a wait to see our server initially. All meals and share plates were delicious and well balanced. The bread and butter was outstanding. Simple stuff makes a difference.

Came in with high expectations and perhaps they were a little inflated. With regards to food, a few of the dishes were standouts - prosciutto burrata appetizer was the best thing we had all night. Scallops entree was good and the spring asparagus side. Dessert was also excellent A few things disappointed - bread was cold, I would have thought for $7 they would serve warm bread. Wild boar gnocchi was too salty. Delmonico cut steak was unevenly cooked - asked for medium rare and got medium well in parts. For beverages, we had one bottle of the Washington Cab Franc and thought that was a great value. Service was friendly and well paced.

First time here and the experience was awesome due to our server, Yuha (unsure of the spelling of his name). His recommendations were on point specifically with the Fennel Braised boar shoulder Gnocchi, mussels, and the prosciutto app. Will come again due to his outstanding service.

We went for dinner on a Thursday evening.The service was great and the staff was very accommodating with our baby and stroller. The food was delicious. The beef whether it is steak or wagyu is a must have! Would definitely visit again when we’re back in seattle.

We had a great time celebrating my husband’s birthday! Lots of delicious food and exceptional service! Obviously get a steak! Duck salad and tuna tartar were out if this world! The cocktails were tasty as well. Highly recommend FlintCreek Cattle Co!

Dry-aged steaks were very good, appetizers and small plates were also good, cocktails were good. My only complaint is the tables are a bit on the small side for a party of 4, although our table was bussed frequently to mitigate this.

While the menu is quite interesting, execution needs improvement. Two of the three mains plus the dessert ordered were overdone (overcooked/over-baked). The prosciutto di parma dish was astoundingly bland, with the white peaches almost tasteless. The salad was under-dressed. Our server was excellent. Very professional and either quite experienced (he was young) or very well-trained. The restaurant was very loud. I think the acoustics of the place amplify noise. Overall, for the price, this dinner was a big letdown.

Even though upstairs wasn't open to dining that nite the hostess agreed to seat us there because the downstairs was way to loud for us!!!!!!!!! Even though the waitperson had to keep coming up there for only one table he was very accommodating and gave us great service

There service and ambience is really wonderful. Welcoming and genuine. The baby gem sale was superb: greens were fresh, perfect amount of blue cheese dressing to enhance the flavor. Overall, we enjoyed our dinner immensely.

Quickly sat for our reservation. The team was busy, so the manager helped us throughout most of the meal. We still had great service as the wait staff worked as a team with the managers. They suggest the Delmonico steak, and I was not disappointed. Great food and service.

It had been awhile since we have eaten at Flintcreek. We came with friends who had never been to the restaurant. Previously we ate together at Rock Creek, also excellent, and they were eager to try this one. Everything we ordered was excellent. for small plates had the duck salad and the sausage dish. For mains, two of us had the venison loin, one the wagyu steak and the other the duck confit. I would definitely return again.

Had not been to Flint Creek for dinner in a long time. Took my husband here for his birthday, and had a great experience. Our server was attentive, others delivered our food and brought the check when he was busy. Our pork belly appetizer was creative and delicious. Entrees of fennel braised pork shoulder with gnocchi, and Icelandic cod were expertly executed. There is a good selection of wines by the glass for those who don't want a bottle. We shared the banana brulee sundae which was over the top. There were five dessert items on the menu, all of which I would happily eat. The prices are standard for a nice sit down restaurant in Seattle. We highly recommend Flint Creek.

100% delicious mains last night - esp the hanger steak! However we had dined at Flintcreek in June and the interesting pickled veggies, eggplant, and mushroom dishes were superb - but last night we took a guest and felt like the kitchen had not tasted what they turned out — the pickled veggies were bland, the mushroom seemed oddly raw and the eggplant with tomatoes was not very seasoned. It was disappointing as we had bragged about the veggies as a reason to go to Flintcreek when we picked the restaurant. Yet, we still like Flintcreek and wonder if the chef changed.

We were a little disappointed. The food was exceptional the last time we were here for dinner in late winter, and this time several items were just okay. The waitress and management were great about addressing the food issues, but it just feels like the quality out of the kitchen has declined. Maybe just an off night.

We went to happy hour in the bar to celebrate my husband’s birthday. Everything was delicious and the bartender’s service was above and beyond. Drinks were great and the food was from both the regular and happy hour menus. Definitely go!
