    Felt pretty nickel and dimed. Sat down and was offered sparkling or still water, I chose sparkling and expected it to be extra. Was charged $16 for two bottles of water. Just seemed deceptive. Almost got hit with the roving booze cart and was asked way to many time if we wanted more drinks or shots. Service was both overwhelming when they were still coming by when we had it flipped to red and underwhelming as we had no clue who our waiter was. Honestly it is pretty average, not worth the price. Seemed like upselling was the focus.

    We had an awesome time eating at Fogo de Chao! We loved how friendly and helpful the waitstaff was, it really made the experience so fun. We felt it was very fairly priced for how much food you have available to you and the drinks were great as well!

    We did the all you can eat experience and had attention from multiple waiters throughout the night. It was a busy night since it was thanksgiving and after waiting 30 minutes from our reservation we were seated. Waiting wasn’t great since we had a reservation but the service and attention we received made up for it. It was also my girlfriend’s birthday and they helped to make it a great dinner. Will return for sure! Thank you! 😊

    We had a reservation at 6:15 pm and entered the building to a crowd of at least 75 people. We were then told it would be 30-45 minutes until we could be seated. We promptly left and went down the block to Rodizio Grill who sat us right away. Fogo didn’t call me until 7:23 to tell me a table was ready which means I would’ve waited over an hour. Crazy.

    We went for thanksgiving dinner it was extremely overbooked our reservation was for 6:15 we weren’t seated until 7:20pm we asked for the meat servers multiple times and the just get skipped our table multiple times while all our indicators were green. Disappointed in the overall selection of meat they did serve it was the same meats (bottom sirloin, lamb steak and churrasco) that would come and stop when they did.

    It was Thanksgiving and the place was packed. Staff was trying but too many people. We had made a reservation weeks before. Still, we were seated 40 minutes after our reservation time. The food was average. All meats were well done and some were even crunchy. The turkey was some sort of loaf. Very overcooked and dry. Not the FdC experience you like to expect. We will go back because one marginal experience does not negate the many prior great dinners.

    Went here for thanksgiving. They were over an hour behind to seat reserved parties. The quality of the meats was significantly lower than other locations of Fogo I’ve visited.

    The restaurant was slammed for Thanksgiving and the staff was very, very hard pressed. Despite this, however, every server was cheerful and kind, and took time to make sure the diner was comfortable and had what was needed. They did an EXEMPLARY job.

    Never received bread for the table. The shrimp appetizer was presented to our table as though it was complimentary but there was a charge. The cart with the Brazilian drinks only came once our meal was complete and the bill was paid. We had to ask for water. The attention for the table was lacking.

    We have been to both Denver Fogo restaurants and by far the downtown location is the best. The ambiance is great and the food is the best. Management visited our table and made us feel special. We were there with family on Thanksgiving day. They were very impressed. It's probably not the best day to go to any restaurant. They were way overbooked. They could do a much better job with reservations on a day like this. Also, the parking validation stamp did not work very well on the holiday. We still had to pay $12 for parking. We were told in advance that they were validating parking even on Thanksgiving. But all in all, we had an overall enjoyable time!

    We sat for 30 minutes with green coin face up and no meat gauchos showed up at our table. The server and manager were excellent, but if they don’t have food to serve, it’s tough to feel good about spending $300 for Thanksgiving lunch.

    Well I was a little disappointed. Have been here before and was very impressed. However this time we waited for quite awhile for our drinks and had to ask multi times to get our drinks. Then the meat was very slow at coming around. We would ask for a certain type of meat and they said they will be right back and we never got it. They only brought the lamb around once. Ran out of our drinks and were never offered refills & water also. So for our overall experience this time very disappointing. Restaurant was not very busy at this time so not sure what the problem was. We were celebrating my husbands 70th birthday with a party of 12. And he was not happy.

    It looked like a busy night and our group was 17 people but our experience was very pleasant! Hector was great! Very knowledgeable and took excellent care of us. Marcela is so wonderful! She made sure our experience was flawless, always checking in on us, and delighting us with small side dishes she knew we would like… All the meat servers are excellent! special shout out to Alfonso for bringing me beef ribs and Ravi For bringing us the amazing grilled cheese! They would ask what meats we were still waiting for, and put fresh cuts in the grill, bringing us only excellent temperature curated steaks. I have been to numerous Fogo in the country, but denver downtown is by far the best one. It was some of my friends first time here and they were overwhelmingly happy with the whole experience! We always come back for special occasions, and this time surely did not disappoint as Marcela and Hector brought us amazing desserts with a candle to celebrate our birthday! I can’t wait to go back not only for the amazing Brazilian culinary experience but for the amazing service this location provides!

    I normally go to the one in my home town (Dallas) and I never though they could be topped but I was wrong. The food and service was great. Only downside is that on a busy day/night they don't respect the RSVP time.

    I made a reservation for 7:150pm and they didnt get me a table until 8:00pm it was freaking ridiculous then we sat for another 15 no service no water I ordered a drink didn't get to me until like 8:45pm .. I been here before and its never been this bad.. It was horrible

    I have been to other Fogo de Chao and this was the noisiest overcrowded one. I was basically sitting in the walkway to the salad bar. The ladies room was out of service so all the women had to sit to use the family restroom. One of the steaks tastes like dish soap. The other 2 were so over cooked. The bacon wrapped chicken was delicious as well as the pork. I did have a mixed berry type lemonade from the bar that was very good. However it didn't come out for about 20 minutes.

    Food is okay. Having a reservation doesn’t really matter, we waited a long time to get seated and then an even longer wait for us to get food/meat to our table and to top it off, they wrote “Happy Anniversary”instead of “Happy Birthday!”It was odd. Not the best experience for us. Me and my boyfriend waited for plates and our drinks, servers handling meat passed by us multiple times before we asked our waitress to seek their attention. Not worth the money spent. The amount of money spent on mediocre service and overall experience, fast food sounds a whole lot better as well as quicker.

    Amazing experience! My husband said “I never thought I would enjoy room temperature water like I did… but I guess Ice water is an American thing.” The Waiters were calm and collected like if they were excited for you to enjoy the food. Then we got introduced to the salad bar , it was what a salad bar should be. Even the mystery concoction of items were amazing. Now the Gauchos we’re superb ! SHOUTOUT to “STEVEN” !!! He brought me out some Arrachera meat as if he had known me since I was a little kid . and for some reason it felt like someone had there Granma and grandpa cooking for over a 150 years out back. And before we left I got presented with a free birthday crème brûlée that will make you want to smack your greaaat gramma for another free one! I left a different person. And to be clear these are the wise words of my handsome husband . Thank you again for the experience and Thank you Steven for making us feel at home .
