To much noice in the restaurant, almost impossible to have a conversation. Value for money not as good as expected.

Absolutely fantastic! Booked this for our Anniversary dinner and every host/wait staff/manager made sure to wish us a happy anniversary. The setting was perfect; elegant yet warm, great food and a fabulous waitress. Our desserts even had little ‘Happy Anniversary’ written on white chocolate. Would absolutely return and the steak (filet) and tots are a must have.

Tables were on top of each other and waitress was gone for large period of time. We ordered appetizers and a shellfish tower and when we finished plates sat there for 15 minutes, please clear plates. That led to a bunch of plates being on the table when the wine sommelier came over. The bus boys rushed to clear all the plates and knocked a full glass of wine over on one of my guests because they were rushing. I expect better service from a restaurant of that caliber and price range, disappointing

I was disappointed that they would seat us in a space so far from the main room. It was awful. I won’t recommend this to my clients going forward. It was bad.

Stellar experience. The food and service were wonderful. The wine list is as intimidating as it is impressive. We highly recommend. We went on Thanksgiving with our boys who have recently moved to Boston. We could not have been happier with the experience!

Thankgiving dinner. Grill 23 was overwhelmed. Reservations for 5:30 were still waiting for tables at 6:10.
Our reservation was 6:30 and we checked in at 6:10 to be told there would be an unknown wait.
We left and went to a local hotel for dinner.

I brought my family for Thanksgiving dinner and for some reason they allowed a group of satanists with offensive t-shirts to sit across from us. Such as life today.

Not enough wait staff available around 5 pm. The restaurant was overbooked and looked more like a warehouse with tables.

Grill 23 was great for Thanksgiving. Even though they had a lot of patrons, it seemed to run seamless and everything/ courses were coordinated. Hats of for handling the amount of people.

We had a lovely Thanksgiving evening here. The food was outstanding, the wine was great and the service was very polite and friendly. The noise level was quite high, made it hard to have a conversation but that was mainly because it was Thanksgiving and the place was crowded with people. I will definitely come back to enjoy this restaurant on a calm evening again.

Sought a quiet table upstairs which wasn’t ready
so they found us a cozy corner downstairs. Cocktails were perfect, steaks cooked to perfection, had yummy gluten free bread substitute.

Disappointed in the quality of the food. Should have order a la carte as the special item(steak) came out well done when ordered med-rare. Additionally I suspect the special steak item was pre-cooked and finished off. Just not that great and much less than I expect from a establishment I go to regularly for 20 plus years. Sorry- Miss this time.

We had the most wonderful Thanksgiving lunch. We all had the tasty shrimp cocktail for appetizer followed by the delicate herb crusted cod and the tender fillet mignon for entrées. The General Manager came by our table to ensure that the service provided was to our satisfaction. Our host and waiter delivered an impeccable service and experience. I would of gave the food a 5 however my Thanksgiving meal wasn’t hot. It was like warm at best. That said, grill 23 is still my favorite steak house.

Place is always great probably eat there 5-6 times a year service, food, etc wonderful but even if money doesn’t matter you have to admit it’s extremely expensive especially the wine list

Un restaurant avec beaucoup de classe, un personnel très compétent, très beau décor. De belles grosses huîtres juteuses, crab cake excellent, et comme dessert des profiteroles proches du ciel, absolument divins avec un mélange de chocolat et caramel. Une carte des vins qui permet d’en trouver de très bons à des prix raisonnables.

Table on first floor was unbelievably uncomfortable. Tables are way to close together, I was bumped 40 times throughout the evening. Service and food are always amazing and 4 stars but I am reluctant to return because of the seating arrangements.

Ate at upstairs bar. The service was beyond compare and the food excellent. Wonderful holiday decorations.
