Great food! Loved our server Michael. We'll be back!
Excellent service. Food was great. Beautiful restaurant.
Wonderful find in next town over from where we live. Beautiful decor and well kept, nice music, and good level of attention by all staff made for excellent environment.
The food was excellent. We shared the tuna tartare and found it a different take (to us) on fresh tuna which was excellent. Main courses were incredible. My wife loved the fettuccine with lobster, and the roasted branzino was absolutely remarkable. We enjoy wine and found very nice selections to go with our meals.
Horrific service. We waited almost an hour to order our meal. It took two hours and forty-five minutes to get through the experience. Our waitress was MIA all night. She said our meal was taking longer to cook because my salmon was a thick cut. Are you kidding me?? Salmon takes 10-15 minutes tops to cook. It was the cost of Belvedere without the ambiance or service. Never again!!!!!
Excellent every time
Fantastic food slowly delivered in a very noisy atmospher
Five stars all around! Excellent food. Great service. Enjoyed sitting outside on the patio. Will return!
Great food, drinks and service!!!
Very memorable first time visit. No one ever talks about this place. I’m glad I tried it. We’re talking about our great experience and making plans to go again.
Mislead with food option. Bought overpriced food and didn’t eat half of it due to lack of knowledge of server
Very good food. Was overwhelmed at the wine list so ordered cocktails instead.
It’s just a very hard time for wait staff and it shows.
Lots of easy parking. Great service by Michael. We shared huge Bang Island mussels to start. Great sauce and toasted bread for dipping. I had the salmon- so delicious, flaky, with slight crispy top. Hubby had halibut, a special of the day. No problem to substitute the mashed potatoes with spinach. Lemon mascarpone cake ended the evening. Wish we lived closer to come here more often.
We love Ozzie the best!! Such a gentleman and so well versed!
First time going there after a few recommendations- lived up to the hype! Excellent shrimp and mushroom appetizers. The salmon and filet were great, as well. Cocktail menu was unique and the 2 we had were very good.
This was our second time having dinner at Gibraltar and it was just as delicious this time as the first. We love their creative cocktails too!
The gentleman who served us was impeccable. The food was delicious. As always, it was a bit overpriced.
Waiter was wonderful, food was not what I would expect for the price.
All of my friends have such great things to say about Gilbraltar. I was so excited to go. As soon as I walked in the door I stood face to face with the hostess who did not look up and welcome me … not even a hello. Eyes down she “barked” do you have a reservation. I replied that I do and said hello to her. Nothing.
Fortunately after being seated the experience was absolutely enjoyable. Food was great and the rest of the staff was so attentive and spot on.
We are big fans of Gibraltar due to the excellent meals we've eaten there. I tried something different this time that had not been on the menu before: cheeseburger. It was wonderful. I usually get halibut, but it wasn't on the menu, therefore the burger. I was not disappointed. Wine list is extensive. Service always first rate.
Great service, drinks and food! Always an enjoyable dinner out.
I always look forward to going to the Gilbraltar. Food and atmosphere is exquisite! The server can answer any question and know the menu in and out. Thank you Gilbraltar for always making dining an eperience!!
The service was excellent . Our meals (salmon and filet mignon) were absolutely delicious
We also enjoyed our cheesecake dessert. We highly recommend Gilbraltar for any special occasion.
Everything was wonderful, tasted delicious & service was top notch
Wonderful food! Our waiter was knowledgeable and attentive
We throughly enjoyed our evening.
A great night with great food! Service was excellent! Very attentive providing a wonderful experience!
We love to come there. The food and service is always great.
Wonderful meal and service. Somewhat pricey though.
Food and drinks were great. The service was slower than pre-Covid visits but considering the difficulty restaurants have with staffing we understood. Our waitress was nice and the manager pitched in to make it fine!
Exquisite service and outstanding food! Fresh locally sourced ingredients!
Very nice place for a quiet birthday dinner. We even got to meet the owner!
Food, drink, and service all impecable. Gotta go there again.
Maggie was an attentive, knowledgeable and polite server. Good was hot, presentation was impeccable and taste was good.
The entire meal was perfect. My only regret is that there are not more superlatives on this form. The tile was a wonderful gastronomic adventure. We will be back !
Our waiter was out of it. He disappeared at times and forgot our water and bread. He seemed like we were out of our way. He also messed up our bill because we used a gift card. In the past we enjoyed this restaurant but now I may not return.
Gibraltar is consistently one of the best restaurants in our area. Nice selection of wine by the glass, excellent appetizers and seafood selection.
We sat outside on the balcony. Cute ambiance. The food was excellent. The crab cake appetizer was probably the best I’ve had. The texture was spot on! I had the filet mignon and it was also delicious. We’ll definitely come back on our next visit to Lancaster.
Could only obtain early reservation online but many tables were still available inside by the time we left around 7 pm.
Crab cake appetizer was decent but quite small and thus, seemingly overpriced. Salad was good.
Ordered whole branzino which was taken apart tableside. So many bones were left in it they filled the bread plate. Sides were unremarkable.
Ordered the fettuccine with lobster and it was inedible. Pasta was way overcooked and gummy, lobster pieces totaled about four small pieces . Was told the sauce was a light tomato with broth or wine, and it was a creamy, heavy sauce that drowned the pasta. Owner took it back and replaced it with salmon. Again, not a remarkable choice.
This was our first visit, scouring a venue for a milestone birthday party for a large group in September.
We are passing on this venue based on this outing.
