I cant say enough about the taste and quality of the food. It was incredible.

My family and I had dinner here and my stepdad proposed to my mother. It’s was so beautiful and the staff really made the moment special for them. We had a great evening and can’t wait to come back!

Went for a romantic dinner with a view instead got sluggish and inattentive service , bad but unusually loud house music you’d expect at a euro beach club , mediocre food at top prices and questionable COVID protocols. Unfortunate is the word to describe dinning at this place.

Gigino Wagner Park has been an extraordinary gift during Covid. The outdoor setting is memorable with a great view of the Statue of Liberty, and the food is simply outstanding. The daily specials always present great options. Our server, Rafael, could not have been more helpful or more accommodating. We are already looking forward to our next lunch/dinner there.

Everything about Gigino's is FABULOUS! Run don't walk. Our waitress was wonderful. Friendly, funny and had GREAT taste. It was my birthday and I asked her opinion on everything and it was all spot on delicious and divine. The wine was perfect, as was the view. A perfect evening in the midst of the chaotic and stressful existence we have been living.

This year unfortunately, due to this whole overblown pandemic 'crisis', our visits to this restaurant were limited to a couple of outings. This review covers our visit this time and a few weeks prior. As always, the food and the service were excellent. There were a couple of new dishes we tried which were excellent. We had been here a few weeks earlier but with the unusually warm weather, we made another visit. We usually dine here five to six times over the course of the summer. We are already looking forward to Memorial Day weekend of 2021 to restart our visits to this restaurant.

Again service, great food, and surprisingly great cocktails! Recommending to everyone I know!

We’ve been coming to Giginos for over 15 years. The Food is always excellent. Staff is great. And the view and setting is incredible.

Really enjoyed the food here, everything from the zucchini appetizer through to the cheesecake for desert. Food was reasonably priced too for New York - would definitely eat here again!

Took my girlfriend here for her birthday and it was amazing. The food was absolutely delicious and the service was exceptional. The only issue I had was that we did have to wait about 30 to 40 minutes to be seated even with reservations but all in all the view and the atmosphere made up for everything. Will defiantly be going back to get some more of that chicken parm!!!!

I’ve been a regular since they opened 20 years ago . Had a res this past Saturday with friends in from Princeton for a birthday lunch. 3 pm Saturday and they would only seat us in the blazing sun next to the park area with kids running and screaming. People seated under the tent area not eating (who’s kids are likely the ones running in the grass and screaming) camp out like they’re at the beach for the day. Therefore, I had to leave as my skin cannot take sun at all. I left my friends there to eat bc in the age of COVID finding a place is a project.

There was a table for 4 in the shade which they wouldn’t give me bc they were waiting a wedding party? Whatever.

I’ll wait til next summer.

I loved the amazing view from the restaurant of the waterfront with the breeze from the water! I would definitely return with other friends and family to try more tasty dishes. This was the perfect place for a birthday celebration! The table set up was perfect for social distancing. My family loved their meals, the delicious bread and the service was impeccable!

Due to the time of our reservation, and COVID we had the restaurant to ouselves most of the time. Service was good as we were the only ones!!!
However, I did say it was a birthday celebration and no mention or nicety was offered

Last minute for my birthday. We ordered the calamari, egglant for the table. The main course were the meatballs,Chicken parm and shrimp fra diavalo! Delicious!!!

Yummy food, good view, great service

Beautiful outside dining spot with a view of the Statue of Liberty and sunset! The whole experience exceeded our expectations! Food was amazing; peperina (pear) salad, caprese salad, shrimp positano and pollo scarpiello. Service was fabulous, from our waiter Frederico to the food servers! The tables were adequately spaced and it felt fun and safe to be dining at a restaurant! We will be back!

The service was very attentive and extremely friendly. I have dined at this restaurant many times in the past (pre-COVID). The food was most of the time very good and the ambiance and overall experience was outstanding. This time, I was disappointed because the dishes were not as flavorful and well garnished as in the past.
What felt not reassuring at all was the bathroom. It was extremely neglected and not clean (no paper towels, broken toilet paper holder, dirty soap dispenser, had seen better days, trash can rusty. It would have made a huge difference if the bathroom would have been prepped up for a "Corona Virus dining experience" with a clear signal of: We care for the safety of our clients and want to make them feel welcome! I would recommend to add soap dispensers that are non-touch, as well as stacks of paper towels, fresh painted walls, new trash can and disinfectant and regular cleaning.
Otherwise I was happy to be able to enjoy the awesome vista and the excellent table service for our family birthday get together.

Food was amazing. Service not so good. They took forever to acknowledge us. We had to ASK for bread/oil. Staff not too friendly.

We had lunch at this restaurant several times before and it did not disappoint. Nice location, good food selection, nice service. Also quiet and pleasant atmosphere.

It’s always nice to sit outside and watch the sunset here. Food is good. Pricey but location, location, location.
