Really enjoyed my meal. Loved the mashed potatoes, I recommend!

You can't go wrong. All the Italian classics are outstanding. Lasagna is ridiculously good, pasta bolognese is incredible, Bob's plate is off the hook, eggplant parm is out of this world. My only wish is for a bigger variety of appetizers - how about some clams casino, seared scallops or mussels in red or white sauce? A shrimp scampi or shrimp fettuccine would be an awesome addition to the menu!!

We always have a great meal here! Service was attentive, cheerful, and helpful. Appropriate safety precautions in place. We felt very comfortable.

Very nice local restaurant. Pleasant and helpful staff. I'd lean towards chicken, veal and pasta dishes and skip the seafood (swordfish). When it gets colder sit near the door at your own risk. Chairs are super hard.

As always the seafood and pasta was very good! So glad this restaurant is making it through during this tough time. Also glad they use open table now!

Calamari app was not good at all. I had clams and linguini, wife had Tilapia they were ok. I liked mine more than she liked hers. We ate outside with perfect weather. That was cool. If we weren’t outside, not good.

Small portions. Low quality muscles, very slow service. Nothing special here. We wanted to try something different. We should’ve gone to La Stalla.

Went to dinner on Saturday night. The food was excellent. We enjoyed the dinner very much. The only thing that we didn’t like was where we were seated. We were in a corner that was very dark, no lighting above us and no candles on the table. It was hard to read the menu. We asked to be moved but because of social distancing, we couldn’t. So, we decided to not let it ruin the night. We had great service and loved everything we ordered.

An amazing meal every time. Even in the time of COVID - the quality of the food has not wavered one iota. Delicious.

The Lobster Ravioli in black pasta is amazing. Also the scallops venetian also delicious. Try the Coconut Cream Cake and Capucinno for dessert. Service was outstanding! Michelle was so attentive, friendly and helpful!

Florentino's has very good food, we all really liked what we ordered, but it does have limited menu, which nowadays is understandable. Service was excellent. Our main issue with the restaurant is the decor is dated. Because of social distancing the restaurant was quiet, but I imagine it would normally have been noisier which we like. Overall, it was very good and well worth the money.

Love this BYOB place. Three of us had the cod special and it was great. Nice sized piece of fish, expertly prepared, with some mixed veggies and mashed potatoes. Nice dinner. Been here perhaps a dozen times, and it's always good. A bit noisy sometimes (including us!) but overall a nice experience.

Wonderful Birthday Dinner!

What a great little Italian restaurant in the heart of Newtown. I would recommend reservations as this restaurant fills very quickly on the weekend. Having tried most of the entrees there it's a very hard choice to choose just one. The homemade soups from scratch are always delicious. Food presentation is a 10. Not to forget the appetizers they are also very delicious as the fried calamari is excellent. The homemade desserts are delicious and tasty. What a great place to eat.

Had A reservation for 715 waited for ever to be seated . Only two other tables in the restaurant has people Them. Waited 15 minutes for someone to come to our table. Not sure if I will return.

We waited an hour before we got our salad and soup. The waitress said she forgot to put our ticket in but never apologized or never brought us anything the whole time. We had to ask where our food was.

Love the food! Service is perfection. It is a small area for tables- so it is comfortable but close. A crowded night you can expect loud conversations - trouble hearing when table mates are chatting. It is still a favorite!

The food and service are very good, and I would have given this restaurant a much better rating, except for the noise level. It is a small restaurant, and it is not designed spatially nor acoustically to handle a full house. In fact the noise level made it difficult for us to have an enjoyable experience, let alone a conversation. We had placed a reservation for Valentine’s Day; perhaps, try going on day/night that won’t attract such a large crowd.

Food and service is always wonderful. Just a note that your dining experience is always wonderful during the week. The noise level on weekends is absolutely impossible.
