My appetizer was delicious but I order a steak medium and it came well done. I didn’t eat the steak and manager was nice to take it off my bill. Overall I’ll go back again, maybe for apps and drinks

The meat service is delicious. Meats are hot and the variety is amazing. Love the market bar, but don’t fill up there!! Enjoyed the passion fruit caipirinha! Tres Leche amazing as well, although fitting in dessert is very hard to do.

The food was excellent. The meat is always incredible. The service was very bad. Our waiter went missing (on break?) for over an hour. Bizarre.

Food wasn’t up to par. Overcooked. Service was negligent. Had to ask for specific items they never came around with. Server asked if wanted more mashed potatoes and we said yes. Never came. 2 drink orders tasted completely different. Upset with visit for price. Been there multiple times. This was the worst.

Good food, poor service and horrible Covid standards. No masks at the bar but the patrons keep walking and shouting and hugging each other that you fear for your safety because the bar is close to the tables we were dining at.

The caramalized pineapple old fashioned is everything! So it's no surprised when I tell my friends this is where we're going for dinner. The food is fresh and delicious! The staff are extremely friendly and attentive. Our server Shaville is the best!!

The waiter was horrible, he seem to only worry about the bigger parties then a table for two. I had to get up and get my own drinks from the bar after waiting for over 20 mins for him to see me. I don't know what else I could have done to get his attention. Thankfully Shaville came and helped us for the rest of the night. It was an expensive experience that I won't be going back to.

There seemed to be a limited choice of meats compared to a visit last year.
We had to ask the waiter to bring the brisket to our table. Some of the meat provided was a little bland.
The restaurant was full with the open table attracting a small crowd, which did not make us comfortable.
Moscow Mules were ordered and made with a substitute instead of ginger beer.
Overall experience was mediocre but cost over $300 with tip for three.

The waiters are all very friendly. There was a lady who greeted us last time for Valentine’s Day and was there to greet us again. She was very friends and even went out of there way to get us anything we needed. I highly recommend this restaurant and we’ll definitely come back again.

Wonderful experience again at Fogo. Went to celebrate my birthday with my wife and the waiters and hostess were very attentive. Nancy, the customer service rep was the best, and made our experience wonderful. Will definitely revisit again in the near future.

The choice at the buffet was very small compared to the same restaurant in Orlando FL, no seafood at all at the buffet the meat was all the same taste and the service was very slow. It took them forever to bring the spoons for the ice cream until they brought it the ice cream became a milkshake. We went to this place because we used to on our vacations in Orlando you can’t even compare. Not going here again!!!!!

I love the ambiance. I had the Brazilian cut rib eye steak & it was okay, nothing special about it for me. My partner had the Salmon with Chimichurri & he said it was good. I must say, I did enjoy my dessert the most which was a passion fruit moose

Food was good but expensive. Special shoutout to Edwin (the man with the lamb). Edwin kew we wanted well done lamb (we don't eat beef) and he was happy to ALWAYS remember us and to make certain he checked on us when he was making his rounds.

Over rated and over priced.
Meat mediocre was expecting a lot more flavor and tenderness. Go up the block to costco buy yourself a steak and put it on the bbq yourself.

Waited outside in the cold even though we had a reservation. Outer lobby area is tiny packed with people waiting for tables. Did not seem as if they could handle having a full restaurant. Place is gorgeous and spacious. Everything looks brand new, stylish and spotless. Service was terrible. Waitress took drink orders (and we were told only one of the draft beers on tap was available) then came back 15 minutes later with water. Another 15 minutes she finally came back with drinks and took our order. At that time the four of us ordered rodizio and were told we could go to the "salad bar". At this time in life I understand you cannot have anything served buffet style, so an attendant walks you around to make your selections. The choices were many but not what I expected for this type of "upscale" place. Mostly assorted lettuces and deli style salads such as potato salad. Three cheeses and 2 or 3 types of cold cut meats. There were two soups available and bread. Meat servers were great. Didn't understand why they didn't offer a second plate to us at the table when they started serving the meat. It was served onto our salad dishes. One small bowl of cheese bread was also served. Two small plates of sides were brought to the table. One contained mashed potatoes that had the consistency of pablum & the other had two pieces of fried plantain & 4 minute pieces of polenta which were delicious. Usually when we go out locally for rodizio we frequent Carvalhos in Bellmore or Bairrada in Mineola. If we are going into the NYC it is always Plataforma. No one ever asked if we wanted another drink or a refill on the sides in the hour & 15 minutes we sat at the table. The meat here did not come close to these other restaurants. Lamb was almost raw and the pork sausage one of the members at our table was served was also way undercooked. Waited for the bill the end of our meal & after approx 10 minutes a mgr came over and said I see you looking around. Would you like the bill?

Great decor, and friendly staff. The food and drinks were delicious but over priced for the small amount of choice options. The meat was superb, staff came around in good timing. Dessert selection was good but ours was forgotten for a bit. The ice cream had melted, so that got me annoyed and I wasn’t going to complain because I wanted to leave. The place was way too crowded, which could’ve been a factor but still left a bad taste at the end for me. Overall, I recommend not going on the weekends.
