Erica was our waitress and she was incredible! She was very attentive and offered great recommendations. I hope the next time we go there we have her as our waitress again. She was that amazing!
They didn’t honor our reservation and then told us we would have to wait 2 additional hrs to get a table.
Everything was terrible including the service. Despite making a reservation I was told the wait would be 2 hours. While sitting and waiting a waitress approached us and barked that the tables were closed, there's an hour wait and no drinks were available for us. There was no signage on the tables we were waiting at nor was there anything being done by our party of 2 but waiting until our name was called. I will never return based on the treatment and I am highly disappointed in the attitude and attacks that was received
No wait to sit. But Almost 2 hours to get our dinners. Poor communication. Should have let us know they were behind or short handed when we were seated and accommodated with appetizers. Took multiple attempts and me getting up to talk to manager after 1 hr and 40 minutes of waiting.
This was a nice weekend weather wise and the NCAA tournament should have been a big draw for a sports bar like this. I am baffled why anyone would come to a sports bar to watch the local news and college wrestling. Please stay on top of what your patrons are watching and expecting to be entertained with. They also seemed woefully understaffed for a Saturday night.

My dad and I met at Fox & Hound for dinner together (his first time there) and in his words, “this place is the BEST!”. Our server, Roland (who was also bar tending) was fantastic: friendly, quick and made sure we were taken care of. He recommended the quesadilla to start and it was delicious. Well portioned for 2 people and incredibly tasty. My dad ordered the “Dilemma” and I ordered the Black Forest Sandwich. If you like tater tots....definitely get them here. My father was (and still is) raving about how his sandwich is the best he’s ever had. He enjoyed it so much, he plans on coming here from NJ just to have dinner and drinks again on a regular basis. My sandwich? Amazing. The flavors were perfection and the portion was generous.
They take Covid safety seriously and we felt confident that our health and well-being was cared for.
We dined here at 6pm on a Tuesday and it was incredibly quiet. All in all, it was a perfect dinner out and we can’t wait to come back!!!

The .50 cent wings taste like ok’d chicken that was soaked in grease and then left under the heat lamp way to long. The Drinks were good
Our server took approximately 35-45 minutes to check on us throughout the evening. We would order another drink and wait another 30-35 min to receive it. It’s important to note that it was not a busy time in the restaurant this wait was unnecessary.
Our first time out since covid and it was exactly what we wanted. We could see a few people but got to keep to ourself. Our server was awesome and ver accommodating
We walked in the restaurant and had to wait a good bit of time before we were waited on but that’s because I had to find someone. As we were walking to our table I couldn’t help but notice several bus pans packed with dishes, glasses and silverware, just overflowing to the point there was dinnerware was stacking up on the floor. Wouldn’t have been so babe if it was behind the bar but it was very much in plain sight. When we finally got to ours seat the waitress came right over and I ask her to give us a minute. When she came back we placed our order and 50 plus minutes later our meal came out. A hamburger and a salad. Seriously! We expressed our disappointment to the waitress and not surprised, it didn’t seem to bother her too much. Like a deer in the headlights. The place wasn’t that busy and we watched other tables getting their food before us as we were there before them. By this time we were pretty upset and started noticing how there was lack of management and zero communication between the restaurant and patrons. Needless to say no recommendations will come from us and I will never return.

Fox and hound was incredibly disappointing. Upon arrival, there was no hostess available with a sign saying seat yourself. Ok fine. However, walking through the bar and dining rooms it was hard to find a table that was dirty and covered in leftover food. Once we were able to locate a table, the waitress was subpar. It took forever to get her to take our appetizer order. We asked if the sound for the NFL playoff games would be turned on and they laughed and said no. Disappointing. However, they had no problem having music PUMPING through the sound system so loudly you could barely hear the person next to you talk. Again, we mentioned the volume- the waitress said others had complained, but when she came back from asking management to turn it down she stated that no one knew how to control the volume. Fox and Hound is in desperate need for not only a cosmetic makeover but also some basic training for staff. We didn’t even order dinner and got our check after apps because we were so disappointed.
The menu is terrible. Only high calorie frozen foods. No fresh foods.
We showed up early for our reservation at 1:00- there was no one to greet and it was “seat yourself” which wasn’t a problem but how would anyone know if we kept our reservation. The food was mediocre. Service was the same. I really don’t think I would go back again. Nothing happened, just wasn’t worth my money or digestive track.

