I had an 8:15 reservation, I checked in at 8 and was told I would receive a text when my table was ready. 30 minutes passed still no text. My guest went to the hostess and asked how long it would much longer would we have to wait for our table to be ready. The host stated there were a few people ahead of us. They’ll text when the table is ready. Around 9:15 my second guest went to the hostess to find out how long the wait would be. This time she was told the same but was given a device with a number on it. At this point I am upset and cold because we had been standing out side for over an hour waiting for a table. Once we finally got in, which was about 9:30. We were sat in a corner which caused us not to be seen but the servers. There were a few times the guys carrying the meat walked in and out of our section not paying attention to the table in the corner. I received better service at the Washington DC location.

Everything was excellent, from the salad bar and the services the beautiful hostess provided to the wonderful gentleman providing the desired cut and temperature steak and ribs, to the outstanding and courteous waiters providing the drinks, sides and assisting with any request I had. Greatly appreciate the outstanding service.
Absolutely the worst experience in any facility. Even with a reservation, we waited for 45 minutes. After being seated, a road flare couldn’t be used to wave down a server. The manager said he became too busy but yet reservations were still being accepted on this platform every 15 minutes. Horrible.

We had a wonderful time! We were on a date, celebrating a new job. The folks at Fogo made the experience so special for us! Everything from beginning to end was amazing!

Even though we had a reservation, we had to wait a while before we were seated. Our waiter did not take our drink order and we were given water and he disappeared.

I took my wife here to cap off our anniversary celebration and turns out this was a bad idea. The service was great but the Fogo churrasco experience is not worth it to me. The chicken was the only meat that was somewhat seasoned properly. If you are not interested in eating a bunch of meat your other dining options are very limited and overpriced.
Ensuring anniversaries are well-spent is our goal, so it's disappointing to hear that we fell short of this. Please know, your opinion of us means a great deal, so when you are ready and willing kindly visit us again.
Took my sons and daughter out along with my partner for a nice Monday night dinner. Our server was very helpful and friendly. I called ahead to ensure there’s no special dress code since my boys would be in jeans and sneakers and they confirmed no dress code. I then asked about pricing for children aged 9 and 11 specifically and was told they are half price. When i got my bill they were charged full price. Several managers came out to address this which was quite overwhelming. It turns out half price for kids is not a thing. Which is fine, just didn’t appreciate being misled. They did correct the bill and charge me $20 per kid which i am grateful for. Our server checked on us often and was quite helpful. The gentlemen at the market table were excellent. The gauchos seemed to be skipping our table a bit and taking a while to get to us so the server did bring this to their attention. Overall, i would surely visit again as i love the place, but there’s some room for improvement. My 11 year old said he’d rate it an 8/10 due to the slow service bringing the meat options and felt the filet mignon was too salty.
So happy to see one of our favorite restaurants open during COVID at an outdoor setting, which gave us peace of mind. It made for a unique experience outdoors with the same, amazing food, quality, wine, and service. I loved that we can still take advantage of their wine deals (50% off South American wines while we were there). I'm happy we are able to celebrate again, safely, and see things start to move into our "new normal."
I will say the outdoor seating was a bit noisy, as we are in Baltimore, but that's the payoff. There were people seated indoors as well, so people really had a choice of what they preferred. They also currently have to-go options, worth a try!
We had an excellent dining and were delighted to have been able to get reservations for Sunday evening. The buffet is now served by an employee which means when you just want a small "taste" you're going to get more food than you want. The meat selections arrived steadily and were quite tasty.
My husband and I took our 4 teens out for my daughters birthday! Service was great, food was great!

We came in and was seated right away. Our server was great. We got the full experience....which came with all kinds of meat options (steak of all cuts and flavores, chicken, lamb two ways,pork and sausage). Also, the market table( it was just ok). Should have more options that go with all the different meats. Out of all the meats we tried....I loved the lamb steaks, picanha steak and garlic steak. My husband really liked the picanha steak. It was juciey, tender and full of flavor. His only complaint would be that he had to keep asking if the meat was "well done".

DO NOT deny yourself the pleasure of indulging in the outstanding Brazilian Steakhouse experience that is Fogo De Chao.
Service and staff were excellent, a little pricey but I can not really complain because of the selection and ambulances. Would definitely return.

Great service and attention to detail
The food was great and the waiters were amazingly nice.
I hosted a Birthday Brunch for 8 friends. The staff was so helpful with making the arrangements. They were especially accommodating with special requests. The table was lovely and the servers were friendly, presenting each dish and cuts of meat beautifully. It was nice not to need salt or pepper as everything was seasoned well.

We sat outside for the first time, and they really had a nice set up. They brought around options from the market table, and got rid of the little green/red turners for the meats. Overall, I think they did a wonderful job adapting to the new requirements. The food was great, and their drinks are amazing!
I will preface this by saying my partner and I were at Fogo a month ago and had an amazing experience despite covid restrictions. This time we were going for restaurant week and were excited to share the experience with friends who had never been to Fogo before.
We arrived and were told there would be no indoor seating due to new covid restrictions. It was incredibly warm outside but ok that’s fine. It would have been nice of them to mention when I called earlier that day to adjust our reservation. Then we were asked if we were there for the full churrasco experience and we said “no we’re here for restaurant week”. They then tell us that restaurant week is cancelled due to covid and they sent out an email about it. I didn’t receive this email because I’m not part of their club. Again, I had called earlier in the day. Why was this not mentioned? Additionally I had been on their website earlier in the day to show our friends the menu and the RW info had not been taken down. Even 2 days later it is still on their website and there is no mention on the RW site of the cancellation. Despite all of this, no one identifying themselves as a manager came to speak with us at any point during the meal about the situation.
The food was amazing as always, but the experience makes me hesitant to ever return.

It was a good experience having lunch outside at least for a difference.
This was the first place i dined since the pandemic started and the food and service was great , they continued to clean and go above and beyond to give great service
