   Our dinner at Four Flamingos made our stay at Grand Cypress even more enjoyable and memorable! The food, drinks, service, and ambiance were all top notch. I highly recommend Four Flamingos to anyone staying at the Hyatt, or if you are nearby in the Orlando area! An absolute hidden gem that took our vacation to the next level!

   Food wasn’t as good as expected. We found Four Flamingos off of the Michelin Guide/knowing Richard Blais. A lot of the ingredients didn’t feel fresh. We had: - Avacado Crab (Crab tasted like Tuna Salad) - Coconut Shrimp Toast (Strange flavor; didn’t really get shrimp from it) - Ox Tail Empanada (Dry) - Wagyu Picahna (Came out room temp) - Moqueca (Artificial coconut flavor; not a lot of fish) - Black Forest Chocolate ball Drinks were really good. Desert was good and the Hawaiian bread was good. Everything else left us disappointed.

   Really loved the food of course! The seafood dishes are spectacular. They even had a special VEGAN birthday dessert for my daughter! Everyone on the wait staff was friendly and fantastic. It was our second time here and it was a perfect birthday dinner as we had hoped!

   The apps were amazing. Best part of the meal. The drinks were also good just slightly over priced. 20$ for an old fashion is a little ridiculous. The real issue was with the entrees. I ordered the monk fish and my waiter told me it was not in season. He also stated there was another item not in season. Then why is it on the menu? The waiter informed me they can sub the monk fish with another fish. I ordered that. Within 2 mins the waiter came back out and told me that was sold out. I then asked about the special. He told me it was a fried red snapper. It sounded good so I ordered it. Come to find out this dish was for 2. He never once told me it was for 2 people. It turned out to be almost $100 just for my entree. I would have been fine with it if it was actually good. It was not. The fish was completely under seasoned. The coconut rice tasted delicious except it was complete mush. Then there was 2 other bowls served with it. I had no idea what it was. It tasted ok just didn’t feel like it was a part of the dish. The entire dish felt like it didn’t belong together. My wife ordered the raviolo. It was burnt and very crispy. She had to send it back. They brought out a new one and it was cooked well. I appreciated the waiter coming to make sure the refire was cooked properly, but then a second person came over probably a manager. She stood there and watched us eat which was ok but seemed like a lot. Then a third person probably a chef came out and asked us how it was. We said it was now good. She then proceeded to make excuses why it was cooked wrong in the first place. It seemed very passive aggressive at this point. We did not appreciate 3 people coming to watch us eat. It was also my wife’s birthday and they brought us a dessert platter that was free. I was very thankful. The overall experience was ok. But when ur paying 560$ for 4 people to eat you don’t want just ok. You want great. I will not be going back unfortunately.

    One of the best meals I’ve had in years. I’ve followed Chef Blaise since his early Top Chef days and his restaurants never disappoint. Between my wife and I we tried 4 different cocktails and several different small plates. I find that’s the best way to explore a menu and experiment with different items. Best drink…Filthy Flamingo. Best cold app was the Tuna Tostada. Best small plate…clams. And the key lime pie for dessert was one of the best I’ve ever had. Service was flawless. A must try when in Orlando.

    We ordered 2 things off the menu that the server, after ordering these things, came back 2 separate time to tell us that each of those actually weren’t being served tonight because the “chef wasn’t happy with the dish”. The swordfish wasn’t all that it’s cracked up to be. I’d give it a second try hoping it was just an off night.

    This restaurant was good, but not great. Perhaps I had high expectations due to the high prices and the association with Richard Blais. Since it was our anniversary, we sampled many cocktails and items on the menu. Everything was solid, but nothing was mind blowing. We did order a drink, where they made a smoke bubble at the table. That was probably the highlight of our really, really expensive meal. Therefore, I probably wouldn't go back for a full meal because the value was not there (maybe go back just for the smoke bubble drink and the crab avocado ball or oxtail empanada appetizer). We did have an really fantastic server though. He actually helped make up what the food and drink lacked.

    The Mother's Day buffet was overpriced, the food was poor quality, the service was extreemly slow. Gratuity was automatically added to the bill so it seamed the servers didn't care about their service since they were already guaranteed a tip. Overall a horribly meal experience. Would not recommend. Do not waste your time or money on this place.

    At a cost of $120 plus tax per person with sub par food, lack of selection and average decor I have to say this is the single WORST value for one’s money. I would NOT recommend this for special occasion brunches like Mother’s Day unless you want a mother to feel ripped off on her special day.

    What a delightful surprise dinner was at Four Flamingos! It was one of the best meals I have enjoyed in a long time. The Venus clams were amazing and the Florida Seafood Moqueca was absolutely incredible! The staff, service, drinks, ambiance and meal were one of the highlights of my entire trip.     This was our second time dining here and the food this time was not near as good. The ribeye pinchos were overcooked as was my swordfish while my husband's filet was so rare he had to send it back to get further done

    This was our 7th visit to Four Flamingos. We love the Moqueca- it usually comes in a perfectly spiced broth and you can add the coconut rice to thicken as desired. Tonight there was VERY little broth (what little was there was delicious) and there were 3 times as many potatoes as usual. This is a Brazilian seafood stew that has some potatoes in it...Tonight it was a potato dish with some seafood. Disappointing especially since the price on this dish has gone up $9.00 within the last 6 months. Okay 1 time fail out of 7 visits isn't horrible odds but with the prices of the food it shouldn't happen. One last thing (Management Please Take Notice!) The tables need to be shimmed they all rock if you rest your feet on the floor base -again 7 visits- I've sat in many different rooms. Please fix.

    Nice place with an extremely talented staff. Multiple servers didn't miss a beat. Food and desert was great. A little pricy but not more than expected. Mostly a seafood menu but the ribeye skewers were amazing. I did love the oysters and pearls appetizers the most.

    We just had dinner here and the food was amazing ! Our server Adrian was phenomenal. Always kind , and helpful . The food was delicious, steak cooked wonderfully , my husband had the swordfish his first time having it and it was also delicious . Adrian took great care of us! We will absolutely be back !

    Our server Marc was absolutely the best! He really made the experience for us. I'd recommend going back and asking for him, although the other servers doing tables nearby seemed engaged and lots of fun as well. FYI, this is probably the best restaurant in the Hyatt resort. We had a great grilled lobster and wagyu. I will say that this is not a cheap joint but this is expected from the resorts in the area and is inline with what you see at the other big hotels. The ambiance is nice - lil waterfall and a stream with obligatory blow-up flamingo toys floating around. We sat on the deck. Had a nice 20 year old port for dessert.

    Four Flamingos is not what expected from the name and advertising. Both imply a fun, eclectic atmosphere covered in Millennial pink and dripping in house plants and neon phrase lights. That’s not what it is. An oddly shaped restaurant, you can choose inside or outside with inside being a relatively small main dining room with a good view of the kitchen, and outside being wither a larger square patio or smaller hallway deck. We started with the avocado crab. Again, not as expected, it is a full avocado coated on the outside with a brown powder. Inside is the crab mixture which honestly was scarce. The balance of avocado and crab is not ideal. Also the brown powder was flavorless. We then ordered the heart of palm Caesar, the monkfish with short rib and the flounder piccata. The salad is not bad. The monk fish was much better than the flounder. You would think the fish with the short rib wouldn’t work. But it was nice. The Flounder was cooked as if fried without breading. The sauce was good. But overall both fish dishes were good but not great. For dessert we had the key lime pie which was 90% whip cream and 10% key lime. Ehhh. I honestly wouldn’t go back again. It was ok and a new experience but not what I expected from the top chef.