Not a great experience at all. The staff was rude, slow. I don’t usually complain but this was just bad. We won’t be going back.
We did enjoy the beyond burger, and I changed it to be as I wished and it was a nice surprise. I added the newly steamed brussels sprouts as an alternative. Kept the fries for my friend who loves fries and my friend enjoyed his favorite onion soup, but he said it was a little extra salty. But he loved the Brussels sprouts! Our order was taken and received by multiple people, but it was very fast and we were able to make it to our movie on time. That was really good! And they were pretty busy! It was very loud in there. But we were lucky enough to move over to the room that is closer to the bathroom, where it is a little more quiet. So we were able to still talk while eating.
In advance, let me say that the restaurant was dealing with several large parties including one that I heard someone say was 100 people. The noise level was very high. After we had waited for almost an hour for our food, during which time we did not see our waiter once, my brother asked to see the manager. He finally came over, apologized and explained the issues and comped our meal. Our food which finally arrived in about another 15 min was satisfactory. However, none on this made up for the damper it put on an otherwise nice family day. I would not be tempted to go here again.
Kenny was a wonderful server. Considering that the girl who was supposed to be our server pushed the table on him, he was an absolute delight. Not sure why she did this though, she had all but 2 tables. Could be because of the fact that she just felt like socializing with the other waitresses the entire time. We walked in to people (a handful at most) sitting at the bar and maybe 2 tables full. That was it. The fact that it sits next to one of the largest malls in the US, that speaks volumes when it comes to a Friday evening @ 6:45. Aside from our server, the experience was very underwhelming
Food was bad and overpriced for what you got. Everything was we touched was sticky. Fries were soggy and cool to the touch. The BBQ sauce that came with the chicken fingers tasted like chlorine. Will never eat there again.

Service sucked. It was dead in there from the 7:30pm till 10 pm time we were there on a Friday night..asked the server if they had regular whipped cream instead of marshmallow whipped cream for my shake and she said she didn't know and she doesn't think so.. Then looking at the menu I saw on a few different items that they indeed DO have regular whipped cream.. Then we asked what kind of fish is the fish tacos and she didn't know that either. Said she thinks cod.. She took like 30 minutes to come back, meanwhile we asked the man who brought our food and he said it's haddock.. She finally comes and said, yes it's cod.. We said, well the man said haddock, she said well he's new he doesn't know!! She obviously didn't know either ABOUT ANYTHING on the menu. Won't go back there on my dime!
There was no one to accept our reservation or to seat us. I was unsure how this worked with using Open Table as there was no check in available.
We had a table reserved for 2:30 p.m. on a Sunday. We walked in and there was a sign stating to please seat yourself. There were 2 dozen people in the place, which is fairly large. We sat ourselves and I was afraid we wouldn't be seen. I think the only reason we got service as fast as we did was because we sat near other people. I think if we walked in and sat near the back we would never have been served. A server walked by and told us our server would be out. Five minutes later, our server was out. We ordered right away. The menu has options, but not so many that you are overwhelmed. It was our first time here.
I ordered the Cobb salad and onion soup. The salad was huge and had the right amount of everything. The onion soup was also delicious. My boyfriend got the cheese steak and subbed onion fries for French fries. He was disappointed with the onion fries. He ended up putting them on his cheese steak. The cheese steak looked like it was lacking some meat, but he did leave off the mushrooms which it is supposed to come with. Overall, he did enjoy his meal as well and we both agreed we would be back.
Service was extremely poor. Server took 20 minutes to take our drink order. When she placed the food order she forgot to place some of the items. Food took over an hour to come out; however, only 1 dish was brought to the table. We were informed that somebody had stolen the other dish. Roughly 10 minutes later the other dish was brought to the table and was haphazardly made, missing several ingredients.
Dont bother making a reservation. Made one at 5pm for 8 people at 6:45. We get there and was told by the manager that after I made the reservation they filled up. We had a 45 minute wait. We left and with that kind of service wont ever go back.
Very accommodating for a big party but the food took a really long time to come . Also the food came out at all different times; no one ate at the same time

Our waiter was extremely slow. He forgot multiple items that needed to be asked for again. One item that we ordered never came. When we asked where it was they said :”I think we may be out of it.” I asked them to remove it from the bill and I would simply eat my cold onion soup. Two minutes later I saw the item arrive on someone else’s table. I do not ever give negative reviews but unfortunately, the service was terrible. We will not return any time soon.
Sat at the table for 30 minutes. No one ever came to take our order or drink order. If menus weren't already on the table we'd never have had them. Left when we saw other tables around us starting leaving.
Made a reservation and no one was there to seatake us. Waiting a half hour at a dirty table for service. Only to find out the waiter who was supposed to be ours walked right by us on several occasions without acknowledging us at all. We did finally get a wonderful waitress that took great care of us. Food was good but service left a lot to be desired. Was contacted by their district manager who promised that he would send a GC but I have not received that yet. It has only been a week though.
Made reservation for three people on a Saturday night thinking it would be busy. We walked in, was not greeted by anyone, no hostess., & sign said seat yourself. So, why did we even make a reservation? We wandered around the bar looking for a seat at a high top, only available was in dark corners. We headed to the dining room and sat at an empty table. We sat for about 5 minutes and were not approached by anyone with menus, place mats, silverware etc. Table was blank. We got up and left. Atmosphere felt very uncomfortable and uninviting, we will not return. Fortunately in this area there are many better options just a short walk to drive away.
