Our Specialties include Fajitas and Margaritas, and our salsa has been awarded as the best salsa in the area
AMAZING!!!SERVICE WAS IMPECCABLE! I would definitely recommend to anyone!
Wonderful! Great service, great food every time I visit. One of my favorite restaurants in Bethesda.
The food was ok. I only visited because it was Cinco de Mayo. However, the drinks were very delicious!
Personable staff and outstanding fajitas! We visit this location nearly every year to celebrate my daughter's birthday and are never disappointed!
It was very busy but we were served to our table within 5 minutes. The food and service was great.
My close by neighborhood restaurant that never disappoints. I love the chips, salsa, fajitas, guacamole, and margaritas every time. Always look forward to going back. The staff and service are all perfect!
We've gone to Guapo's for years. My spouse said the chili releno was the worst he'd ever had--it was crunchy. My enchiladas left a lot to be desired too. The sauces on them lacked flavor. Our wait person did a good job. It is always noisy in Guapo's.
Good service and food. Great for a birthday with singing and an ice cream dessert.
Guapo's was hopping on Friday night - it's a good thing we had a reservation otherwise, it would have been a little bit of a wait. It had been a little while since I had been there. It was a great evening with perfect service, a nice energy in the restaurant, a new interior and, of course, great food. I'm a fan of Junior's sauce - a nicely spiced condiment - which also now comes with a side of Habanero sauce. It's a great pairing for enchiladas. Still love the chips, salsa and price point. A great option!
The food was authentic and delicious!
Delicious margaritas and fajitas! Also, chips and salsa very good. We had a nice table by the fire place which made my 94 year old father comfortable and warm on a chilly March evening. I have now eaten here 2 times and both times have been very good! Can't wait to go again.
Birthday dinner bad service. Food disappointing. We asked for music but restaurant was unresponsive
8 adults 1 toddler and 1 baby all went on a Sunday around 5:00. Luckily it wasn’t too crowded yet and the room they put us in was nice and quiet. Service was great food typical Mexican but more reasonably priced than uncle Julio’s.
National Margarita Day 😊
Really fast service. Very good
We waited so long for our food and other people got served before us when they came later than us. Service was good
Valentine's Day date and food was excellent for the price! We'll definitely attend again
Guapos is always good! Our favorite family spot. Food and service great (and Margaritas ). A bit loud.
I have had two great experiences at Gaupo's, but this one was lackluster. The food was so-so, the fajitas plate would not sit flat and the waiter made a mistake with my order. I will give them another try - maybe this was just a fluke. The setting in the restaurant is very nice and the menu has great options.
The server was great!
Very fun for birthdays! The food was okay, good for families. We ordered a pitcher of sangria asked for less ice and it was not good. Full of ice and ruined the taste. I can’t have cold but request was ignored. We will go back but with hesitation. Really was fun!
Miss the jalapeño and extra veggies on the fajitas. So bland without! Everything else is always excellent.
Great food and the staff is very pleasant and well organized.
Except for me, all the diners were Mexican-Americans and amazing cooks. They all enjoyed the food. So did I! And they were delighted with the staff.
The food and service was fabulous. We went there for our 20th wedding anniversary and I can’t tell you how fabulous the entire staff was and the food was extreme!!!!!
The food was fantastic, salsa was excellent, but service was a little slow.
It was a wonderful time at guapos. All staff were super friendly, if we had a question or concern they were quick to respond. I truly enjoyed the ceviche, one of the reasons I will go back...SO SO SO GOOD! My family had the steak fajitas and I had a quesadilla on the side. All were great, no complaints with the food. They made our table really feel special.
Queso dip is supposed to be white not orange like velvetta
Good authentic Mexican food. Fresh ingredients in everything including the cocktails. Service was efficient, friendly and timely. Reasonably priced.
It doesnt get better than Guapos - Authentic, Neighborly, Great for Families, Fun with Friends, Always excellent Food and THE Best Margaritas on the East Coast, by far.
Love this Guapos! The guacamole is amazing. The service is top notch, and the margaritas are excellent!
Food was luke warm and the Margaritas tasted odd.
The portions are smaller than they used to be. The fajitas were an absolute joke. Enough meat, but only a quarter onion, a tiny strip of green onion, and one cherry tomato. That's it. Veggies are so cheap! For $20, you'd expect more veggies on it.
The food and service were decent; however, the noise was really loud and it was hard to hear our conversation across the table.
Hector was one of the best waiters I've ever had, great personality and very attentive!
The food was very fast, and the service attentive. Don't enter from the back door though, it' s offputting.
Love this place. We always get what we expect....good consistent food. Their mojitos are excellent as is the con quest.
Like the Gaithersburg locations better, but thought with World Cup and it being father's day it would be slammed. They don't use open table and Bethesda does. Will wait it out in Gaithersburg next time.
The food was great. My food was so tasty, I couldn't stop eating it even though I was full.
