   Lovely place for a quiet brunch. Nice offering of items. We enjoyed the traditional eggs, Benedict and the pancakes. My one suggestion is increase the heat of the water in the lattes. Mine was served almost lukewarm.

   Rachel, Erika, and the team at the restaurant was amazing! There was a group of 12, who went for brunch on a Saturday. Rachel and Erika helped set up the reservation and even offered to take pre-orders! The service staff…especially our main server, were friendly, attentive, and helpful. The food came out quickly, hot, and was delicious. Highly recommended the brisket hash. Side note: The Sin City Hot Chocolate for the YYC Hot Fest was a 10/10.

   We had dinner and some drinks here last night and it was a terrific experience. Such an amazing vibe, lovely decor and ambience. The bartender was amazing, as well as the food. The steak tartare is one of the best I’ve ever had and I make an effort to try it on any menu I see it! Thanks for the great time. Will definitely be back in the near future.

   What a great first experience we've had at Flower & Wolf. From the start as we were greeted with all smiles from the maître d', to our friendly & knowledgeable server, to the floor manager - the experience is just top notch. The concept of food sharing is simply divine and the meals ordered were authentic Mexican. Loving it! Will certainly return again.

    Dinner was fine, just nothing noteworthy. Service was hit or miss, but I don't blame servers when they are probably short-staffed. The ease of the location was what made this a place we will return to next time we are staying at the Sheraton.

    We really enjoyed the food once everything arrived. It appeared as though they were short staffed for the busy lunch hour and a bit unprepared. We waited 40 minutes for our meal to arrive.

    We went for a New Year Day Dinner, the table they gave us was the worst despite a low volume restaurant, I would have asked to move but I came in later having had to park the car and walk back. The service started out bad but progressively improved mildly. The food was so- so and I heard the burger was dry and greasy, my $60.00 steak was sliced (wish I knew) and the fat was white, so even though the meat was medium rare the fat had not be rendered or grilled. my mothers flat bread was doughy. The potato fry's were good, the banana split was good and so was the wedge salad. The music was load and not appropriate I get they are trying to be hip, but there is a time and place.

    Service was pretty bad, we have to wait 45 minutes to get our bill and waitress barely checked on us, food was alright but doesn't feel like it was worth the price

    We had a wonderful Christmas dinner and thoroughly enjoyed the menu and ambiance. Staff was friendly and attentive. For our first time having Christmas dinner out we were thrilled with our experience.

    THE CHRISTMAS DAY EXPERIENCE WAS A GONG SHOW!! To start the occasion, after we were given the menus, and we’re not able to order drinks because it took a while for the server to come back. The drinks finally came after a table next to us came in, sat down ordered and received their drinks. (Obviously a different server’s section) They received their appetizers, while we again waited. Finally the appetizers showed up, and the soups were cold and tasteless. The server never came back to check how it was going or ask us if we needed anything (salt and pepper maybe) Then the table was again not cleared, drink glasses, salad, were still in the way when the main courses came. The story with the prime rib, cold/overdone/re-served food/plates, etc is next to the photo. We finally got the expeditor/manager person to come over to understand our ongoing challenges, regarding our experience at this point she said she would look into it. At this point the table beside us had long gone, after it look an uneventful joyous experience. They ended up giving us a 20% discount which just covered the required gratuity of 18%. (which was never advertised) When you advertise an EXPERIENCE shouldn’t it be the a WONDERFUL for everyone. 🤷‍♀️ Especially for $80 per person

    We went for a holiday dinner because they advertised a holiday menu and experience. Not much holiday vibe. Most music wasn’t even holiday music, very few decorations. I did appreciate the vegetarian options.

    Food was delicious - loved the Egg Nog cheesecake! Waiter very attentive. A bit of a wait for the main course, but that was understandable given the large private party next door. The food was definitely worth the wait!

    Went for a business lunch. Service was a challenge as it appeared one person was covering the whole of the restaurant with little to no support. Myself and guests waited an hour for our meals.

    The service was slow. Food was mediocre. Prices were expensive for slow service and mediocre food. Restaurant was not clean and needs an update - did not reflect images online. I would not go back snd would not recommend!

    Went for a lunch meeting. Was pretty quiet. Had the French onion soup and mushroom flatbread. Sadly onion soup had no flavour or seasoning. Flatbread was meh. My guest had the muscles and fries and had nothing good or bad to say about it. Server brought the bill then the machine within 5 seconds of dropping off the bill. I did not indicate I was in a rush or wanted to pay so it was a bit odd but maybe he thought it was efficient. Would rather go to local or joeys.

    We are regulars for brunch and dinner. I’m finding inconsistency is the amount of peameal bacon on the eggs Bennie. Too small of meat is being served. I would prefer a better music selection. Create a calm ambience for your patrons. Dinner music being played is most aggravating often rock, too noisy, too hard. Staff always great. Breakfast potatoes delicious. Menu selection wonderful.

    The service was extremely slow, at every stage of the dining, from seating, ordering, to getting a box for leftovers. There were two servers and one manager on the floor. I asked for hot water, having to ask twice and it was delivered after over 20'. The brisket hash was salty overal, there was very little hollandaise sauce, little brisket meat, toast was not fully buttered. The Reuben was soggy. Fried was on par.
