It was not the best could’ve been better
I hope when this whole Covid thing is over, they keep the same safety procedures in place. I have never enjoyed a buffet experience more.
All the food was delicious and our waitress was very kind and attentive
The server was sick and kept coughing all over. She was also very rude and non-attentive to our needs. She only checked on us once. It ruined our experience and our Thanksgiving holiday. We could only eat a half of a plate.
I love that the workers were very concerned about anyone who was not wearing a mask by the food station and was in forcing adults and children to wear one .
Food and service was outstanding. Manager attitude was horrible. He do not need to come out front to deal with customer.
We had a great time. There was less variety, still good enough for me.
The only problem I had was changing the reservation. I couldn't cancel the previous one either. So I just showed up late but was sitted in 20 minutes. Not bad for no reservation.

Everything was organized with reinforced social distancing. Gloves were readily available and the server was very pleasant.
I love this buffet. Been here a few times and never disappointed. The new steakburger is delicious. Seriously good and tasty. Our table attendant was spot on. Really good experience

The experience of going to a buffet yet have the waiter serve us was a terrible experience. The waiter was great however we will not be coming back until everything goes back to normal.

Wonderful experience. Like the family style dining at Golden Corral ; this would be a great permanent service idea. Table service at a buffet was different, but pleasant.
It was ok food is good but now you stay seated and the waiters go get the food you circled on a paper menu. Not bad but limited menu now .
We were disappointed with our meal this time. My brother almost chocked on the pot roast because of it being so stringy and started to get stuck in his throat. We were there early and they said they were out of ice tea. How could you be out of ice at 12 noon?
I wanted vanilla ice cream with my apple pie, they were out of vanilla ice cream.
I think I will wait till it goes back to you serving yourself again. Shady Maple is open to serving yourself and it is working well up there. Maybe they should send a scout up there to see how they are doing.
The new technique because of the Covid-19 they use is a little concerning because the waitress had to serve us the food and when they busy the let you wait a lot to get the food i know that they do it for our own safety but i had it to wait too much to get what i wanted, me personally i will not go until they get back to normal

The food here is delicious and the service is great! They have the best steaks.
Golden Corral just isn’t the same you don’t get to make your own plate and it’s a long wait in order for you to get your food even after you have been seated
Service was slow and the waitress brought the wrong order all the time! We can’t have someone to serve from a menu and gets the order wrong
I never been to a restaurant that smells like a dirty mop every time I go in there it smells really bad it’s not a place anybody should go to eat when I walked in with my daughters the first thing they said was mommy why does it smell like that that is not OK this place has to shut down sanitize and make sure smells good either food needs to be smelled or something else not mop water
